I have word that Wolf will be away having family fun in Walt Disney World. So do not expect any posts from him this week.
GM Wolf
I am sorry for not getting this up earlier as I thought I would have time to post. My last two weeks have been very taxing. Making sub plans, other work on my load, and being a dad were my focuses. Then last week we were traveling for a mini vacation and a conference. On President's day, Monday, we found out family was going to Walt Disneyland and joined them! My time has not been my own and I hope to catch up this week, then move my games forward by the weekend. I hope you are all doing well and please forgive my absence.
GM Wolf
Yes lots of fun, but we just were soooooo busy!
Starting the fight with the goblin in the hallway Maqan was at full HP. I don't remember why you would be down to 2 hp, perhaps I was tired and put 2hp when I should have taken 2 hp away making your total at 14/16, for round 4.
Round 4 you take 2 damage.
Round 5 you take 12 damage.
Round 6 you take 6 damage. Ah I did not post how much damage you took. So you would be at -4 hp.
Maqan Sárkány
Yeah, not posting how much damage I take mean I cannot put it into my calculations! Thus I was working on the numbers of having 2HP left. XD
However to stabilize a person is only DC 15 Heal check. With the first aid Cook-Cook did she is stable at -6HP, given the two rounds that it took for him to get to her and stabilize her.
GM Wolf
Urdrsk, you were out cold. Then Cook Cook healed you in Round 6. So you may act in Round 6 and up to Round 10. Then Saronis and Cook Cook will act in Round 10.
So I am waiting on Urdrsk's actions before moving us forward.
No worries Cook Cook, we will see where the dice fall. I do see what you are talking about, they have the numbers against you. Also our halfling is MIA and no other help to show up.... oh wait I had a catfolk asimar...
Maqan Sárkány
Took a move to get her up off the floor at least, which could happen at any point in the round!
Also I've got an upper respiratory infection so... I've kinda been out of it. My replies have been slooow all around.
Maqan Sárkány
My fever came back with a vengeance Saturday night. I spent all of Sunday in bed, and went to my doctor's today. They upped the antibiotics and gave my steroid and a cough syrup. However the cough syrup knocks me out, so my ability to reply in a timely manor will be effected... at least for a day or so till my new meds kick in.

Level 3
+1 level in Fighter (Great hero)
HP: 1d10 ⇒ 5 + 2 Con = 7hp
+1 to Intimidate
+1 to Knowledge (dungeoneering)
+1 BAB, +1 Ref, +1 Will
Armor Training (Ex)
Starting at 3rd level, a fighter learns to be more maneuverable while wearing armor. Whenever he is wearing armor, he reduces the armor check penalty by 1 (to a minimum of 0) and increases the maximum Dexterity bonus allowed by his armor by 1. Every four levels thereafter (7th, 11th, and 15th), these bonuses increase by +1 each time, to a maximum –4 reduction of the armor check penalty and a +4 increase of the maximum Dexterity bonus allowed.
In addition, a fighter can also move at his normal speed while wearing medium armor. At 7th level, a fighter can move at his normal speed while wearing heavy armor.
3rd level feat Extra Talent - Force of Brawn (Su)
Force of Brawn (Su) Your deific heritage manifests in the form of amazing physical might, which allows you to accomplish things through sheer power of sinew rather than mental acuity or natural talent. This brawn also powers a barrier of divine defense which helps protect you from harm. You may add your Str mod, rather than any other ability scores, to your saving throws. (Replace your Con mod with your Str mod for Fort saves, your Dex mod with your Str mod for Ref saves, and your Wis mod with your Str mod for Will saves).
You may also use your Strength modifier rather than the normal ability modifier for three Dex– or Cha-based skills of your choice. Once these skills have been selected, the choice cannot be changed. Intimidate, Ride, Handle Animal
Cook-Cook
Cook-Cook --> level 3 Druid (Restorer)
+1 BAB, +1 Ref
HP: +7
Skills: +1 to existing skills
Level 2 spells: barkskin for a standard spell memorized
Feat: Not yet decided, want to have something that boosts combat effectiveness, not sure if that would be ranged combat, melee (for Wild-Shaping next level) or magical.
Maqan Sárkány
Magus 3 (Eldritch Scion)
+1 BAB, +1 Ref
HP: 1d8 ⇒ 5
+1 to all skills
3 1st level spells a day: 4 know- Magic Missile added
Magus Arcana: Pool Strike
Feat: I'm still choosing there. Going between two...
Cook-Cook
I'm torn between three,
Scale and Skin --> Slight Buff, flavourful for his deity
Weapon Focus (Bite) into Small but Deadly --> for Wild-Shape applications
Agile Maneuvers --> Also Wild-Shape applications, think cats, and snakes, the -1 to CMB due to strength is pretty rough.
GM Wolf
If you are small or smaller I thought you use your dex for CMB instead of str. I would go with Scale and skin!
My school has been shut down and you would think I would have more time. No: take care of toddler, play with toddler, clean house, yard work, etc. Sorry folks I will try to be on more, at least once a day!
Maqan Sárkány
Welcome to the game! As for the character creation method I don't know if the GM will want to use the same we did as there was a lot that went on... Sorry I wish I was of more help.
@GM Wolf, if I did my math right she should be just 1 hp down which I'm good with rolling with!
Amelia Yukino Rose
greetings all. This is the alias I will be using. thanks for the chance.
(the links are images for amelia if you'd like to get an idea how she looks) though the background in the profile is still an older one.
GM Wolf
We have Hegron the half orc from the 'temple', Amelia the halfling wizard (the other background worked much better for this campaign but I guess it works.) and the other dwarf mercenary Ispen.
Maqan and Cook Cook, it looks like you might only recognize Hegron.
Amelia your background on your profile is not the same as the one you posted on the Recruitment thread. Which are you going with? If the wizard training then you would know Saronis, if the town background you would know Maqan and Cook Cook.
Ispen are we putting you in a merc group and now a fighting buddy of Saronis? Something delayed you?
If any of you know Ursdrsk, I dunno... hash it out here quick so then we can add you to gameplay.
GM Wolf
A couple of questions for my beginning players:
Does the catfolk have a name? Gender? Etc.
It is an asimar paladin 3rd level but I am having trouble keeping consistency with what was posted before.
Are you going to try to persuade the catfolk to stay with you? If not I wont create an alias for it.
Urdrsk how many hp do you have at the conversation? Double healing for the night?
Amelia Yukino Rose
The other background is the one I am using, I just couldn't bring myself to erase the original background for this alias (and I didn't want to make yet another new alias) so, please ignore the background. (I'll add the one form recruitment in another spoiler)
As such, I would definitely know Maqan.
Hegron
So Amelia, Ispen, any ideas where we know each other from - I can see Hegron naturally gravitating to a perhaps overly protective role regarding Amelia :P
He is not very knowledgeable of the world at large, so I can easily see him approach Ispen since he is an outsider, simply curious as to where he comes from, and so forth - not sure Ispen would like that, but Hegron has no qualms in paying for a round or three to make new friends.
Maybe in the inn/tavern he meets Amelia also?
Would that work?
Amelia Yukino Rose
maybe, likely you'd know her most from her shows at the inn where Maqan is. Its also very likely she tried to wrangle Maqan into performing with her on more than one occasion, whether Maqan would ever accept I'm not sure haha.
GM Wolf
Sorry for my absence, I got caught in a funk.
Hegron, Ispen, and Amelia have already met Zenti, the old woman of the mountain! A little glossed over for the sake of moving things forward but also why you are now 3rd level with adventuring levels.
I wanted you to tell the others why you are here and if you don't remember look back at the PM I sent each of you earlier. I will look it up and send it again. Yes what Amelia said. Hegron you could go with not knowing just getting caught up with it all. Ispen, assuming he joins us, would not be apart of the Stonewards to my knowledge.
Hegron each of you will gain bonuses as we continue...
