Peridot is not only burnt by the jumping sphere but he also feels a dazing effect!

Peridot is 2 rounds dazed! This is now very dangerous as you are in the cloudkill. Check your abilities and boons to see what you can do! :-(

Additionally, Peridot almost chokes and feels his lungs burn!

Cloudkill - Constitution damage: 1d4 ⇒ 1

-

Ahn can escape the cloud of death effect by holding his breath but as long as he is in the area of evil he feels sickened!!

-

Although Ermias hears Frost's words, he is attracted by the shining light of Ahn's soul and 5ft steps towards him and uses his lunge ability! Drops of acid are visible on his light flail.

"Please ... destroy me, gnome... " he pleads in a growling whisper.

He smites the gnome paladin which allows him to slash across the paladin's chest once!!

Ermias primary, lunge +5 ft, -2 AC, Smite Ahn, Ligh flail with acid d6: 1d20 + 20 - 2 ⇒ (8) + 20 - 2 = 261d8 + 8 + 7 + 1d6 ⇒ (1) + 8 + 7 + (1) = 17
Ermias secondary, lunge +5 ft, -2 AC, Smite Ahn, Ligh flail with acid d6: 1d20 + 15 - 2 ⇒ (1) + 15 - 2 = 141d8 + 8 + 7 + 1d6 ⇒ (3) + 8 + 7 + (6) = 24

* * *

Agate still feels the barrier of evil to be impenetrable!!

Grey area is a barrier for you Agate and I need a save for fading light. All other good PCs made their save but in the grey area, you are sickened. Also please check the saves you need to make for Cloudkill.

You still see the Sage Jewels sparkle with power that is siphoned away to Tahari! You could step into the Sage Jewels’ mindscape anytime you want!

Ragnar - Fort 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (17) + 8 = 25

Frost looks disappointed that the fallen Paladin chose such a craven and cowardly approach to engage someone other than the one who challenged him, but sees the problem with running into a wall of Evil that will leave her badly hampered and inhaling lethal gasses (which are moving toward her), and she moves away to start finding another way to get into the battlespace... she mounts Ragnar as the horse catches up.

Ahn, severely beaten and bloodied, considers attaching the graveknight... he knows though that another hit will take him down, and he's standing in the center of a cloud of death. In a flash of thought he sees peridot in the middle of the cloud as well... no way this tiny gnome could get to him and get them both out, without again, the graveknight taking him down.

Ahn realizes, he has to withdraw... looking up at the fallen paladin, Ahn heals himself and then withdraws, hoping to draw Ermias to Frost whom challenged him.

LOH Swift: 5d6 + 10 ⇒ (1, 4, 5, 4, 3) + 10 = 27

Ragnar is almost consumed by the cloudkill as it is causing blisters on his whole skin - but he is still alive!

Cloudkill - Constitution damage Ragnar as only 6 HD: 1d4 ⇒ 3

Frost sees the clouds expanding and seeks a strategic route to the enemy.

Cloudkill is indeed expanding (+10 ft per round) so you should check your boons for a dispel magic or something else to get rid of it. Sorry for giving suggestions but I am cheering for you and holding my breath here! ;-)

Can Ahn's life link still be up with Frost... that was ended when I thought Ahn was at negative HP

Of course Ahn. One topic. You actually had concealment as the cloudkill acts as a fog of cloud. But I also forgot that Paladins take double damage from level when an Antipaladin smites and that they have LoH. Sorry for that. I also noticed that you get half con damage from the cloudkill even on a save so here the rolls.

Please all read the mechanics inside the cloudkill / Fog of cloud - concealment - Low is a miss: 1d100 ⇒ 49

Ahn can miraculously escape the Antipaladin's attack!

Ermias, touch of corruption 6/7: 3d6 ⇒ (6, 4, 4) = 14

Ahn Cloudkill half con damage : 1d4 ⇒ 1 halved -> 0 so no change. :-)

Please everybody read this - fog of cloud:

A bank of fog billows out from the point you designate. The fog obscures all sight, including darkvision, beyond 5 feet. A creature within 5 feet has concealment (attacks have a 20% miss chance). Creatures farther away have total concealment (50% miss chance, and the attacker can’t use sight to locate the target).

Bitterly cursing Tahari inwardly, Agate gulps down her cure. Then she concentrates a moment, and gestures in the direction of the cloud.

Using the boon just posted in discussion to cast gust of wind. If she can't disperse the entire cloud, she'll go for the part around Peridot and the sage next to Peridot.

Agate, I would allow you to have the cure in your hand and as it is not a potion like blood of Nethys but rather like an antitoxin which can be drunk as a move action, you could use a standard action to cast the spell. Makes sense?

Agate comes to her senses and feels the disease start to fade! She creates a severe blast of air affecting the cloud ... it is starting to disperse the cloudkill fog!

1 round to disperse - at the beginning of Agate’s turn and I’d rule that the cloudkill will spread only in the other direction by 10 ft.

Ischell, the fog will disperse at the beginning of Agate's next turn so it is still in effect. The fog obscures all sight, including darkvision, beyond 5 feet and you need to be able to know where the Antipaladin is which you actually do not because it moved after the cloudkill came into effect. The Antipaladin could target Ahn as he knew where Ahn was in the cloud. Would you want your attacks directed against the female fiend?

Is it JUST the debuff field up where the Anti-Paladin is? It looks like everyone is going to insist on fighting in it so I probably have to move down there... I am probably going to ride in front of Peridot to set up a flanker with Athum. Being reduced to a standard action is going to suck, but oh well.

Ischell, what is the AoO for? Just in case?

Athum is able to create a supernatural shield that halts the attack of the Antipaladin!

* * *

Ahn's arrow hits the blue div right in the flank and she shrieks!

* * *

Agate is still charmed by the wonderful lady in blue!

* * *

Frost, actually the cloudkill will only be gone on Agate's turn but let us assume that it is gone already enough so you can see Ermias' form but I would still roll for Concealment. I put your icon in the adjacent field of Ermias on Ragnar as you then have only 20% concealment. And actually, you and Ragnar would also suffer the effects of the cloudkill as you ended your turn in there but let us assume that the effects are mostly gone now. Is that ok for everyone?

Concealment Frost, low 20 is miss: 1d100 ⇒ 49

Ermias is cut by Frost's sword that digs deeper than usual due to its enchantment against undead! Ragnar misses!

"Yes ... paladin of good ... destroy me please!" Ermias cries out.

You see Amenopheus struggle as if he doesn't want to do what he is about to do ... but then he starts casting and a ball of red fire explodes around Frost, Ragnar, Grandmaster Torch, Peridot and Sinohotep. The Sages are somehow able to avert the fire.

Peridot, Frost, Ragnar, DC 19 Reflex save please or 35 fire damage.

You still see the Sage Jewels sparkle with power that is siphoned away to Tahari! You could step into the Sage Jewels’ mindscape anytime you want!

And finally, the cloudkill is gone due to the beneficial winds that Agate created!

Agate reels and steps back (5') from all that is happening before her. "Diamond Sage," Agate murmurs, "we need you..."

Will try to free Tahonikepsu from her mindscape.

Agate, you are charmed and were asked to move to the Div to hug her. As you know based on your knowledge that this will have detrimental effects I will accept your action as the rules state: "An affected creature never obeys suicidal or obviously harmful orders, but it might be convinced that something very dangerous is worth doing." But please note the last sentence as well as it might have relevance.

Tahonikepsu Mindscape Agate:

Agate suddenly emerges in a new scenery!

An enormous violet dragon tiptoes through a library filled with mewling humanoid children. Everywhere she turns she has to cautiously avoid crushing another helpless creature, and they cry out in alarm whenever she turns her attention to the truly interesting texts.

She lies down in weary frustration.

"Why must mortals with their mayfly time scales and their utter lack of regard for their own safety always fluster my research?" a frustrated Tahonikepsu bellows, turning toward you.

You can assist her in carrying out her work, help her relax, or remind her of her responsibilities with Diplomacy, Fly, Knowledge (nobility), Linguistics, Perform (any), or Profession (librarian or teacher) checks.
Make three checks using any of those you want to (can be the same skill).
Bonuses for good-roleplay.
This will take your full-round action this turn.

Athum, can you please make another Fortitude save DC 25 vs. the suffocation spell.

Tahari again tries to touch Athum with her corrupting touch! Her ghostly form passes part of its incorporeal body through Athum's body and the ghost inflicts physical wounds and aches from supernatural aging.

Fort save for half damage.

Tahari then also starts to cast a spell on Ischell! Again she does the impossible to cast without somatic or verbal components.

Suffocate:
The target can attempt to resist this spell’s effects with a Fortitude save-if he succeeds, he is merely staggered for 1 round as he gasps for breath. If the target fails, he immediately begins to suffocate. On the target’s next turn, he falls unconscious and is reduced to 0 hit points. One round later, the target drops to -1 hit points and is dying. One round after that, the target dies. Each round, the target can delay that round’s effects from occurring by making a successful Fortitude save, but the spell continues for 3 rounds, and each time a target fails his Fortitude save, he moves one step further along the track to suffocation. This spell only affects living creatures that must breathe. It is impossible to defeat the effects of this spell by simply holding one’s breath-if the victim fails the initial Saving Throw, the air in his lungs is extracted.

Athum, on your turn now you drop unconscious and are at 0
HP. You can make a last fortitude check next round to either stay at 0 hp or drop to -1. That is the worst that can happen. :-) so no death as you made your first save.

You are all surprised when Athum suddenly holds his throat and then with blank eyes drops to the ground unconscious.

Mindscape:

Agate bows nervously and tries to nudge a few children out of Tahonikepsu's path. "Ah, yes, we learn so slowly. This is why we need you to come out of this dream and bring your wisdom to bear to stop Tahari's threat!"

Knowledge (Nobility): 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (1) + 8 = 9

Maybe moving the dream forward faster could help? "Perhaps I could be of assistance," the dwarf adds. She picks her way through the children to take a look at the books Tahonikepsu was heading for.

Linguistics: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (17) + 10 = 27
Linguistics: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (10) + 10 = 20

Agate’s rousing speech, combined with Tahonikepsu's Unbreakable Heart, cause her to break out of her mindscape, shaking off the obsidian sheen to her eyes.

”Thank you Agate, I knew I could count on you as the only Scarab Sage free to act in this dire situation!“ she adds, before roaring menacingly at Tahari.

Congratulations! You have freed a Time Dragon! She is now yours to control. Her character sheet is on the slides! Whoever wants to control her go ahead. She acts together with Ahn.

”Defeated, broken, and imprisoned in Abaddon, I followed her commands unfailingly. However, now I am free to voice my despair and rage! I begged you to destroy my enslaved form and free me from my torment ... and you were here! I still carry the tarnished crook-and-flail symbol of Osiris, my deity of the afterlife and rebirth that will welcome me!“
