Torilgrey here, I finally whipped up a high elf rogue (arcane trickster)!
Appearance:
Slight of build and average height for an elf, Jethran is marked by his red hair and a single scar running down the left side of his face.
personality:
Jethran is a fun loving carefree sort, however is prone to brooding when things aren't going his way. He at times, seems distracted by his inner thoughts and occasionally will seem in a far away place. His excitability is atypical for an elf, and he will often 'forget the plan' when it comes time to execute a plan.
background:
Jethran was born in the Greycloak hills far from the Sword Coast and Waterdeep. He doesn't often speak of his childhood, but will occasionally mention a Lysara and something unfortunate happening to her while absently tapping the scar on his face. After leaving his home he wandered the breadth of the Sword Coast, settling on Waterdeep where he took on work for a mercenary company, The Lost Swords, doing some interacting with elements of the criminal underground in the city, as well as providing 'copies' of lading bills and receipts showing losses to the company, as well as some other guilds in the city. His interactions on behalf of the Lost Swords brought him into close contact with several members of the underworld of Waterdeep and he began to pick up a skillset associated with those types.
After a few years his innate magical talents began to manifest in greater ways and he began practicing magic more thoroughly, although without any formal training.

One of my games didn't make, so I have a few minutes to update. This is the part that I hate; telling people that they didn't get in. If you are not one of the chosen few, please do not feel that it wasn't because your submission was up to par. All the submissions are really good, and it is difficult to narrow the field down to five. That said...

You five are the magic number. Go ahead and check in on the Gameplay thread. Again, I appreciate everyone trying out. There were some tough decisions, but I guess that's what comes of being a GM.
