Wow. With the lowered entry requirement, the Mystic Theurge is a real bad ass.
It depends a lot on the campaign.
Back when SLA's could qualify for Prestige Classes I had a PFS Mystic Theurge character. So, pretty much early entry Theurge.
PFS does NOT have very many scenarios where you have encounter after encounter after encounter. While not a 15 minute day it tended in that direction.
In that campaign, a Mystic Theurge really wasn't that powerful. In fact, it was probably on balance LESS powerful than a single classed caster would be. What it gained in flexibility it lost in have to juggle multiple stats, buy disparate magic items, and loss of non spell class abilities.
Basically, most of the time Action Economy is by far the single most important factor in limiting caster power. And the Theurge has no advantage there.
I'm NOT saying the character was weak or anything. But it wasn't overpowered.
Now, obviously, a campaign where many, many encounters happen per day i s one where the Theurge just rocks

and I'm pretty sure I didn't build the most powerful version of a low-entry MT. I decided on stat synergy and on prepared casters, because I personally hate prepared. And, omg, wizard into any PC sucks, because you don't get new spells.
The result is that I only have level 2 spells.@DM Azure_Zero, some feedback would be appreciated. I could write a more thorough backstory, but honestly, it never came up in any of my PbP...

Good backstory and Wild Wolves Connection, Really like that you did include a PC Wolf member in the backstory.
Age is putting you at the edge of the Stat adjustment zone and making him more an veteran of the group.
Though I believe she still is very much a tomboy with no problems starting bar fights.
Very nicely organised and easy to read, Backstory is a bit too long,
really only needed 2-4 paragraphs before joining the wolves and 1-4 paragraphs of being in the wolves.
Would be nice to know how the character interacts with the wolves members and or any relationships to other wolf members.
This could be a NPC, PC, or a NPC you make.
Good organisation and backstory, Skills section needs work for DM readablity if I need to make secret rolls.
Backstory does feel a bit generic, and could use some information on relationship(s) to other wolf members.
This could be a NPC, PC, or a NPC you make.
Using the standard layout is a good start and modifying it some for some quick auditing is good.
Using the Rime Spell metamagic feat will mean full round actions though,
so I am debation on letting a 3.5 feat slip through so you don't have to deal with the extra casting time from using one meta-magic feat.
Back story is good overall, but is missing a good connection to The Wild Wolves.
This could be a NPC, PC, or a NPC you make.
Layout is Good, Good work looking at encumbrance and getting a Handy Haversack to stop encumbrance.
Backstory has a Good foundation, but little covering his relationship to the wolves and it members.
This could be a NPC, PC, or a NPC you make.
Now you could add in the backstory that you help purge a chunk of evil out of those that were cursed with those of evil creatures.

Thank you for the feedback.
This will probably be the first time I have had to pair down a backstory, but I think I might be able to cut some down to a TL;DR version. As for connection, I had in my head that she was a recent hire and as such wouldn't really know anyone too closely yet. I will try to give her thoughts on some of the folks she has met though in a separate spoiler. Will place it after backstory but before physical description.

I'd give her about a month of time at least with the wolves so she knows some names and has an impression.

I have a rules question and request: the MT was written when the sorcerer was the only spontaneous caster. MT's Combined Spells doesn't reference what two spontaneous casters can do. Is it reasonable to assume that I can use a slot from one class to cast a spell known from the other class that is one level lower than the slot used?
I will now update the background to include the white wolves.

Thanks Azure. I'd intended Yaz to be older, having had a rough life before joining the Wolves, but if you think him being a year out from Middle Age is going to be a problem I can dial it back a bit.

I can't really come up with an idea I like that uses a prestige class
One thing that the character creating exercise showed me is how incredibly good a job Paizo has actually done in replacing the Prestige Class design space with archetypes and new classes.
I went through all the 3.5 Prestige classes and most of them (even with early entry) ended up being LESS effective than the analagous PF character would be.
My original idea of an Enlightened Fist (basically, an arcane sacred fist) I shelved when I realized that it would play out as basically an inferior Magus.
The Monster classes ended up being a lot more interesting to me than early entry Prestige Classes. And there I had to search high and low to find a prestige class that I could get into as a Monster and that would be interesting to play. The Prestige class part of the experiment made it harder.
I managed to find a character I quite like. But it took a lot of searching (I like the character creation game :-))

I can understand... my original concept was for her to go Sanguine Angel... but it just didn't fit for what I wanted Val to be. And a lot of even the PF ones just didn't seem right. Stalwart Defender works, but it wasn't close to what I was originally thinking.
