Assuming this was a scroll Leona brought with her (rather than just bought at the concessions) it is generally assumed that she has already deciphered the text (most often with read magic) and now just has to read it, out loud. I'm pretty sure she meets all the other requirements for using it (high-enough casting stat, spell is on the sorcerer's spell list, etc...).

I am full attacking, I am starting with a bite attack to disarm, I do not have improved disarm but she is holding a bow so I dont think she threatens. If she can take an OA then go ahead. I am using a natural attack along with manufactured weapons so it becomes secondary and takes -5
Actually she's holding 50' of hair rope. She had stowed her bow away the turn before. So Chandu would have a mouth full of living writhing devil hair. Fortunately(?) her teeth do not make contact (missed hitting the erinyes' CMD).
If she succeeds she is holding the bow in her teeth. She then floats backwards and strikes the devil with her spear.
So, what now? Same actions, or are you changing up? The rope (kinda like a whip) still counts as ranged weapon for threatening.

The remainder of the full attack continues regardless. You can make natural and weapon attacks together, the natural attacks simply become secondary. If she wasn't holding the bow I would have tried to sunder the bow with the bite, also to no effect. The spear attacks stand.

Leona takes only a brief moment to doubt herself - was it worth using the scroll now that one of their foes had fallen? But no, there was still one left. She does her best to take to the skies, moving a bit closer to the remaining erinyes and... Well. Trying to ascend without something going horribly wrong.

I am sorry about confusing you by enlarge. Haste does not provide you DMG, but enlarging making you sword Large, which deals now 1d8 dmg instead of 1d6. But I'd suggest we won't change this post, because we probably still missing something, like +1 from swords enhancement...

Being tired by this fight almost without danger to his person, and actually being almost uneffective (as true diviners are) Atum decides to make experiment.
He moves closer to infernal pit with pentagramm inside and getting ready another wand (of summon monster I) as Magic Missles stick was left to Jair. And look here liquid blade tube fall to take it later.

So Shrec starts out with a +4 STR mod and a +1 short sword (+5 to attack and damage) and a bab of +7. Currently Shrec has good hope, inspire courage (scroll down), haste, and enlarge person in effect. So +5 to attack (haste, hope, inspire), +5 damage (enlarge, hope, inspire), -2 to AC (enlarge, being both bigger and clumsier). Combine that with Hell's displeasure, and Shrec ends up with totals of +1 to attack, +5 damage, -2 AC. Added to his basic stats and sword that comes to +6 (+ bab + d20) to attack, +10 damage, -2 AC.
Shrec swings twice hit: 13 + 1d20 ⇒ 13 + (5) = 18 dmg: 1d8 + 10 ⇒ (5) + 6 = 15 [miss]
hit: 8 + 1d20 ⇒ 8 + (15) = 23 dmg: 1d8 + 10 ⇒ (6) + 10 = 16 [hit]

It is the plane itself, or rather one being who is intimately a part of it. Any display of good or chaotic religiosity (like channeling the power of a good or chaotic god through a symbol of their power; remember A cleric must be able to present her holy symbol to use this ability) draws its attention. Other things that are anathema to Hell's lawful evil ideals can do it too. The devils themselves seem oblivious to the way they act when it occurs. It is as if something else was seeing through their eyes at the moment the triggering event happens. Again, there might be times when someone feels they need to do something that will draw Hell's ire--and that's fine if you think you can withstand the consequences. Hell's displeasure makes it feel like the plane is watching and taking an active role against the PC. Worse, at this point at least, the plane's antagonism doesn't seem to go away and the penalties remain.
