Numina's spell blasts black back to Hell.
"I told ya' I--" (poof)
Seeing that, Elwin changes targets and tosses the grenade between the Exile and red.
The Exile takes the FULL power of the grenade... but seeing as it is old, it is not that much.

But red dodges... and looks around for black, surprised the other devil is gone.

Elwin, you do not have Grenade prof', correct? That means -4 to your throw, and another -2 throw for going over 20 ft. range, and you use Str not Dex so that's another -2 = -8 so you get a 9.
But vs AC5 it works fine.
And the DC gets a -4 also making it DC 10 (lvl 4 div. by 2 + your Dex)

GM SFS |
If you are lying on the ground, you are prone. When prone, you take a –4 penalty to melee attack rolls. You also gain a +4 bonus to your Armor Class against ranged attacks but take a –4 penalty to your AC against melee attacks. If you are knocked down in zero gravity, you’re off-kilter (see page 276) instead of prone.
