Zac has a sad face as he tiredly and carefully cleans and stores his gear.
"Sorry guys, I've never run away like that before. But the fear was so strong. I'm sorry I let everyone down."

Previously...
As the fear departs, Sharmain pulls herself together and tentatively returns to the group. In a sad, quiet voice she says,"I am so sorry, I don't know what happened. When that thing bit me I was just so overwhelmed by fear, it wasn't natural."
Turning to Zac Sharmain enquires, "Was it like that for you Zac? I had no control, my inner-self was screaming to stay and help but it wasn't an option."
"You are all so brave. I am so proud of you all. Please, let me treat your wounds", Sharmain says to the others as they begin to gather back together.
Later...
While remaining fairly quiet and subdued for the most part, Sharmain's spirits lighten a little when they receive the invitation to personally present their find to the Dreamer. The last part of their mission will likely haunt her for a while but she is slowly assimilating the experience and pushing through the newly reinforced self-doubt.

Zac replies to Sharmain:
"Yah, it was like that. It was like an inner voice not my own saying 'RUN!' I haven't experienced anything like that before. I think you are right when you call it unnatural."
