Assuming 4 successful swim checks plus any other number to counteract any failures.
Bjorn strips out of his hides, stuffing them into his backpack along with his club and pouches. He ties the javelins across the backpack before putting it back on. He takes the lead in crossing the river, wading well out into the water before needing to swim the rest of the way. He immediately sinks beneath the slow moving waters.
Swim: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (5) + 3 = 8
He immediately sinks from view beneath the slow moving waters...
Swim: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (13) + 3 = 16
...before bobbing back up, his long hair plastered to his face.
Swim: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (8) + 3 = 11
The druid slowly makes his way across the river, using one hand and both feet to propel himself.
Swim: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (10) + 3 = 13
Making slow and steady progress, he continues to swim.
Swim: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (13) + 3 = 16
The northman is nearly there, making one last push to reach the opposite shore...
Swim: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (4) + 3 = 7
...and falters, sinking back into the river.
Swim: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (8) + 3 = 11
Bjorn immediately returns to the surface and kicks toward shore.
Swim: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (15) + 3 = 18
He climbs up onto the other bank and waves at his fellows to follow.

Wasn't pretty, but he got across. Guess I should go. Rianna removes her buckler and secures her items, making sure nothing will wash down stream.
Rianna dips a foot in the stream, Brrrr! That's cold. Anyone got some rope? I think I'll just tie myself off and Bjorn can pull me across. Or is someone willing to carry me. I'm not a very good swimmer.

Skäne “Countless” Ingvârssonn |

Skane looks incredulously as his shield brother's flounderings in the slow moving river.
Shaking his scarred head he spurs his mount into the water:
Ride:1d20 ⇒ 20
Hopefully the horse gets us both across with that! If so Skane says the following to the soggy Bjorn:
"Har! Minn augsýn geta ekki gefa ranga hugmynd um hvaða þeir sjá! A björn þessi geta ekki synda! Eða nota þess gáfur har har har!"
Har! Minn augsýn geta ekki gefa ranga hugmynd um hvaða þeir sjá! A björn þessi geta ekki synda! Eða nota þess gáfur har har har! = Har! My eyes cannot belive what they see! A bear that cannot swim! Or use its brains har-har-har!
Har! Minn augsýn geta ekki gefa ranga hugmynd um hvaða þeir sjá! A björn þessi geta ekki synda! Eða nota þess gáfur har har har! = Har! My eyeshot cannot give reverse notion about what see! A bear that cannot swim! Or use intelligence har har har!
If I need more rolls Randall - let me know. Once I reach dry land:
Perception: 1d20 ⇒ 15

Dieredon D'atarisian |

Dieredon hands one end of a 50 foot silk rope to Wesh, and then he ties the other to the pommel of his horse. He then folows the mount of Countless into the water.
Come on Riman, get us across..
Perception: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (8) + 7 = 15
Randall: Not sure if I should be making a ride check, or a swim check for the mount? What would a Light riding Horse's Swim Check be?
Ride: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (4) + 5 = 9
Survival: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (1) + 5 = 6

DM randall793 |

If Rianna's found some rope then she'll be able wrap some around her whilst she lassos the rest across to Bjorn. You can take 10 if needed. Just note if anyone's removed their armor while crossing across.
The bear stands at the far side, an impromptu bath doing wonders to the previous gore of past battles. Skane joins him soon after, his ride soggily wet, which wanders nearby as to inquire Bjorn's mount which crossed, following its temporary master.
Your horse would instinctively take 10 for the attempt. A really bad ride roll here would mean she's going to change her mind mid-crossing with some consequences.

Dieredon D'atarisian |

OK...with the aid of Riann's rope...Dieredon will take 10 while riding his mount, Riman across the river. Upon reaching the other side...
There is a terrible stench of death coming from those boulders over there.
Dieredon dismounts and draws his Elven Curveblade, and still dripping water from his lower legs creeps faces the boulders and slowly moves in that direction.

Skäne “Countless” Ingvârssonn |

Skane flashes a gallows smile as he slides off his soggy nag;
"Can't be Bjorn after his bath har-har... so what then... Trow if we're lucky nei?"
He unsheathes his axe and readies his shield, also creeping with the alfur:
Stealth: 1d20 - 1 ⇒ (16) - 1 = 15
EDIT; Presume in the time it takes us to dismount and ready our weapons the rest of the group will be across or crossing?

Dieredon D'atarisian |

I am looking behind the boulders with Countless, and Bjorn, if he comes along? Any other party members are welcome to join, if they are across and ready yet...
Dieredon creeps forward to the boulders with Countless.
Stealth: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (8) + 5 = 13

Betony Avilia |

Watching everyone splash into the river, "This will take a while. There are certain things I won't do in this armor, and wade into water over my head is second on that list."
She takes the time to strip it off and Thistledown's barding. She will cross last. She will loop the rope through her larger armor pieces and the barding tie off the end of the rope. Smaller pieces go in her pack.
As the last one across, if she could be hauled across, that would be great because she still has to hold onto her lance. Betony will be unarmored on the far side, till she can get back into her armor. Thistledown will doggypaddle across.

Have you ever seen such crappy rolls?
As Betony is pulled across, Thistledown starts the crossing and flounders a bit before finding his stride paddling in the river. Until he nears the far shore and gets tangled in some debris flowing down stream. Betony screams out as Thisledown disappears for over a minute, till he reappears far down stream, still struggling to free himself. Finally the snag breaks apart freeing him and allowing him to to reach the shore exhausted far downstream.
When Betony is pulled ashore, she races down the bank to check on her friend, not mindful of anyone trying to be stealthy.

Björn Helsingrsøn |

Perception: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (16) + 6 = 22
Strength check: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (3) + 4 = 7
Bjorn grabs the thrown rope and then smells the pungent odor of rot wafting through the area. At the sound of crunching, he becomes fairly well distracted, letting his bride flounder and nearly drown before getting her pulled across the river.
"Shhh... Dauði fela réttlátur þarna." He says quietly as he picks up his scythe and begins stalking toward the boulder. As he nears, Betony's cries of alarm and panic at the travails of Thistledown's botched crossing ring out through the forest. Grimacing, Bjorn shrugs and charges around the far side of the boulder from his companions to flank whatever new horror awaits them.
Dauði fela réttlátur þarna = Death hides just over there.
Dauði fela réttlátur þarna = Death hides just there

Skäne “Countless” Ingvârssonn |

Grim smile still fixed as he creeps forward, Skane hoarsely whispers backat his shield brothers words:
"Ef dauði bíða eftir láta það vera a dýrlegur endir!"
ef dauði bíða eftir láta það vera a dýrlegur endir! = if death awaits let it be a glorious end!
ef dauði bíða eftir láta það vera a dýrlegur endir! = maybe death await put there be a splendorous! LOL. Splenderous new word!

DM randall793 |

As Skane and Dieredon edge closer to investigate what's beyond the boulder, sounds of mulching and coarse grinding are heard. With the wind at their backs, they continue on..
Closer still they continue, until the grinding and munching suddenly stops, an irritated snort and a heartbeat later the head of a large filthy horse sized boar comes lumbering round the corner, its mouth still crunching of what it seems to be a humerus.
I'm assuming Wesh and Betony are on horseback together?
Wesh spurs his mount onward across the river. A hidden riverbed depression sees his beast stumble and start to become restless midway.
Thistledown awaits at the far bank watching the show unfold.
Continue rolling for ride checks across, Wesh.
Newly washed Bjorn continues to stand firm, holding the rope steady, watching his bride attempt the crossing.
Bjorn's still guiding Rianna across when this unfolds, she's halfway across though. Bjorn still needs more strength checks to get her across. Time to roll for initiative.

DM randall793 |

The small red piggy eyes spot the approaching humanoids and it gives a hateful snort. Its muscles tense up, building up a burst of movement.
Actions: Dieredon
Meanwhile, with Betony's help Wesh manages to encourage his mount to go all the way, reaching the far bank without undue mishap.
Normal actions for Wesh next turn.
Bjorn wrestles with the rope, maintaining Rianna at her current position without much progress. More strength checks next turn Rianna's allowed to aid Bjorn in his attempt.

Sorry, meant L8, of course
Readied Attack:
CB DAM: 1d10 + 3 ⇒ (2) + 3 = 5

DM randall793 |

@Rianna nobody had a good survival check. At least with your help Bjorn's pulled you across though. Blame his actions on male testosterone.
The large boar fumes at the puny elf, daring to close in with arms bared. It lumbers through, brushing the foliage and closes in to gore, not before the elf strikes, landing a scratch on the thick monstrous hide. The razor sharp tusks scratch the elf's armor, a mark of things to come.
attack: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (7) + 8 = 15
damage: 2d6 + 9 ⇒ (5, 6) + 9 = 20
Skane's turn, new round, then Wesh and Dieredon. Wesh and Betony start at R0, mounted.

Skäne “Countless” Ingvârssonn |

Randall not sure where the Boar is... so Skane will move to either M8 or M9 (or a similar square to enable attacking Superpig)
Round 1
HP: 13/13 CONDITIONS: -
Roaring Skane hustles to stand shoulder with Dieredon and swings his battle axe at their monstrous opponent:
MW Battleaxe Attack: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (18) + 6 = 24
MW Battleaxe Damage: 1d8 + 3 ⇒ (3) + 3 = 6

DM randall793 |

Skane's new axe washes with blood as it hacks into the creature's left flank..little does it slow the beast down.
Round 2 M A P
Init count

14 Large Boar
11 Skane
10 Rianna
08 Betony
07 Bjorn
Atop his mount, Wesh and Betony can see his companions Dieredon and Skane battle the angry beast. It has taken a few nicks here and there but likely a single gore from it would fell the hardiest hero.
Wesh, Dieredon to move. Skane, is M9 ok with you? Forgive for not putting the horse sprites on the map, they would have wander away from any fighting whilst its going on.

Wesh Velker |

Wesh draw morning star and dismount in round 0.
In round 1 Wesh will double move to near dierdron. to L6 or L7.
When Wesh sees Dierdron fall down from the boar he says "No"
edit ninjaed
Now in round 2 Wesh will channel positive energy seeing as Dierdron took a lot of damage and will selectively channel positive energy ignoring the boar and move to L8.

Wesh Velker |

If Wesh wants to fast dismount with a free action he needs a ride check DC20, failure then dismounting is a move action leaving with a standard action to be used to move. BTW Dieredon's fine though the last attack nearly went through his armor...
I failed my reading check on dierdron attack. Cannot make ride check so will use move action to dismount. and then a standard action used to move to N4 in round 2. I cannot make that ride check with armor check penalty.

Dieredon D'atarisian |

Round 2
Dieredon 5 foot steps to K8 and attacks the Boar with his Curve Blade!
Let's carve this porker up, eh Countless?

Dieredon's strike rebounds off the boar's hide. It retaliates in turn, goring the elf from groin to sternum. Seeing the elf slump down, the boar looks to Skane as its next target. Dieredon's down
attack: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (15) + 8 = 23

Keeping behind his shield, Skane tries a swing, hoping to get lucky, but it goes wide.
Rianna surveys the scene from a distance before beginning her oft heard lullaby, the tune carrying over the distance.
Betony whistles for Thistledown, together as one the brambleknight prepares for battle.
Bjorn's joy for battle takes him leaps and bounds towards the melee.

Dieredon D'atarisian |

Randall - for the sake of accuracy, I am actually unconscious in K8. I five foot stepped prior to my attack to move closer to a flanking position with Skane, to no avail.

DM randall793 |

Wesh lets forth a burst of healing energy, mindful not to extend it to the boar.
Seeing only red, it points its tusks and rips it in an upward arc catching Skane from beneath his shield and running his left inner thigh. Surely even his manhood would not escape from such savagery.
Rianna completes her lullaby, only to find that in the face of so much beast, stronger magics are needed.
