Talon, Gabi and Gur all notice that the house you are looking at, R3, appears very unstable. Pieces of the roof are falling down and it would be unsafe to go inside.
Rasgraton
Courious there is divination magic coming from around the base of the Prison.
Rasgraton begins to walk into the house. Someone please stop him! lol
dm night-shade
Talon shouts and Rasgraton stops before entering the house.
But the noise could be heard across the area.

Should be good where he is. Note that Talon took favored terrain (urban). I think this would count as urban.
Favored Terrain (urban): The ranger gains a +2 bonus on initiative checks and Knowledge (geography), Perception, Stealth, and Survival skill checks when he is in this terrain. A ranger traveling through his favored terrain normally leaves no trail and cannot be tracked (though he may leave a trail if he so chooses).
Can we leave Gur really big like that?

Damit, meant to post hours ago but fell asleep on the couch with my kids! Anyway, here is the new and improved combat posts. Feedback welcom.

Talon, Gabi and Gilderoy all see them first: two dark shapes rising up out of the water. The lumber toward you.
BEGIN COMBAT.
start surprise round.
No one has surprise.
End Surprise round.
start round 1.
As they (X & Y) get to their current locations on the map a third figure looms up also...a massive floating skull (Z), with eye sockets of deepest black. Then all together, the skeletal figures burst into flames!
The monsters are no longer flat footed due to their move action and their auto-ignition.
Actions remain for:
Gur
Gild
Talon
Gabi
Ras
Antoni

Not quite sure of distances on the map, I make it close to 60ft to X
"Ow, torch skeletons." Gabbi says, oddly excited at their appearance.
She trots straight towards the closest skeleton and then with a sweet voice calls out to it "Please come and protect me."
If she can get with 30 feet: Command Undead DC 13 Will Save or follow my commands (assuming its under 7HD).
If it to far away she'll ready to use command undead if it gets within range. 7/8 uses remaining
Talon Darkslayer
"Gabbi! get away from those things, you don't know where they've been!"
Talon will shoot two arrows (rapid shot) at the flaming skull (Z)
longbow: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (1) + 3 = 4 Yeah, don't think so
longbow: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (14) + 3 = 17 Maybe

We going with each square is 10 feet like the map says or 5 feet?
Round 1 action.
Ras will move 20 feet and cast Magic stone on three small stones he seems to get from nowhere. [ooc]No dirty jokes please =P[/dice]
dm night-shade
The scale is 1sq = 10 ft. I resized everyone so they cover their 5x5 square. So everyone understand? You will have to imagine the the inter-square lines that denote 5ft. lol, no matter how clean I try to make combat it always get's muddy right off the bat!
So after Ras grabs his stones:
still round 1

NPC for Gilderoy.
Gilderoy moves up next to Gabi, makes a witty comment about you guys not even knowing he has this crossbow. Then he fires an arrow at X.
1d20 + 3 ⇒ (10) + 3 = 13 Miss.
NPC for Antoni.
Steps up (20ft move) next to Ras. Says something about slow and steady wins the race.

2d6 + 3 ⇒ (5, 6) + 3 = 14 Damage
Y double move action toward Ras and Antoni
Z floats up behind X, it's jaw chattering, letting out a fiery laughter. It opens it's mouth and unleashes a ghostly fireball.
It explodes, 20ft radius centered on Gur. 2d6 ⇒ (4, 2) = 6 damage
Round 2 Actions remain for:

I will throw a magic stone at the skele closest to me.

Hit! The skeli doesn't look so good. Everyone standing adjacent to a burning skeleton really feels the heat coming off of them! It hurts a little. It hurts a lot actually!
I'll give another hour or so to see if Gabi or Gild wants to post. This is usually when we see Gabi:)

Lissala flys up and away a bit to watch the fight more safely.

[ooc]See, this time Gur is first on the list! lol

"I am done with you." Gur summons forth prodigious amounts of orc fueled power, swinging his falchion high before bringing it down a crossed his assailants midsection.
Attack: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (19) + 8 = 27
confirmation: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (18) + 8 = 26
Damage of DOOM: 4d4 + 42 ⇒ (4, 3, 4, 1) + 42 = 54
Unless Talon dropped it with his attack, in which case ad +2 to the attack portion as I charge the creature on the floaty skull that fired on me... sorry Gabi but I have not been told you are a necro and would not approve anyway. Needless to say, whatever I hit better be dead... err dead again.... redead... um, dead dead... nope going with redead.
Edit: [Ooc]Err embarressed. Reduce that by three, acidently multiplied the power attack as part of it.[Ooc]
Antoni Kettler
Toni swings her greatsword again.
Attack : 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (11) + 6 = 17; Damage: 2d6 + 6 ⇒ (3, 6) + 6 = 15

deader? I would guess that 'Damage of Doom' is Gus's way of saying 'I got a critical, you are so f+!&ed!' And I believe power attack damage does get multiplied on a critical. Awesome kill, man!
Gur
And now I feel like an idiot because I looked it up. Read that totally differently then it was meant in book.
edit:Math redo. the 2d4 plus double strength instead of str and a half so +12 + 3 for power +15 doubled is +30... so 42........ hey do I get a prize for it being 42 when it was rechecked.
