Unless I am missing something your Fort save would be +6 against paralysis (it is Ex or Su), your +2 v spells, SLA and poison would not apply. In this case you save either way, but I've got my eye on you Kentaur!

Kind of think the -4 is stupid all around, pretty much makes you waste a feat just to use bows.
