Sgt. Drakus, his attention distracted for a moment, coughs and harrumphs loudly enough for his company to hear and points at the open window with his bardiche.
you would be one of the inside ones actually, I guess I should have put "at door" and "rooftop" instead...my mistake.
Aliandara Leloric
Aliandara motions to Mara to look at where she has spotted Trinia, if Mara has not noticed her yet. She also tells Chiir'chi to fly closer to Trinia, as we might have to stop her from running away and her presence won’t be too suspicious. After that Aliandara will move closer to where Trina is, making effort to stay unseen.
Stealth Check: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (7) + 10 = 17

Marra notices Aliandara, then Aliandara sneaks toward Trinia, as Trinia attempts to sneak away. Aliandara sneaks within 15 feet of her. Marra stays still. Trinia appears to be looking back in her apartment, Marra watching her from behind a chimney and Aliandara stealthily sneaking up on her.
Panish pushes the door, there's some resistance from stuff piled against the door, then he notices what appears to be Trinia soundly sleeping on her bed in the corner of her messy studio.

Expected trouble instead got a sleeping girl.......
Sleeping girl did not wake up.....is this a magical slumber since she did not answer the knocks (appears to have slept through it)....
Which by the way is an excellent way to get the person who is set-up caught......
Beside had no other action that seemed a better option at the time..

Gotcha.

Continue to focus on the area...
OK at the start of Rd2, Drakus will touch Trinia, dispelling the illusion as his hand passes through her and he almost falls down.
Upstairs, Aliandara is 15 feet from Trinia as she sees Drakus dispell the illusion, she starts to make a run for it. Heading toward Marra, having failed to notice anything around her.
Aliandara you have surprised round over Trinia, so you might be able to grapple her flat-footed, or even make a non-lethal attack, don't suppose you have a sap on you?
Sgt. Drakus
As his hand touches the girl, the illusion is dispelled with a pop.
Sgt. Drakus recoils.
"What the hell?" He looks around wildly. "It's a decoy! Look for other ways out of here!"

HAH! d20 strikes again
Drakus turns around in such a manner that he only sees the door and completely misses the window that is behind him.
DM X
Panish rushes to the window and tries to find Marra and Aliandara to see if they know more. And makes a perception check for the outside, while he's at it 1d20 + 0
Waiting on Aliandara, she has the best chance at catching her before a chase starts. Though Marra might have a trick up her sleeve...
Aliandara Leloric
When Aliandara sees that Trinia is trying to make a run for it she jumps out of hiding and tries to grab on to her. If she manages to hold on to her she will tell her: “Please wait, listen, we are here to save you from the mobs.”
Grapple Roll: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (16) + 6 = 22 (Assuming grapple is a finessable manoeuvre, if not it is a 19)

Trinia Will Save vs. Command DC13 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (16) + 3 = 19
Trinia shakes off the Effect, pulling away from Aliandara, and stepping 5 ft from her and Marra.
"If I go with you, they'll hang me...I don't want to hang, or worse be drawn and quartered, especially for something I didn't do..."
Panish Valimer
Seeing the fear in Trinia's expression Panish tries to soothe and explain, "Trinia! This is exactly why you need to come with us. If the mob gets to you, then you will not even have a chance of justice - and neither will you if the queen's men get to you. We do not represent the queen, but the justice of Korvosa. We are not here to catch a murderer, but want to see the real criminal brought to light. If you come with us I can guarantee that independent priests using truth divining magic will look after you and reveal the truth. You won't be tortured and no false confession will be beaten out of you." Panish pauses a moment to catch his breath, then "I swear, by the oath of Iomedae and my sword, if you are to be hanged unjustly I will break the barriers and cut you from your rope before your life flees from you."

She seems less scared, though she eyes Marra warily. Panish's words seem to ring true to her and she capitulates. Her shoulders sag slightly as she sighs heavily.
"Very well...I remember you and you seem trustworthy."
I'm letting this succeed due to the oath and due to the fact that a chase scene would only involve one player and myself...and that is bad bad bad in PbP. But let's mix it up a little...
Best perception check sets the scene.
Donagar
"Sounds like a mob is comin from a few streets over, I suggest we go tha other way as fast as we can!"
Donagar casts longstrider upon himself increasing his speed to 40 for the next three hours....
"Now to find tha door out o town or a refuge o some sort!"
Donagars stone plates grate together with his increased speed
Panish Valimer
"Donagar, we need to get her to Commander Cressida to prove her innocence." Panish smiles, "I plan to intercept the mob and convince them to follow my lead - then we'll storm Trinia's flat. By then Trinia needs to be well away."
Panish motions over to Aliandara and Marra to get their attention: "I entrust you two to be able to lead Trinia along the shingles here. I think both of you should be familiar enough with the region to be able to get away from here. Make your way to the Imp's Demise - the keeper there will aid you if you need. Donagar and Sgt. Drakus should be able to make it there too - so whoever arrives first, wait for the other. Make sure to get a good disguise for Trinia - ", here Panish looks directly at Trinia, " - I hope you will be able to help out with that. Then finally make your way to Commander Cressida. Don't wait for me, I am likely to be busy for a while."
Panish beams, "So this is how we'll proceed: Sgt. Drakus and Donagar will stay outside Trinia's flat making sure nobody can enter while I thoroughly barricade the door from the inside. Trinia, Aliandara and Marra make their way to the Imp's demise in the mean time. Once the place is barricaded Sgt. Drakus and Donagar go for the Imp too - while I wait for the mob to be in the street below. I'll jump out of the window and fall to the mob below, then convince them that I found Trinia's hideout and that they need to follow me to it to apprehend her. Everybody like the plan?"
DM X
actually you only need to get her to one of the agents the Field Marshall has nearby, or find a new hiding spot for her and bring the agents to her.
“You’ve doubtless heard the stories that the king’s killer has been named. Yet there’s something more going on here, I’m afraid. Queen Ileosa could have quietly had this Trinia Sabor arrested at any time, yet the way in which she revealed the information to the city seems to me like she wants the riots to come back. Certainly, with the mob
and the Hellknights out on the street, the girl doesn’t stand a chance at a trial—they’ll lynch her the moment they find her. And even if she did kill the king, mob justice isn’t the way. Worse, if she’s innocent, the real killer can use this distraction to throw us off the trail forever."“Before Trinia is executed, we need to be absolutely sure she did this thing. And that means we need to catch her before the mob. We know where she lives—a flat in Midland at 42 Moon Street—but soon, so will the mob." she points out the location on the scale model of where the mobs are and the location of 42 Moon Street "The Hellknights don’t seem to care as much about catching her as they do about containing the mob—something about the “order of law” makes it a greater priority for them to contain than a possible assassin. I can’t say I disagree completely, but the problem is, the Hellknights are only making it worse. The mob’s covering most of Midland now, and Trinia’s flat is near the middle of the mess. I’ve got all available guards at work keeping things from getting any worse—and if I were to send them into Midland, they’d trigger a riot."
“I’m sure you can see where this is going. I need you to get into Midland, find Trinia, and bring her back to me so we can deliver
her, safe and sound, to somewhere where she can be interrogated—preferably with magic, so we can be absolutely sure about her role in Eodred’s death. Get in there, catch her, and get out without letting the mob get its hands on her. I’ll have agents and officers nearby. If you can get her to one of them, we’ll be in the clear. Any questions?”
Aliandara Leloric
Aliandara nods, ”The plan sounds good, the mop should be easy to lead astray as they are already in a frenzy and would take any bone thrown at them.
Aliandara looks in the direction that Marra indicates, eyeing the rooftops: ”The mob is between us, but the mob is in the streets and we are already on the roof, which puts us at the advantage if we take to the rooftops. I know the Shingles pretty well, as much as one would want to be familiar with the place. It is dangerous, but I’d rather take my chances up here than down there."
