The boards tend to have a bunch of Whiners. Eidolons are no more terrible than any built AC on a druid or Hunter. An Eidolon is not a wizard or Barb or anything actually a threat especially in Mythic.

Laris D'Vagne |

Thrown around a build for a Summoner, not sure if I like it though (and I have never really looked at the summoner before).

Why do so many classes have pitiful skill points?

Vinsomner |

Well in my experience in live sessions, people who picked up a summoner werent very proficient with it. So I would naturally adjust encounters after one or two runs with the standard adjustment I've made for the future encounters. It would add an interesting element and I know Summoner and its summoned creature can cause as much havoc as a ranger and its companion if played right.
Players tend to forget their companions/summoned creatures a lot in my experience so I haven't been able to really experience how much awesome they can be.
Also I think the reason for pitiful skill points is to keep the Rogue and Ranger competent for skill users. In my experience the more 'specialized' a class is, the less skill points they get.
The first pass looks good, but definitely make sure you like it before you commit to the change.

Child of the Crusades (1/day) Against possession/incapacitation, free action: Reroll failed save, keep 2nd result.
Courageous +2 to saves vs fear.
Combat Expertise +/-1 Bonus to AC in exchange for an equal penalty to attack.
Noble Scion Scion of Lore: +2 Knowledge Nobility, +1 to all Knowledge skills.
Spirits May perform a seance in 1hr, Gain Seance Boon and lesser spirit power for 24 hours.
Spirits gain 1 Influence when when I channel it, if becomes 3 spirit influences me, sufferint -2 init and specific penalties for spirit, but +4 vs possession and +2 saves vs mind-affecting. 5 influence I lose control and spirit takes over.
Spirits
Spirit bonus: Gain +2 on checks according to spirit.
Spirit Surge When failing a d20 roll modified by Spirit Bonus, may allow spirit to gain 1 Influence for +1d6 bonus to roll
Shared Seance Allies can join my seance, remaining in contact for the hour, though they can undertake other tasks. If they do so they gain the spirit's boon & Seance boon for 24 hours.
Taboo Can accept a taboo from the spirit, which allows Spirit Surge twice without incurring influence. If taboo is broken suffer -2 on attack rolls, damage, ability checks, skill checks and saves for 1 hour and spirit gains 1 influence. Further breaking of taboo extends the penalty time. If gain 5 points of influence via broken taboo, the spirit leaves instead of possessing. Access is locked to that legend for 1 week, and next time it is chanelled Influence starts at 2.
Haunt Channeller Can always act on surprise round against haunts, and can deal 1d6/2 medium levels dmg via touch, and allow the medium to ask the haunt a question. Alternatively can forego save and funnel the haunt into self, suffering full haunts effect, but it does not affect anyone else. The haunt then controls body for 24 hours, though can make Will save (DC20+1/2 class level) to end early.
I think I actually prefer this version, it means that instead of buffing through songs, I have to use a bit more foresight and buff in the hour long Seance beforehand. Laris was always a bit of generalist and I think.
It is, unfortunately 01:18 in the morning here, so I'm off to bed and I'll see which I think I'm better running with in the morning (the proper morning, with the daylight and everything).

Verim Pharae |

I was gunna do an in depth analysis.. but then Paizo threads went down and I got frustrated. The only thing I will ask is what you wish to do with the Medium as far as buffing for they do not get many spells (4th level I believe) and most spirits are pre locked in.Much like the actual Mythic paths. Otherwise I say do what you wish to play/feel comfortable with. The medium is a good class.
I will give a piece of advice, you may wish to take the Spirit Focus Feat for the focus you will have up generally.

Verim Pharae |

Thank you, I'll also have a character for your Sci Fi done tonight, working into other shifts with little sleep is killer. Thanks for the wait.

Verim Pharae |

To be fair he already made that Perception check.. and failed.. horribly. We can hand them all out per choice. Verim wants the Align weapon one because.. he is not a paladin and cannot smite evil to bypass DR. Nor is he any kind of caster. So for simplicity's sakes lets assume this.. Tallina; Clouds, Mia; Disguise, Luciana; Grace, Laris; Status, Verim; Align, and Maxwell; Resistance. Done and done.. GM you can continue.
Old Quote.
Bianca would get Resistance
Cloudwalking: levitate 3/day
Disguise: alter self 3/day
Resistance: electricity or cold only 3/day
Sacred Weapon: good or lawful 3/day
Grace: activated as a swift action 3/day
Status: targets must carry a scale 3/day

Verim Pharae |

Paizo has been acting up thats true. In other news I hope everyone's Halloween was fun. I am noting though that.. it seems People dont want to post for some reason? Are you waiting for anything in particular?
Oh and GM I'm compiling the stuff for the other thing too.. the extra hour caught me unawares.

Vinsomner |

Not a problem. I've been having some serious issues connecting to Paizo as of late. They've been down very often and for long periods of time.
I've actually been waiting for everyone else to post, tell me what they are going to do. Sell gear, try and buy something, or what not to help advance everything. (Didn't want to overshadow anyone with Verim Wenduag power hour)!
If there is any lost of interest in the campaign, please let me know and if you know why do tell! I want to make sure everyone is having fun here.

Mia Rumsfield |

So often maintenance lately.
No loss of interest.
Witches don't need much in the ways of gear.

Laris D'Vagne |

Sorry, I don't actually have a great deal of gear/money, don't know if I missed where we were grabbing the loot, or if I just never actually recorded any of it.
I will Seance the Marshall before we head to the temple, though I don't know if we want to rest up etc. beforehand? Anyone who joins for the Seance gets their pick of the Seance Boons (I'll choose Champion +2 non-spell damage).
I will also take a taboo to never leave/sacrifice an ally (sorry Verim, I know you're a little self-destructive).
Also I need to update my profile.

Vinsomner |

It might be possible, let me consult with the traders and see if they have any in stock :)
Inventory Check for Bag of Holding (Type I): 1d100 ⇒ 20
That they do have a bag of holding in stock. It was close but a merchant found one. Cost's full price though, that's what he's telling me at 2500gp.

Verim Pharae |

I also assume we are sleeping and going tomorrow not today as we expended alot of resources and traveled alot today.
GM is there anyone who can identify this Ranseur we recieved from killing this Orc/half-orc/Recently quater-orc that tried to ambush the party. We also have that loot from several of the hideouts.
In other news, wow I forgot how expensive ammo is in SW.

Mia Rumsfield |

Why does Star Wars pop to mind 1st? :)
Ammo being expensive is one of the reasons i wouldn't take the gunslinger.
But oi, oi, can't the little witch make a spellcraft check for the ranseur? :)
I can try once every day
Spellcraft, with guidance: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (9) + 10 = 19
Ah well, i'll get it eventually.

Verim Pharae |

Savage Worlds, Gunslinger is fine because you can use other weapons and generally craft all the ammo you need built into the class.

Vinsomner |

Ranseur? Hmm. Let me consult the books! Didn't know you chaps had that yet.
And yes you can try and discern it, though it's not that high of an item shouldn't be too hard really.
Mia should try again, count it as when she wakes up from the rest :)
And yes, ammo is speeendy.
Also for the other campaign, I got an awesome idea for your characters entrance. I do give you license to customize a Medium walker to your liking.

Verim Pharae |

Yeah we visited quite a few places. We still don't know what it is besides Magical. That's why I wondered if there were anyone who could help. Wendaug is really unsure of herself. It's endearing.
I should go and find all our loot too to see what we can salvage/traide out. If I can get some Fullplate on loan/buy out.. that'd be awesome.
If you have ever watched Zoids or heard of it, I think you will like my idea. Thanks for the chance I think Im almost done I just needed the Race to make sense. Really appreciate the save... I had bought the books eons ago, the flashdrive finally gave way.

Vinsomner |

A ranseur of the gargoyle appears to
have a head crafted of obsidian, but
is in fact as hard and resilient as steel.
This weapon functions as a +1 ranseur
that grants a +4 bonus on disarm
checks rather than the typical +2 bonus
a ranseur grants. Up to 5 times per day
as a swift action, the wielder of a ranseur of th e gargoyle can
cause its skin to harden for 1 round, gaining a +2 enhancement
bonus to its natural armor score.
Boom.

Tallina Kapok |

Nifty, I'm also looking for those bracers or the belt that gives anthaul as long as you wear it. Because I can carry more than 200 lbs of stuff in that chest I keep lugging around. If we had a bag of holding I would probably just fill it with enough kitchenware to be considered a masterwork kitchen wherever I cook.

Verim Pharae |

Currently doing the loot we found kinda now.
We can assume people buy things in discussion. But the story can progress otherwise.

Verim Pharae |

Alright, I compiled the stuff
Faxon Loot
+1 cloak of resistance, +1 bracers of armor, wand of cure moderate wounds (9 charges), 12 +1 bolts
Chest Loot
2,310 cp 759 sp 122 gp 11 pp
5 silver holy symbols of Iomedae
Masterwork longsword
2 masterwork scimitars
A collection of silverware and silver table settings.
A wand; Bless Weapon with 19 charges,
A a broken phylactery of faithfulness.
Orc loot

Topaz
5 Holy Symbols a Chest full of whatever stuff from the enemies at Topaz solutions (never gave us that)
