We're all here. Life just gets in the way sometimes. Happens with all games. Just give our GM a little time to move things forward. We'll do some roleplaying in the mean time.

even I have to admit life is chewing up my time (but just as much, my concentration) more than usual lately. I'm hoping next quarter will have less mind-numbing classes so I'm not as drained of inspiration and focus when I get home at night.
I guess we should have corresponded with the DM, but I guess we didn't know the new guy from the monastery? Or I would think Onitora and he would have recognized each other.
Hard to forget an Oni living in your monastery for years, I would think.
To be fair, he was only there because he knew that's where his charge would show up eventually. Until he found out it was Mai he couldn't care less about anyone there. He spend most of his time trying to interact with squishy pink meat sacks as little as possible. The only thing he liked doing was playing board games (whatever golarion's version of Go or Majong are) and not many were willing to play with him.

It really isn't you. This happens with this game sometimes.
It's a great game and a lot of fun, but it is plagued with delays. Just settle in and be patient. It will get moving again, promise.
Certainly isn't the most frenetically paced game on the boards, but it tends to be worth the wait, I feel.
Group is split and dm is busy irl.
It'll pick itself back up, that pace ;)
I'm back! Used all my data for the month on my phone on school junk. I have upgraded my data usage and this should not happen again for a while, until probably around midterms and finals. I also dropped a course in college that was eating up all of my free time (Globalization course and the requisite 12 essays, I spit at thee!). I will post later, as I'm about to leave the college for the day. I hope this has not disheartened anyone? You know breaks this long are rare for the most part.
Ed, sorry that my squick moment had to occur as you joined. I hope this did not set a tone for the campaign! Are you still up for it?

By the way, somebody petition Paizo to stop scrambling the layout and fonts on this site! Keep having to relearn the typical update locations and it's increasing my campaign check time by WHOLE SECONDS! travesty!

Is it just me or is the website slower because of the new format? Or is it possibly because I'm phone posting? As I told my WotW group, I will probably see if I can set up a mobile hotspot and make sure it's not just my phone.

This is a slow paced game. Its been like this from the beginning. Don't worry about it.

That being said I'll take quality over quantity any day. I love this game.
Agreed on all points. I actually appreciate the slow pace of PBP. It's much less demanding and less stressful than having to come up with content around the table on the fly.
furthermore, we've lost too many good characters already, several of which I distinctly wanted to stick around.

Hello ladies and gents, honorable Lady R.V.T. is in attendance! First, a general announcement: THIS IS NOT AN APRIL FOOL'S DAY PRANK! It's not up to a lady's decorum! ^_^ The Silver Prince has had some troubles with his cell phone and by that I mean the screen is kind of, well... destroyed. As it was a touchscreen phone he has been unable to use it. I would have messaged everyone earlier for him but I dropped college and since his phone has the broken condition was unable to contact me. I know it's not my place but... give him an easy time about it, ok? Poor guy's rolled a few natural 1's this year and he was adamant about me letting you folks know about this. I am letting him use one of my phones so he should be able to post tomorrow once he gets stuff set up and all that.
Now, for JR! Wu Fen asked me to check and make sure everyone is still interested. He said to let Ed know he is not cursed! Hang around and with luck, you will have a great time! TSP is an AWESOME GM! ^_^ He also said to tell Mamoru to PM him the mailing address so he can mail the game next week. He also wants everyone to think of a 'legacy item' type thing as he will be including those and wants them tailored to the characters' desires.
Most of the time I only stay on long enough to ask a question or order a book, but for my buddy, I'll try to stay on a few more hours to answer any questions you guys have to the best of my ability.
