Guys, good news - I've done the math HERE assuming my list above was correct, and the initial estimate is around 10-11k per person ;)
This may further change depending on loot distribution.
So please, go over the sheet carefully and list here in Discussion what you want assigned to you (I've already done some of this for Helgash and Greta, but if any want those items let me know) - I'll add it to the spreadsheet.
Note: This math is assuming we are not selling the Cookbook nor any potions/scrolls - you guys let me know.
Duardlara Frostborn
D'lara has the mithral chain shirt Helgash asked about.
I concur with not selling the cookbook of augmentation, especially not until we have used it to free Ratibor.
@Variel, can we return to the witch's workshop to gather up the ingredients for Ratibor's ritual?
Duardlara Frostborn
Duardlara will claim any unclaimed arcane scrolls for adding to her spellbook.
We haven't been anywhere to sell any of the items listed, so I believe they should all still be in our possession or squirreled away for our return.

Never mind, I see that has been hand-waved to move us along. Nothing to see here!

Would the centaurs accept a masterwork composite longbow and 8000 gp in exchange for a +2 longbow (non-composite)? That's technically outside the 8000gp limit, so I didn't want to assume.
Duardlara Frostborn
Barring that, would they trade a masterwork composite longbow for a masterwork longbow (non-composite) and sell me a belt of constitution? I think of the physical scores, that's the one I am going to regret the drop in most.
I really need about four relatively small things to mitigate her new age.
---------------------------------------------------
And finally have her changes - to be posted in her profile shortly:
Middle-aged
-1 to physical statistics, +1 to mental statistics
-3 hp (reduction to CON, level increase almost a wash)
-1 Fortitude, -1 Reflex (reduction to CON, DEX)
-1 to hit in melee (including finesse weapons) (reduction to STR, DEX)
-2 to hit with composite longbow (reduction in STR, DEX both apply)
-1 to damage in melee or with composite bow (reduction to STR)
Skills (some from aging, some from skill points, some from reaching a threshold with the number of skill points, etc.)
+3 to Acrobatics
+4 to Bluff
+2 to Climb
+3 to Disable Device
+2 to Escape Artist
+2 to Fly
+1 to Knowledge (Dungeoneering)
+1 to Knowledge (Planes)
+3 to Perception
+2 to Sleight of Hand
+1 to Spellcraft
+6 to Stealth
+2 to Swim
+1 to Use Magic Device
Abilities
+1d6 to sneak attack (now 4d6)
+1 CL (now CL9)
+1 Concentration (now +13)
+1 First-level spell
+3 Fourth-level spells (sadly, one must be evocation and I have no 4th-level evocation spells yet, so this is shocking grasp for the moment; planning on the greater invisibility - shocking grasp - sneak attack combo to light someone up)
+1 BAB
CMB unchanged (+1 BAB, -1 STR)
-1 CMD (+1 BAB, -1 STR, -1 DEX)

Thanks Helgash. Yes nothing had been sold in quite some time which is why I knew you had $$.
Thanks for bringing this up as well Duardlara but +2 or equivalent weapons are available.
Cookbook of augmentation...
This book is bound in dyed goatskin, and its coarse, thick pages are stained in a variety of colors and covered in wavering script; rough sketches; and diagrams of various plants, mystic symbols, and animal parts. A crude wooden spoon serves a bookmark. A cookbook of arcane augmentation contains recipes that allow an arcane spellcaster who prepares spells to augment her spells with speci c metamagic e ects t h r o u g h r i t u a l p r e p a r a t i o n . A c o o k b o o k of a r c a n e a u g m e n t a t i o n contains recipes r Ectoplasmic Spe11APG, Persistent Spe11APG, Rime SpelluM, and Sickening Spe11APG, and can be used to augment spells of 6th level or lower.
Once per day, the spellcaster can augment a spell by llowing a recipe as part of her normal spell preparation. prepare an augmented spell, the spellcaster must succeed at a Cra (alchemy) check (DC 15 + spell level) while mixing the recipe's ingredients in a cauldron. (The cost of these ingredients is negligible, and they are assumed to be readily available in a spell component pouch.) If the check succeeds, the spell is augmented with the recipe's metamagic feat. This doesn't change the spell slot of the augmented spell. On a iled check, that spell can't be augmented that day, but the caster can attempt to augment another spell.
A spellcaster can prepare only a single augmented spell each time she prepares spells, and apply only one augmentation from the cookbook to any given spell, but can combine an augmentation with metamagic feats she possesses. In this case, only the feats possessed by the caster adjust the spell slot of the spell being cast. The book doesn't confer the associated metamagic feat on the owner, only the ability to use the given feat when spells are prepared.

Hi, All!
Just a heads up in case my posts are a bit tardy the next 4-5 weeks. It's FIFA world cup time.
Therefore, I'll be watching lots of (real) football on telly until it's over.
--------------------
Oh, yes, as far as the loot goes, I don't think Orgar can make much use of the new loot.
He should be good with what he has now.
Duardlara Frostborn
That cookbook would be very cool - and could be shared by any of our prepared casters (is that just Orgar and D'lara?), but it ties up a relatively large portion of party wealth into a single item.
Orgar, would you see a value in keeping the cookbook? I would see he and D'lara both preparing an augmented spell each day if we kept it, so I hope we would be able to share the cost of it in the calculation of individual wealth. I can forego the big purchase from the centaurs to own half of the cookbook...
Manos Tavore
Manos is humming as he dusts, frilly apron and feather duster in place. "Playing Solitaire till dawn with a deck of 51."
He surveys the setting. "There! Everything shipshape for the new arrivals."
Sorry I was so quiet, this campaign slipped into the background I got so busy. But I'm still ready to go.
Duardlara Frostborn
Cynehelm is not a prepared arcane caster. I had thought of you, but went back and re-read the description. It sounded like sale value for the cookbook is roughly one person's share. If no one else wants to use it, Duardlara will take it as her entire share of the loot and pay the party back for any difference and just not purchase anything this round. If that's the case, sell the scrolls or distribute them to someone else.
If Orgar wants to use it, then the two of them would have around 4K-5K to spend today and access to a free metamagic feat every time they prepare spells. Note that it's not every day, so if we prepared spells again later in the day, we could potentially apply metamagic to one of the spells in the new batch. C'mon, Orgar, whatdya say?

@ Duardlara: Orgar is a spontaneous (CHA-based) spell caster.
Part of his archetype; instead of being INT-based like most magi.So spell-book stuff won't benefit him.
Duardlara Frostborn
Well, rats. If it's acceptable, I would like to go into a bit of debt to the party and keep the armor and the cookbook, which would put me approximately 3000 gp in the hole.
Otherwise, sell the armor and I will take the cookbook as my entire share this time around.
Helgash
Honestly I'm not in favor of bending over backwards much because of loot, so I say everyone claim what they need, we do the math afterward and take it from there (this means please keep the armor and the Cookbook Duardlara, and your share ;))
That being said, I have updated the spreadsheet with all the info from the discussion above, and also took the liberty of adding some items to who I think should have them, like scrolls and pots (please go over it again). Did the math again - the end result is now 10605,6 gold for each one.
I say we cut either 605,6 or 105,6 gold from each share to create e group pool, from where we can buy scrolls, wands, etc - what is your vote?
That being said, each one ends up with a share of either 10500 or 10000 gold? Sounds solid?
I will also add a reference number for how much each one of us has retained from the loot (from this point onward), so we have an idea of the distribution? (Unless there are any reliable backlogs on this? :D)
Duardlara Frostborn
Even, or maybe especially, if everyone is agreeable with her keeping cookbook and armor, I think that should be the extent of her share. Any additional funds can be split five ways among the rest - I'm getting some very nice items here, so I don't feel like I have a right to ask for more.
Helgash
Back from vacations and catching up ;)
!!Loot list last call!!
Each of our shares is 10k gold
This means we have a group pot of 3634 gold (Feel free to offer suggestions on purchases from this pool - I suggest a wand of CLW even at our level)
@Variel - Planned purchases for Helgash (had 2k gold still):
- Belt of CON +2 4000 gold
- Headband of Alluring Charisma 4000 gold
- Meditation Crystal x2 200 gold
- Cloak of Resistance to +2 3000 gold
- Maybe other odds and ends I am still pondering about.
Variel, I know we already discussed this before but... I was totaling the treasure amount we have and as an example Helgash is sitting at around 25k worth. I know it isn't written in stone, but shouldn't we be at 60k or something like that? Just asking.
DM Variel
Heads up I will be out of town this upcoming week from Monday to Friday so will not be able to post.
As for loot Helgash...yeah this mod is light on wealth. I have been increasing the amount found for having 6 players but all of the written paths are light it seems. Wrath is the same way it just has some artifacts and mythic abilities that hide it.
Duardlara Frostborn
Loot list: Duardlara is not claiming any of the items other than the two we have discussed ad nauseum so they can be sold. Are you saying that after the discussed splits, she still receives 10K?

Gotcha. Kinda sucks though. I've been looking at all the cool items for the Oradin build I am going with Helgash, and at 10th level they are all still out of reach... :P
In any case, hope you are out of town for good reasons like a leisure trip or vacations. Enjoy ;)

Correct Lara :D
Definitely want to buy some stuff, especially scrolls.
Yeah still need to update Greta also.
Cynehelm of Orlov
Cynehelm would like to buy scrolls of: baleful polymorph, banishment, breath of life, cleanse, commune and greater dispel magic. That would cost 7250 gp.
Orgar
Apologies for my absence, all. But I tried to do something a little too clever on my computer and somehow managed to mess up the 'grub2' system, which prevented it from booting up.
Just a bit of a delay in things. I keep my data backed up good and proper.
I'm back in business now, after reinstalling my operating system and getting things back to normal.
Well, normal for me, anyway... :D
Looks like I didn't miss a whole lot the past couple of days, though.
Cynehelm of Orlov
FYI - a combination of pneumonia and moving house means I'll be offline for most the week. And the week after that (if alive) I'll be at GenCon.
Cynehelm of Orlov
I am back from Gen Con, but have no Internet at home ( the house I just bought wasn’t wired for it) until Friday the 10th at the earliest and can’t access it at work. I’ll do my best with my iPad until then, but it’s going to be slow.
Cynehelm of Orlov
Oy vey.
Let me tell you what's going on with me. First, I'm not dead nor fading away. However, after a week of illness and a week of reasonably ill vacationing, I'm now stranded without access to the Internet (I'm writing this from my mother's house, which is definitely not a long-term solution).
Then, the team of electricians who were going to wire my house were in an automobile accident and several were injured. So still no Internet.
Other electricians are coming to wire my house for the Internet and -hope- they can do it by next Friday.
Trying to stay connected by iPad has proved too difficult when I can summon at most 1 or 2 bars at my house. Thus, I'm just going to be offline for a bit. I'm sorry, but now you know why.
Duardlara Frostborn
Wow, sorry to hear that, especially about the illness and injuries to the crew. Hang in there, we’ll keep your seat warm until you can throw your own fireballs once more.
Duardlara Frostborn
You are always safe to assume she fails to do anything useful. My rolling dice is merely a formality...
(Sorry, I was waiting for someone else to act.)
