If we have bulls' eye lantersn we can take a pair and hang them off the side of the wagon pointing forward or some kind of arrangement like that. Get more use of that lightspell. It's obnoxious but it does the trick.

Rehearsals all day tomorrow and then the gig and then getting rat-arse drunk so I'll be disgustingly hungover for most of Sunday. Wish me luck! It's interesting to see already hw the kingdome might take shape. On the one hand you have the brygga zealots who pat the back of the king and proclaim his speech about honor and word to be just.
While the other half realizes that letting loose the cannibalistic killers to torment the kingdom again and so will nod their heads, smile, hide the bodies and get on with the dirty work that makes sure peaceful kingdoms remain so.

But on a more serious note, Dwarves take their word seriously, its why they hold grudges and honor bargains. In the heat of the moment Garnult thought that the best way to go would be to allow the creature to leave in order to protect the Gnomes already there. Possible future victims that don't exist yet do not trump current sentient beings who can be saved.

Yeah still here. I've spent three days in hospital with one of my clients so haven't been free to post - all the time I'm not with them I've been writing safeguarding reports etc. I'll post this evening though.
I will be on a business trip out of country till Tuesday evening, I might be lucky and have time and wifi to update, but probably not.
The car I was in. The front door is open because I opened it. This thing flipped twice after the blown tire and landed on top of the guard rail.
Another view. I'm around 6'6" (I don't know how that translates for europeans) so naturally I got smushed. With cuts along the top of my head and a concussion to match. My left elbow is badly bruised and a left clavical is fractured. All this along wiht little cuts everywhere like a deep one on my thumb and another in the ball of my right hand.
This picture gives a good idea of distance. Not that we could tell inside the car but apparently we turned 180 degrees in the middle of the road when we careened off and flipped twice over the grass before the guard rail caught us.
In the end my fiance walked out wiht some nasty bruises and lots of complaints about the hospital staff and my daughter got away without a scratch whereas I may have to replace this pair of blue jeans such as they are covered in dried blood.
The only reason I'm posting this I think, is because given how sudden, how fast, and you can tell by the pics how destructive, it all turned out I guess I'm simply amazed to still be alive. Sore, hurt, shaken, and going to have to worry about replacing the undoubtedly totaled care, but alive.

Reckless, if you move the story on from apologising to widows I might regain interest. I am not an action only character. (as you'd have guessed from Elmador's background) but splitting the party (even if we do it) is a bad idea.
At the same time I've just taken over as being the manager of three homes for adults who are ASC so I'm not apologetic that my time being stolen. They have first priority over every one. EVER.
My ideas above are those of a man who has managed to put a lot of drink inside him because why not????
