I think my rolling initative for the group works best as well. I'll try to do that going forward, but sometimes it may come down to asking you to roll for yourselves or waiting unitl I can get to my desktop or laptop instead of my tablet.

Well, we haven't fought together much, and the first one was clearly a mess, so I believe Marcos action to be understandable even tough it will hinder much of our attack power.

Hey Ghost, if you're having trouble scaling the map, try to use the squares that have the numbers 41 and 36 at the same time for reference (right now the image is ~10% too big for the squares).

I think we have reached a sticking point here. Not uncommon with pbP dungeon crawls. We have had a good pace before entering the dungeon with lots of RP and such. I am familiar with the Rashia module from way way back(don't remember the deungeon layout though) but I do remember that there is a lot to go through. Perhaps it would be best to trim things down so we can get on with all the things the Dm had planned?
