She smiles as she stands up and stretches. She waits for him to stand up before reaching up and giving him a soft sweet kiss on his lips, "Great, I'll see you later tonight then. Love you. Shamara come." The cat gets up from where she had been lying near Dillon and follows Rajni to the door.

Looking over at Celine who's still looking through the book she smiles as she puts everything but the scarves and gloves for her and Celine back in her bag and hands Halfpocket the six gold, "Thank you so much and have a blessed day Halfpocket. Hey...that man that was just here...do you know him at all?" She asks, wondering if he had a child at home and if it was a situation she might need to look into. Maybe the family just needed some help.
Rajni
She nods as she turns to face him, "Yeah...so it's probably gonna be pretty cold a little later. Make sure you dress warm so you don't get sick on me Nivous, believe me when you say you wouldn't want me making you chicken soup." She says with a little self depreciating laugh.
Celine Milocathe
Celine looks up as she hears mommy talking and closes her book. It was dirty but she could still see the pictures, even if they weren't very bright. She still liked it. Getting up she goes to mommy and puts the book in the bag that was hanging off of her shoulder before looking up at the man and giving him a little smile she waves at him.

Feeling Celine next to her she bends down and wraps the scarf around her neck, tucking it into her coat to keep it in place and puts the small gloves on her hands before putting on her own scarf and gloves.
Celine looks at her new items and claps her gloved hands while giggling.
Arista smiles and picks up her daughter as she waits to find out if Halfpocket knew anything about the man that had been there right before her.

"I'll be fine, but we'll need to talk later. In the meantime, let's get Toni something warm to drink."
Sādhanā
"So...what do you think of her?" Ylrhea asks.
"Interesting to say the least. Seems to be handling what has got to be an unusual situation well...then again she's got the soul of a dragon so... I guess we'll see." Sadhana says with a shrug.
Arista Milocathe
She nods her head, "I see, well I was just worried when he brought in those children books that there might be a child at home...but they looked pretty old and worn...so maybe there isn't anymore. It's alright though because I'm gonna be starting my wellness checks in another day or so...I just have to figure out what to do with Celine...anyways, sorry I'm yammering again. Thank you Halfpocket, I hope you have a blessed day."
Shifting Celine's weight so she's supported on her hip she goes back out into the cold and heads for Asha's shop to look into some warmer wear that she could layer so that Celine could go outside and play for a little while without getting sick.
Getting to the tailor shop she kicks the snow off her boots and stomps her feet on the front porch to get the feeling back into them a little. Opening the door to the shop she sighs at the feeling of warm air hitting her. Stepping inside she closes the door behind them before setting Celine down. Reaching into her bag she pulls out one of the other books and hands it to Celine, "Celine, I want you to go sit on that couch and look at your book while mommy gets what we need okay baby?"
Rajni
Caught off guard by his statement for a moment she nods as she puts her arms around him, "For you Dillon, I would do anything. I'll see you later okay?" Reaching up she gives his cheek one final kiss before leaving with Shamara and heading back home.

Making sure that Celine is preoccupied she goes to Asha and gives her a hug and a smile, "Good afternoon Asha, I'm sorry to be a bother but this weather came out of nowhere and since I don't know how long it's going to last, I thought it would be wise to get prepared for it. It's strange though...my whole life growing up here it was never this cold this soon. I thought for sure we'd at least have a couple more weeks of decent weather before this started." She kind of shrugs, "It just means that some things will need to get done sooner rather than later. Anyways, with no one expecting this I was wondering if maybe you had some warmer things that could be layered? Celine can't be cooped up in the house all day, neither can I apparently and I was hoping you could help us dress more appropriately for the weather so she can still go out and play sometimes? I also have to see about getting some new warm boots for her....she doesn't need the braces anymore so the boots she has are a little too big for her and won't stay on her in the snow. Plus, we need for the boots to be more appropriate for the weather. I'm sorry if I'm rambling...I just have a lot of things on my mind." Cocking her head to the side she looks at Asha for a moment, "I'm sorry...I didn't even ask how you were doing? Is everything going alright? I know you must be loaded down with a lot of work with all the weddings coming up." She says as she rests a hand on the other woman's arm.

Realizing he may have been a bit bossy, Drago gave an apologetic look to Yulia.
Turning to Toni, "So, how are you adjusting to.......well everything?"
Alethiro Milocathe
Giving the old woman a polite bow, "You're welcome Ma'am, have a good day as well."
Putting on his cloak, the Elf headed to the next house Ashram pointed out.

She looks confused for a moment, "Surprise weddings? Is there another wedding besides Sienna and Cyna's, Elena and Kama, and Aliethia and Divitia?" Looking over at Celine she nods, "Yeah, I actually found out how old she was after getting back and going through the paperwork from the mines. She's actually only twenty-five years old, but she's so smart Asha. I know it's a bit of an age difference, but Juhi is welcome over any time to play with Celine. I know she misses having other kids to play with. She's been asking me this afternoon to go see Hjorr and I had to tell her no. If the weather turns nice again for a little bit, I'm going to see about having Mr. Meacham build a swing set for the park and maybe just a swing in our back yard for when we can't go to the park. Anyways...I'm getting side tracked again. I swear some days I don't know where my brain is." She rattles on as she follows Asha back to where the coats are, "Oh...these are lovely, and I like that some of them have hoods. I just got these scarves and gloves for all of us, I think I'll get jackets to match. Alethiro's work takes him out in all kinds of weather." She says as she picks out a blue jacket for her husband, a red and black one for herself, and a light green one for Celine, "Oh my....I almost forgot about my wings. I guess I'm still not used to them. Could you alter this jacket for me along with those other things I gave you before? I'm sorry...I just keep dumping more work on you don't I?" She says a bit more softly as she looks down.

"I guess I can see that," Drago replied, "I had a similar reaction when I first discovered my heritage. Still, adjusting to a new world has to be difficult. Is there anything I might be able to do to help?"

Looking over at Ammon she sighs a little as she takes in his posture, the way he keeps quiet. Obviously he had been through some stuff but she didn't really want to pry. While they walk she says, "You know Ammon...I don't know where you came from, or what your life was like before...but I've learned that things are very different here. We have to deal with a lot of stuff, but we're all a unit and we're here for each other. I hope after some time you'll get to know us and let us get to know you too." She says in way of welcoming him to the group. She just hoped he understood that he could be himself around them and in time loosen up a little bit.
Arista Milocathe
*sigh* But it's really really cold out there and wet and you don't have the proper shoes. It's okay...I'm taking care of that stuff. The next time you have to go out in the kind of weather you will be properly attired.

Asha takes the jacket. "It will be alright. I received word from a cousin of mine that he will be coming to Valwick to help out here. I also had him pass along word to other tailors. Maybe another shop will open up to give me some breathing room."
She smiles. "Money isn't everything. As for the 'surprise' wedding, Rajni told me she intends to marry Dillon at the end of the month. I'm not quite sure how to feel about it...it's just another thing on the unending list of things I have to do."

"There isn't much to know really. I was a street urchin living by stealing whatever I could in Garhazan, got caught and put into service of the Scorched Sons. They taught me to fight and follow orders without question. Then I was bought out of service by Cassym, a Cleric of Sarenrae. He taught me other things, mostly trying to improve my social skills, but it's.....difficult to process for me. Then Cassym had a vision of a white tiger with blue stripes and that led me here."

She nods as they get close to Cyna and Sienna's house, "Ah...I see. Well, our experiences make up a lot of who we are and affect the choices we make. I....I had a hard time dealing with my father dying expectantly, the way the men of my village treated my mother after that didn't help....and I was young and didn't understand what was happening to me and I didn't want my mother suffering more because of me so I ran away. Lots of stuff happened, drowned out villages, electrocuting people...until the green circle got a hold of me and even that didn't work at first. It took the man that came to be a father to me, to teach me how to use my abilities and deal with all the anger and grief I had stored up inside myself. We came here to meet with Elder Sister, another entirely different story, I met Rhy here, my father met the woman he is now married to here...that's who's house we now occupy. Well..it was a shop too, but I don't know anything about cutting hair so that parts a bit empty. Maybe I'll let someone else use it that can make a trade there or something. Anyways....Rhy and I fell in love and got married and now we're with Sadhana and the others fighting the darkness that's quickly trying to engulf this land....this world really. Things have been really stressful and we seem to be under constant attack by one thing or another, hence my reaction to your training session earlier this morning. I just reacted and I really am sorry." She says, realizing that she's just been running on at the mouth she blushes, "Sorry...I'm not good at keeping things short and it's complicated. I'm glad you're here now though, we've lost some of the members of our group to various reasons and maybe it'll help ease Arista's mind if she knows that we'll have more help." She says thoughtfully as she thinks out loud.
Drago Zakharov
"Fair enough," Drago said.
An idea just struck him, "What were you in your old world again? If that's not a rude question."
"Thank you my Sweet," He said to Yulia.

Arista's mouth pops open in surprise, "She...she what? Well...that is a little...ummm...surprising. I guess as long as she's happy and he treats her well that's what's important though right? I told him when I found out they were dating that if he hurt her I'd kill him." She kind of chuckles a bit before giving Asha an understanding look, "I'm sorry if you're having a hard time dealing with it though. With everything changing so quickly it must have your head spinning a bit. I'm glad you have help coming and if there's anything I can do to help, if Juhi ever wants to come over to play with Celine, she's more than welcome. I got this cook book to learn how to bake cookies on days that we can't go outside and play. She can always come over and bake with us if she wants to. I was gonna stop by the market on the way home after the furriers and get some more flour, sugar, and chocolate and try making these fudge brownies that are in the book. It's all cookies and cookie type bars so I'm sure they're yummy. Look Asha...if you ever need anything, anything at all...even if it's just someone to talk to, I'm here okay? I'm not going anywhere, not for a good long time okay?"

"Congratulations on finding someone special. I know that for most people, there's nothing like it. For someone like me, it's not part of my destiny. And there's no need to apologize for earlier, given the circumstances it's understandable."

Getting to the house she shivers slightly. She should have taken the time to dress appropriately, but she hadn't really been thinking at all when she left. She takes a deep breath as she knocks the snow off of her boots. At least Dillon had gotten rid of all the mud and everything. She needed some coffee now to warm up with and help her to relax and focus on what she needed to try and say to her mother. The first thing she needed to do was tell her how sorry she was for what she said before and try to explain in a clearer way how she felt about Dillon and her reasoning behind her decision. She wouldn't marry him though at the end of the month if after getting to know him her mother still wasn't comfortable with her marrying him so soon. All she could do was hope that her mama would at least try to understand her feelings and be happy for her and the happiness she found with Dillon.
Taking one more breath she opened the door to their living quarters and went to the kitchen to start making the coffee. She wasn't sure if her mother was busy, but she didn't want to interrupt if she was with a customer.
