Bruden sees the talking skeleton focus on Tyr, ignoring him in the back of the room, which suited him just fine. He dropped his spear in time with one of the other distractions hitting him from the front and two-handed his mace for an attack from behind. The scout's heavy bludgeon crushes through the back of Asar's helmet and smashes the skull inside into dust.

Tyr chops the other skeleton in half with his sword.

We can handle the following in any order, just label what your character would do with each.
_________________________________
Loot

Asar has a suit of +1 chainmail and a +1 longsword.

Sarcophagus

Kassen’s sarcophagus is open, and the lid is lying next to it. His body is intact, save for the broken links of a chain that lie around his neck—the medallion it once held is missing. Kassen is dressed in resplendent full plate with a flaming longsword resting on his chest. Above the sarcophagus is the party's goal, the Everflame, burning brightly. When they approach to light the lantern (Whenever that happens), the spirit of Kassen stirs from its rest and rises up. "Thank you for putting down Asar, brave children of Kassen. Here, take these items in thanks for defending my crypt." The spirit withdraws a bag of holding (type I), a +1 bashing shield, an elemental gem (water), and one scale from his armor for each of them. "Use this scale to call down my boon in time of need. Go now in peace." Kassen says, before disappearing.

Dimira

A few points of magical healing revives her. She's thrilled to have been rescued, telling the tale of her capture the same as Roldare. She says that Asar had been holding her prisoner and asking her questions about the state of affairs in this time. She doesn't remember anything else.

The Return Home

The journey back to Kassen is somber and uneventful. Roldare is thrilled to see Dimira again and seems to regain most (but not all) of his sanity.

When the heroes finally return to Kassen, they find a celebration underway in their honor. Mayor Uptal is there to greet them at the gates, but his joy at their return quickly turns to horror when he finds out what has happened. The news quickly spreads throughout town and the harvest celebration turns melancholy. The folk do not blame the heroes for what happened, and most are rather grateful that this new menace is ended. The grand feast is still held in their honor, but it is not the same as it was in previous years. This year, many are drinking to help forget that they have lost friends and loved ones. Plans are made to return to the crypt and bury the slain townsfolk.

So that's it folks. You made it from level 1-4 and saved the town of Kassen. Your characters can either retire from adventure and live their lives out as local heroes, or they can move on to bigger and better things elsewhere in Golarion. Either way, their hometown will never forget them! Congratulations, this is the first module I've actually ever completed in PBP. Hope you all had fun, and I'm sorry that I don't have the time to keep running with something else. Great job on defeating the Crypt of the Everflame, and may all your rolls be critical hits!
