Take the highest 1st level wealth of your wealthier class.
You will be Gestalt. If you are a bender, it is Gestalt Kineticist with a martial arts type class. If you are a non-bender, it is two martial classes.
I will be providing campaign traits, please choose one of them, and then we can discuss how to reflavour the other trait from Pathfinder to fit your needs. Some will not really need reflavouring.
