Manny's out of town so, I'll go for him. Thunderwave vs FM1. 20 vs Fort (inc stench) hits for 11 thunder damage and push it to X13.
The old man starts half-humming, half-singing to himself "There once was an ugly fishman, with scales so.. something something. And all the other fishmen said something something get out of town!" and with that he shoves the fish-man away with a loud crack of thunder.

On Rowan's next turn he'll shift 1 square to the NW (diagonally) and cut loose with a Searing Light on Fishman#2: 1d20+9: 16+9 for a total of 25 to hit its Reflex doing 12pts of radiant damage to that fishman if it hits and leaves it blinded until the end of Rowan's next turn... hopefully!
Stepping away from the growing stench allowing him to focus on the task at hand Rowan calls upon his faith and strikes out at the fishman who has stepped clear of both its allies and Rowan's comrades.

Snuffling horribly, Akahale places a gentle curse on the head of FM1 and follows up with a blast of dark power. Hopefully, he watches to see if the gilled horror has any kind of vulnerability, ready at a moments notice to transform his attack into something even more potent. He moves back onto the grass and awaits further developments.

On Rowan's next turn he'll casts Sacred Flame on the blinded Fishman: 1d20+9+2: 13+9+2 for a total of 24 vs fishman's reflex doing 1d6+5: 1+5 for 6pts of damage if it hits and grants Seram a saving throw. Can't see the map at the moment though so just hope the sacred flame hits!

If Akhale runs he would normally cover 16 squares - in difficult terrain he covers 8. The called people are walking normally so are covering 6 squares per round. They will enter the sea in 2 rounds time. For simplicity's sake we shall place them at Init 0. Next round Akahle will be within 12 squares of them. the next round he can be within 4 squares, they will then enter the sea, wading.

Grafire shifts one sqr E to Z17 - Wolf pack tactics attack on FM4 - rolled a 22 -2(stench)=20. Allows seram to shift one sqr - to Y19.
You can't shift in difficult terrain, I'm afraid. Or rather, you can but you need to be able to shift 2 squares in one go.

As a minor I would like to give Seram a healing surge through Inspired presence. Since my original intent was to try and get him out of being flanked. If he decides he would like one if not we wont count it.

The bushy-haired wizard then fixes his steely gaze upon the wide orbs of the fish-man, and repeats,... "BEGONE" In a voice that seems to echo oddly long after his actual voice has stopped sounding. There is a flare of energy that passes from the mad mages eyes to the white orbs of the fish creature,...
