Power (Encounter): Minor Action. Choose a target within 10 squares of you. That target gains the mark of the Raven Queen until the end of the encounter. On your turn, you can reroll the result of one damage die against that target. This reroll does not alter the damage for other targets hit by an area or close attack.
Power (Daily * Teleportation): Minor Action. You teleport adjacent to the target that bears the mark of the Raven Queen. You gain a +1 power bonus to attack rolls and a +2 power bonus to damage rolls against the target until the end of your next turn.

Background

Spoiler:

Akahale's story is a simple one. Born to an honourable clan, he seeks only to burnish the glories of his family through his actions. Unlike many of his people, he turned early from the pursuit of arms to the pursuits of the mind. He saw that for the dragonborn the greatest dangers came from within in the form of temptation and longing to acquit oneself fully within dragonborn culture. Such desires, while worthy, could be deformed into tools of the wicked. Deliberately seeking the darkness in order to understand its allure, he forged a dark pact and now wanders the world hunting evil to quell it at the core. He works to save his people from themselves.

Appearance and personality

Spoiler:

Small for a dragonborn (he stands only 5'7"), Akahale cuts a rather dazzling figure with his green-tinted bronze colouration. Kindly and sympathetic, he is bewildered that anyone would find him intimidating or dangerous. In his own eyes, he is merely a humble servant of the good, seeking to protect innocence. He is paranoidally suspicious of just about everything and so far has been proved right every time.
