I am still here guys. Just been busy at work and dealing with RL issues.

Male Dwarf Zen Archer Monk 4//Preacher 1, HP: 46/46, AC(wMA) 21 /t 17 /f 19, F 9, R 6, W 10,(+3 vs spells/poison, +2 vs transmutation) Init +2, PasPer 22(24 stone), Darkvision 60'

Alrighty, still waiting on internet, so I'll try and post sooner rather than later and wrap up Gared's part in this camp.

Players,

It is with a heavy heart I am announcing I am ending this game as of right now. I have two main reasons for doing this and I feel I do owe you an explanation for my reasonong.

One of the reasons is RL related. My work has gotten significantly busier recently and I find it difficult to post while at work. Plus I find myself with less energy to post when I get home. That, plus the fact I am running two other games on the boards and playing in two more, takes all my mental energy and time.

And that leads to the second more important reason: I was not having fun with this game any longer. I think it happened because of a mix of RL issues mostly with myself and with you players to a smaller degree.

I know you are disappointed, but if you aren't enjoying running the game anymore, it will eventually start to show as you have to force yourself to make posts. You players deserve a DM that is not going to do a half-assed job running a game like this. I do know what it is like to have a DM abandon you mid-game, as that has happened to me several times before and that is not a decision I make lightly.

I would recommend recruiting a replacement DM for you all if you wish to keep going here, but this game has made it further than even I had anticipated ever since Horven, Gared, Ganer and Ratcliff first woke up in that courthouse in Absalom.

Thank you all for participating and I sincerely hope you find another great game to play in.

Yours truly,
Eric aka DM Eric

Well it was nice while it lasted. Thanks for being Frank and letting us know up front!

Male Halfling Rogue 5; HP: 35/35; AC: 19, T: 15, FF: 15; Fort: +3, Ref: +9, Will: +3 (+5 vs Fear, +2 vs illusions); Initiative: +4; Perception: +20 (+2 vs traps), Passive Perception: 30

Thank you for running this, Eric, for as long as you did. I hope things get better on the work end, I understand how that is.

Eric, thank you, SO much for running this game all these years. It has truly been a pleasure, and I hope you remember the game fondly, as I certainly will!

Halfling Summoner 8, HP 64/64, AC 16/t 12/f 15, F 6 /R 7 /W 9, Init +1, PasPer 11, Sp (1st) 6/6 (2nd) 6/6 (3rd) 3/3, SMI, II, III, IV 8/8

I want to second Gared's statement, thank you DMEric, for making this one of the longest-running, most enjoyable campaigns, pbp or tabletop, that it has been my pleasure to participate in.
For all that I would have wished it could continue in perpetuity, or at least through the rest of the AP, I hope that you were able to end it with more positive memories than negative.
For all the rest of you, thank you for taking part & helping me to feel a part of something more, even if it was a 'game of make believe'.
