Not only do I not have any relevant knowledges, I really don't know who Ragoren is.

On the cover of the book is what appears to be an ogre smashing the area of Varisia in pieces.

And no, it doesn't have a magical aura

Ragoren is the patron god of various giants, mainly fire giants and ogres, as well as orcs. He represents intimidation, enslavement, and the power of the earth itself.

Check result 15:
Ragoren is said to have been a member of the army for Rovagug, the Destroyer. It is stated that his great sword was sharp enough to cut through stars, and that his strength can shatter planets. Surprisingly, he was an enemy of the Rune Lords, and the kingdom of Thassilon had a law that forbid giants to worship their patron god.

Ragoren was banished by an unknown hybrid of gold dragon and silver dragon; although the giant god was able to slay the dragon, he was sent to the area that the Old Gods themselves are said to inhabit. Many worshipers whisper of a prophecy that his heir will destroy the remaining area of Thassilon, and then, all of Golarion will be enslaved by the giants.
