round 14 - Janna
Janna was hiding behind a tree, though not too well as Crooktooth approached. the bad guy looked rather beaten.
stepping back she balls her fist and with a little shake of her hand she makes a motion of tossing dice as a pair of lightning arcs fly forth unerringly striking crooktooth.
magic missile damage: 2d4 + 2 ⇒ (4, 4) + 2 = 10
Janna - The Storm Maiden
Round 15 - Janna
I believe those magic missiles will down Crooktooth with the fall of the apparent leader, janna practically glides toward the two crossbow wielders.
On thing about the weather, it is so unpredictable, you never know where lightning will strike next. she then twirls her staff and strikes the ground unleashing a wave of electricity engulfing the two renaming rats.

[dice=torch lit/damage/precision]1d20+7+2-2-4;1d3;2d6;** spoiler omitted **
When the rat falls....Sam does an impromptu chest bump he saw northern barbarians do with Lannet on top of the rat.
Using this as Sam's Round 16 turn.
With Lannet's Aid Another and Leo's Bless, the torch just makes it.
1 HP Fire Damage. Sneak Attack absorbed by DR.
Sickle is a miss. You can't tell whether it would have been effective because it didn't connect with his hide. (Attack roll too low to beat Touch AC). So you have to decide whether to action point without knowing that info. Remember, Lannet guessed it would not work.
Samduc Dawnbringer
Round 16 - Sam
Conditions flanking, aided

DM Grimmy
Ok Sam I had kept your rolls from the extra turn you took last round but same outcome so no-harm no-foul. Please read carefully before posting. Thank you for remembering header this time. Your torch damage roll this time was one higher this time, I will accept the additional point of damage. Geech has 1 HP remaining!
Edit: Keep your action point, sickle is no good vs his DR.
Damien "Wet" Winters

Janna - The Storm Maiden
round 16 - Janna
Janna steps back not too keen on unleashing another wave of electrical arcs, Janna concentrates on just a single foe for now.
You really should have been better prepared for the weather as she shoots a pair of crackling energy bolts at "Snivels"
5' step to C 15 then magic missile Snivels damage: 2d4 + 2 ⇒ (4, 4) + 2 = 10
DM Grimmy
Snivels shrieks and dies as the energy pierces his magical hide. These lycanthropes were not used to meeting travelers who have the means to overcome their magical protections.
Beside him his comrade dies from the burns from Samduc's torch.
I forgot Sam's sneak attack damage with torch is still fire damage so it gets by the DR.
Janna - The Storm Maiden
just an FYI, I may describe my magic missiles as lightning or something else weather related, they still do the same thing, force damage like normal magic missiles. they just look more storm appropriate. if that is alright.
Damien "Wet" Winters
With the last of the rats down, Damien sucks in a ragged breath and looks around the clearing, "Lets bloody well hope that's the last of them. Finish striping the bodies and lets get our asses out of here."
Leaning heavily on his hammer, he turns to Vhillish, "Deputy! If you'd be so kind as to take Kev and grab the mule and the last of our gear from the bushes. I want to have as many miles between us and the blood suckers as possible when they finish with these pigs."
Heaving himself painfully into motion, Damien moves to one of the rat witches and begins emptying her pockets, "Leo. Keep an eye out for any more surprises."
Vhillish Quarrelwick
Vhillish nods, then half salutes as he falls into automatic behavior;
"Right you are sa...h!"
The serjeant-depute shoulders his arbalest and bids Kevezyat join him;
"Mistress Faen if you will. Pack duty for us my good lady whot-whot!"
The gnome veteran double times it to the mule and begins collecting gear together.
DM Grimmy
As the party is packing up gear, the twisted baby tree looking creature lumbers into the field dragging his net full of pigs.
Seeing the broken were-rats, he drops the net, and paces over to one of the dead witches.
"I... feed pigs? Gleena... I go home? I... see miss Glaatha?"
He doesn't seem to be paying much mind to the party.
DM Grimmy
The glow is answered by a similar ornament which Gleena has several of hanging from each ear as part of elaborate dangling earings.
Knotty eventual makes his way away from Gleena's corpse and starts piling up fresh pigs for the stirges. If the above spoiler is noticed and inspected more closely:
Kevezyat Faen
With a fluid motion, Kevezyat changes the trajectory of her sword so that it drops harmlessly to her side, as it's target had already expired from Jenna's magic.
Glancing about for new dangers, she smiles and nods then follows Vhillish to fetch the mules "Lead on , Deputy." she says, trotting to catch up with the dutiful gnome.
Leoven.
Perception: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (6) + 4 = 10
Leoven feel somewhat sorry for the tree baby but He couldn't thinks in nothing to do about it. The young cleric just follow damien orders.
Samduc Dawnbringer
Sam stops his looting immediately at the sight of the little tree. Sam turns to Lannet and smiles: "We can do something for him, can't we. I am going to keep him."
Sam rushes over and kneels down in front of the small tree and smiles at him. "Your previous caretakers died horribly. But, we are looking after you now, and you will be treated very well with us. I am papa Sam and this is uncle Lannet, and we will make sure you will have a new home."
perception: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (4) + 9 = 13
diplomacy to influence: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (17) + 6 = 23
UMD: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (14) + 7 = 21
Sam adds as he pulls out a holy symbol he made carved as a tree moments earlier:
"We know just things for a young tree to do that will impress all the gods of nature. Yes we do. I am sort of a follower of all the dieties, and the nature ones like me just as much as my own patron. You will be my newest acolyte and your new name is Chosen!! Now get your things together, we are traveling."
Bluff: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (19) + 8 = 27
Sam places the looped carving of a tree over a branch of the twisted tree reverently. "You are now blessed by the Dawnbringer!!"
After quickly divining the intention of the ornaments, Sam exclaims: "These can find each other." He puts one on himself and the other on the tree. "You can never be lost, Papa Sam can always find you now. And hopefully I can show you how to always find Papa Sam!!"
