Yes its in a files set call under Risk assesment and SIM tests, some SIM data is just missing, you thing its not kept on the SIM MIND at all, but most things there you can get to with a bit of hacking, to your shock you find a note form Rosa on one file, on Wards.

"Dear Melody,
I have not dount you may be testing the system, and looking in places like here for data on them, look deeper here and you even find out how to take down the safty wards, I ask that you know do this, or find out how, what you do not know can not be taken from you and used to harm others, I hope you agree.
Yours
Rosa."

Female [Classified] Bard 16 / [classified] 16

the only information at the momment she is interested in is about Renkai, she will not be touching any wards or protection routines.

melody works on a special simulation. set so that when you enter the door of the Sim room you enter a home, a feeling of being home. the smell of a home cooked meal fills the rooms.

a fire roars in the fireplace. the only light is comeing from the fire and several well placed candles. there are windows to a snow covered landscape. a light evergeen forest. the white snow glistening in the moonlight.

She tries to set up a protection scheme so this sim cannot be accessed by anyone but her. she wants this place to be her private sanctuary when she needs some alone time. the door lock when this sim is active will be tuned to her sonic device so it cannot be opened without it.

Its not "splashing" its an ancient art form. luckily I don't want to "splash Grim becuase that woulod be rude.

not a problem like I said no changes to any wards are being done she leaves that completely untouched. so it would be a simple voice or hand print override or whatever to open the door. I really only wanted to prevent other studentes from getting in during this one simulation.

The room and Tybalt's clothes may be more astechically pleasing to Vare as he redecorates his room in his sleep and his clothes are all neon and black.

"Ah.. hello. You are the one who helped me with the tray... yes?" Vare's eyes never do seem to fix directly on Tybalt, glancing about his as he speaks to the catfolk. Melody goes through the simulation checking everything. the room temperature, the lighting, the kitchen. She leaves off any bedroom area, she just isn't ready for that level of relationship.

suddenly she realizes something missing.

she pulls out her datapad and begins to alter the simulation. adding hidden speakers with power and volume tuned to her sonic device. and she will have her guitar ready just in case.

she already has her song ready. she knows the words, knows the chords. the evening will be perfect.

as far as info on Kai...she decides it best to not pry, she wouldn't want that done to her. She must learn to trust...he did pass the tests after all

Melody will trust him to be honest with her...

Actually - Fei did indicate the course they would take:

Fei, of the Sun Soul wrote:
"...We can start here, head down the green, then through the forest skirting the outer edge of the gardens, then circumventing the lake and heading back up the rise to end the 'lap'. We continue until the warning bell for next period sounds, and see who has gone the farthest..."

Totally understandable if you want to cut your own course for the run. Just didn't want you to miss that. :)

Just before they are about to hit the treeline, Vai drops just a little more, bringing her powerful hind legs forward and pushing herself forward, giving herself a little more power before she reverts back into her half-elf body, retaining her wings. She also keeps the breakneck pace, keeping fairly low to the ground to avoid the worst of the branches, but also high enough that the brush just skimmed her belly.

Fly Check: 1d20 + 31 ⇒ (7) + 31 = 38

Despite the seemingly reckless and dangerous headlong flight, Vai is not in any real danger as she works hard in the forest. She was used to training with her Mom after all. The trees were so much easier than rock slides! Fei was quickly pulling ahead despite the undergrowth and brush present, and her dragon form was too big for the tight spaces between the trees. She would simply have to keep him as close as possible and try to gain that ground back on the other parts of the course. She slides her claws out and tries to use various trees she passes by as points for even more speed, digging her claws in and flinging herself forward when the situation called.

There are a brief few times where Vai gets distracted by Fei, as he executes maneuvers to clear brush, watching his graceful strides and easy power with great admiration. Once it almost causes her trouble, but her instincts are enough to avoid the branch which seemed to appear out of nowhere.

Dave looks somewhat suprised "you actually need supervision for that? It was just a couple mephitis, I could open my mouth and kill them with my very breath if I wanted, nothing they could do could harm me in any case even if they did somehow get out, an unlikely event in and of itself"

"Shiny...?" Vare asks Starlight as she blinks around the room.

"Thank you Mr. Tybalt." Vare remembers Tybalt saying that he was a guy... and he used male pronouns for David as well, which made Vare's life easier. At least he didn't have to guess. Vare looks at David in slight consternation as he approaches...

"David... even a couple of mephits can be dangerous. This is what I came here to speak with you about." Vare nods thankfully to Tybalt.

"Binding any extra-planar being without the supervision of a teacher is against school rules... there have been problems in the past with this... and as I am told, many students were killed as a result." Vare says calmly. "It isn't about how easily you believe you could deal with them, or whether or not they could harm you. A mephit is extremely dangerous to someone who may not be as physically fit or magically as powerful as you. If there was an accident and the creatures somehow got loose, it might seriously harm someone... or worse, summon more powerful allies."

"Which brings me to my second point. Planar politics are often strange and alien to us. There can be dangers associated with binding even the weakest of beings, especially if you are not binding a specific creature. Who knows if the mephits you bound have a Master... and what insult he may have taken to you binding his servant."

"Now, Mr. David. You will serve a detention from this. I will allow you to choose either myself or Professor Rosa to run the detention. And in the future, please consult me before you attempt any more reckless actions."

Lang still hanging by the lake as all this flying and running goes on just plays with his magic water.

again he tries to master the old water bending form from the book.

he statrts to flow withe the grace of a Tai Chi master. hoping he can unlock the chakras to master the form.

the waves on the lake surface start to flow. the wave are definately visible now as being unnatural. affecting nearly 80 feet from the shoreline where lang is standing.

the waves grow in height nearly 2 to 3 feet. Lang seems oblivious to the overall effect as he seems to be concentrating on a small section of water near the edge.

Instead of punishing an act of ignorance just make sure it doesn't happen again?"

Hmm. This could get interesting in the next few minutes if a water ...'mishap'...is about to occur.

and lang is about to complete the maneuver (called Ice wall)

As Lang finishes his form a huge wall of water rises up about 20 to 30 feet and about 80 feet long solidifies to ice.

Lang turns around to see what he did his mouth open in disbelief

as the racers emerge, to Lang the whole world seems to swap to slow motion.

all Lang can do is close his eyes and hope for the best.

now would be the perfect time for one of more skilled water benders to show up

"I am not unreasonable, Mr. Tybalt." he says, despite looking every inch the madman... even the way his eyes look around is a little unnerving. "But ignorance is never an excuse." he tries to ignore the flitting in and out of Starlight's figure, and the whorls it was creating in the Dream. "And David... there are always outliers, in any manner of creature. A mephit may learn to be a wizard, or a psion, just as any human might. That is why it is important to be careful when binding. Very well, David. I believe I have a suitable task for you. Can you come to my classroom after classes are over for the day?"

Vare nods and strokes his beard once again thoughtfully. "Think of it not as punishment, David, but rather a learning opportunity. Does that seem fair to you?" The last part - the question about fairness - is asked wholly open and honestly... perhaps even a little curious as to what David thought.
