I don't need to go down the list do I? Would it make you feel better?" Vai says with a sly grin.Raelle shrugged. "I know my family isn't like that. But everyone had to be careful after Ignace's...accident. She still doesn't deal with fire well. And I can barely conjure up a spark. Chara likes to play with fire like that, but she only does it when she thinks no one is looking."
"We are quite probably the most messed up family of firebirds ever."
Raelle giggled. "No, that's okay. We're all just one big happy messed up family."
"It gets extra challenging sometimes with the other firebirds. But hopefully with classes starting they'll be busy with more important things than tormenting me."
"Do I need to crush someone?" Vai said, mimicking what her older brother had said earlier. She's only half-joking.
Ignace took the flower gingerly and admired it, bringing it to her nose to smell it. It was a very beautiful flower. But why was he giving her a flower? Was this supposed to be a .... a courtship gesture? But she was too young for that. Wasn't she? She suddenly felt rather nervous. And what was she supposed to do with the flower now anyways?
"Thank you for the flower," she said solemnly. "It is very beautiful."
She looked at the pod with interest when he showed it to her.
When he introduced her to Sun she felt like she was finally back on familiar ground. Introductions she knew how to handle. She gave a polite curtsy.
"It is a pleasure to meet you, Mr. Sun Wukong."

"No," Raelle laughed. "I need to learn to deal with these guys myself. It's mostly just posturing. Really, really irritating posturing."

A tall, muscular man in dirty robes approaches the gates of the school.
"This must be the place. It doesn't look so much unlike a temple, although it is a bit fancy for my tastes. I must approach the master teacher" he said, proceeding further.
He circled the main building, taking in the sights while giving everything a wide berth. A lake, a garden, the place certainly wasn't an eyesore.

She tries, somewhat unsuccessfully, to calm down and adopt a bad impression of one of them. "Oh, Raelle," she begins haughtily, "your smokiness is so strangely attractive. I cannot *snrk* contain myself!" This time Vai was the one to burst out laughing, barely able to finish the terrible impression.
"It would be a very...ummm....bold choice to combine those particular colors," she said diplomatically. "Not very easy to pull off."
She looked confused at Sun's comment about the candy. "That is quite alright, Mr. Sun. I rarely indulge in sweets," she said primly.

Hopefully I can find out more when I can devote some serious time to research. I'd do it tonight, but I want to help Tyrrin with her telescope, as I love looking at the stars. Did you know on Eberron we have twelve moons? Its really phenomenal, especially when you can see a few more than normal. I also want to find out if I can see our draconic constellations here. Its one of the things I miss the most from home. Hopefully I can make the concert too, as I don't know when Tyrrin wanted to meet. Will you continue to keep me company? Please?" He says with a smile.

As the fourth blow is about to land, it stops just short as four crossed luminescent greenish red swords appear out of no where and block the blow. Gavin stirs, and as he rises a form takes shape around his body, a large bipedal reptilian creature with four arms getting up from a kneel. The entire creature is the same greenish red, but slightly translucent, with an unconscious Gavin at it's core.
It's about 9 and ahalf feet tall, with a long sinuous tail, and what part of it's armor you can make out seem like very functional laminate.
It's eyes are simply pools of the deepest green with a slight glow to them, and they are fully focused on the cat in front of it. With it's swords crossed it attempts to push the creature back away as it attempts to stand...
It hisses as it's pushing the creature back "Thiss one iss under my protection...sstand down or face oblivion."

The arrows light up, and the pair follow them through the school.
Anahita will follow along with Ehos, she hasn't appeared to have any reason to abandon or part his company before, she's proving that again. She does, however, follow suite and drop the trash off into the appropriate receptacles.

As they walk out of the cafeteria, she does venture to peek back at the kobold, with the same curiosity on her features. Something about him was definitely making her curious.

They seem to have some kind of uniform on, Helmets and Armor of green, they have long maces and what look to be shields on there backs. 2 of the groups seem to be carrying some large cylinder objects, when the get with in half a mile the peale off stop and start erecting the Cylinders. The other 2 groups pull off there shields and brandish there maces.Behind you the temple bell rings and you see human monks run around putting shutters over doors and windows.
As you the trolls seem intent on the Temple as the get close the split left and right, looking to flank the defenders.

'Her name is Professor Aananda Sunwake. She used to teach the Physical Education class, but she currently manages the security of the school, and has many projects beside. She's also a dragon.' Ehos tries to write that last part as non-chalantly as possible.
