Did a double-checking all my numbers, and I did miss one thing:
Favored Class (Swashbuckler) bonus +1 towards (3/4) to finally earn +1 permanent Panache.
So my Panache just went up from 3 to 4 points!
I will continue this trend as time passes so that by my 12th level I will gain another.

Remember that I can craft them for 45% of the normal sale price. For winged boots, that means 7,200 gp.
Herzag is correct about the added cost for overloading an item:

I do not currently have wand creation, but I could get it if there's demand. If so then I'll probably go into the staff-like wand arcane discovery that lets you use wands like staves (you use your caster level with the wand - e.g. I could use a cl 1 wand of magic missiles and get 5 missiles out of it if I'm level 9+).

Base price for winged daredevil boots would be 18,100 gp, so 19 days to craft. (Crafting time is always based on base price, so even with discounted crafting I can't do it faster - just cheaper.)
Fun factoid: If I pumped ranks into Use Magic Device and got the staff-like wand discovery, I could use it with healing wands to get more healing power out of 'em - for instance using a caster level 1 wand of cure light wounds to heal 1d8+5 damage instead of 1d8+1, since it would use my caster level. Also handy for things like haste wands (for longer duration) or shield of faith (for higher bonuses).

I took that path with a magus, takes forever but awesome when you can pull it off. It's the Nightcrawler attack sequence.

Nearby is a pool where you should wait for Sarlis, which could take several days. The nagas of the Slithering Coast are aggressive and
territorial, but Sarlis is more “social” than most of her ilk.
Still, they might have to wait several days for the naga to deign to meet with them.

Heavy rain and bad knees have caused me to have a nasty fall on the sidewalk. Caught myself before getting seriously injured, but have very painful & swollen fingers on my typing hand.
So no update tonight, and probably tomorrow as well sorry. Typing with my left hand is slow and awkward. I grew up before computers and find it too annoying to type with my off hand. Not to mention me on painkillers can get bizarre.
