The Planning Room - Round 8 - concluded
Stepping back a bit to be abl to bring his weapon to bear on the nearest zombie effectively, Semik successfully stabs the walking corpse damaging it enough that it falls in a lifeless heap on the table, all the animation falling from it in a flash.

The Planning Room - Round 9 - continued
Upstairs, Irina taps Wulfgang with the curative wand from Old Mother Theodora, and she is pleased when the viking warrior begins to stir. He still looks quite weak and on the edge of fading back to unconsciousness but manages to request a bit more healing.
That tap gets the big guy back to 0hp, but he's going to need more if he's going to be of service. Wulfgang will now act after Irina in the count.
Back downstairs, Ruso and Jack continue their flanking tactics on the slow moving zombies. While Ruso's rapier distracts the mindless undead, Jack slashes it hard from behind, tearing a good chunk from the creature.
Brandishing his shortsword in one hand, and grasping a religious symbol hanging from his neck, the man cries "Lord Blackfingers, send your vile power into my minions who fight to murder these interlopers on your behalf." The air around the wounded zombie fills with a tingling sensation as negative energy surrounds you, not damaging you, but healing the undead abomination.
Skyne up next.

Sorry for the long delay, between a busy weekend and nasty cold, I have been at half speed lately.
The Planning Room - Round 9 - continued
Skyne has made some good hits on the zombies, but this slashing blow fails to connect with the lumbering corpse.
Blue Zombie strides into the room a bit more and turns its meaty fist on Skyne, crashing into the face of the wizard. His lip bursts in a spray of blood and chipped teeth, and he crumples to the ground, unconscious.
Yellow Zombie takes a small step forward and throws a gut punch at Jack, but his armor absorbs the blow and it ends up harmless.
Skyne takes 8 hp dmg, and is unconscious and bleeding at -5. Semik is up to end Round 9.

Much of the party is up -- Jack, Irina, Ruso and Wulfgang, though the latter is disabled still at zero hp and any standard action brings him back to unconsciousness.
Ruso Haldren
"Jack see what you can do about that one." Ruso says as he points the zombie on the porch while at the same time thrusting his blade at the zombie inside. The fine blade slips through at the base of the skull and runs clean through and out through the remains of the zombies trachea.

The Planning Room - Round 10 - continued
Tapping Wulfgang with the healing wand once more, Irina backs away as the viking warrior rises to his feet and dashes down the stairs.
Ruso is finally able to run one of the zombies through with his rapier, and while piercing damage is usually weak against zombies, this fellow has had just about enough, and collapses back into just a dead corpses again as the elf withdraws his dueling steel.
Facing off against the last zombie through teh outer door, Jack lands a great blow against the slow monster, hacking its head most of the way off, but not stopping it yet.
Seeing his last minion already nearly ready to fall, Rokhar calls forth the negative power of Norgorber once again, trying to restore the vitality of the undead ally, but the effect ends up somewhat limited.
Skyne continues bleeding out on the lodge floor.
Yellow Zombie, after taking a serious wound from Jack, can't connect with its own counterpunch, which swishes through the air harmlessly.
Down to Semik to end the round. Not sure if his convention is already underway, but will allow time until tomorrow evening to be sure.

The Planning Room - Round 11 - continued
Still holding the healing wand, which is quickly being used up, Irina rushes down the stairs and to the next lifeless corpse, this time Skyne, to which she must attend.
Still wounded, but ready to get back in the fight, Wulfgang moves through the lodge, watching out for strewn bodies and furniture, closing in on the fight outside.
Twistign through the open doorway, and dodging a lumbering strike from the zombie, Ruso ends up behind the corpse. He lunges, poking his rapier into the mass of dead flesh, but his rapier continues to be less than effective against the zombies.
With Ruso distracting the foe, Jack takes another power swing, but this time, he cannot connect and his attack fails.
Seeing a target that's too good to pass up, Rokhar steps forward and plunges his shortsword into the unarmored back of Ruso, who is still facing the remaining zombie. The blade sinks deep into the back of the elf, and combined with his other battle wounds, causes him to also fall, face first into the snow. "And so to all who oppose Father Blackfingers!" gloats the evil cleric.
While Peltra still likes unconscious, Skyne's still form fights to stop the bleeding, finally succeeding at stopping the damage.
Yellow Zombie lands a terrific blow against Jack, catching him under the chin and spinning him around as he falls to the ground, unconscious also. Rokhar laughs, "I will win the day yet!"
Ruso is hit for 7hp, and Jack for 11 dmg. Both join Skyne and Peltra unconscious. This fight is turning out very serious for the group. Semik is up now to end the round.

Wulfgang and Irina are up. Jack and Ruso need stabilize checks unless they get healed first.

Jack Forrester
Jack, finding himself again on the floor, looks at the cleric and at the zombie. "What did he hit me with?"
Seeing Irina standing over him with the wand, he mutters, "Thanks. Again."
That cleric is probably the bigger threat, but I won't leave Irina here with a zombie in her face.
Jack stands up, and swings at the zombie, hoping to end this fight soon. His jaw is still in incredible pain.

The Planning Room - Round 12 - continued
Back in the thick of things, Wulfgang brings his great weapon around on the remaining zombie, and the slashing blade cleaves the monstrous undead in two, killing it again.
With the zombie out of the way, Irina is able to use the new wand on Jack, restring him to life, even if only barely. Jack manages to get to his feet, but with no foe nearby to attack he waits, rubbing his sore jaw, wondering what hit him.
Ruso continues to bleed out on, his blood staining the white snow a deep hue of red.
Jack is back with 1hp. Since Wulfgang killed the zombie, you can retcon attack for a move or other action before the fear takes you..

Jack will close the distance to the cleric.

My bad, I think that part of the post got deleted by mistake, and I didn't proof it well enough before posting. Please accept the below post as amendment to my last.
Rokhar, seeing himself alone against the remaining foes, tries to even the odds. Stepping back and casting a spell, he sends Jack visions of such fearful murder and indiscriminate slaughter that the brave warrior runs away as fast as he can, dropping his weapon as he flees.
Jack is frightened for 1d4 ⇒ 4 rounds. Semik is up next.

The Planning Room - Round 12 - concluded
Stepping outside, over the bleeding body of Ruso, Semik holds the evil cleric at bay with his longspear then quickly reacts to the fear spell by countering with a spell that restores courage instead. Feeling the effects, Jack does not flee, but stands his ground, ready to end this fight.

Round 13 starts with Wulfgang, Irina, and Jack. Ruso still needs a stablize roll, or a heal on his turn. Just one foe left, this should wrap up quickly...
Ruso Haldren
Ruso's eyes open once again and he finds himself laying down on the snow covered porch steps. "Well this is embarrassing." It isn't until he stands up that he realizes that he had been stabbed and left to bleed to death. Ruso scoops up his blade and turns towards the last remaining threat.

Planning Room - Round 13 - concluded
Seeing only one foe left, and despite his serious wounds, Wulfgang barrels through the outer door and right onto the cleric of Norgorber. The viking swings his greataxe, and it smashes the defenses of Rokhar, knocking his feeble attempt at a parry, and cutting through his armor, a spout of blood welling from the deep cut.
Moving outside as well, Irina uses the healing wand to restore vigor to the fallen Ruso. The elf jumps up, snatching his rapier, and ready for more combat.
Spinning his sword down in an overhand stroke, Jack hits the cleric as well, this wound causing him to sputter once, and then fall over backwards into the snow unconscious.
End of Combat!!!!
Finally, this long-running fight ends. Will have as close to a post-combat summary as I can manage in Discussion tab.
DM DoctorEvil
As the ringleader of the swarm of undead finally falls, there is again the eerie silence that follows most life-or-death struggles. The upright party members find themselves back outside in the snow, in the dark. As they start to recover their breath and wits, looking at wounds, and wiping gore from weapons, a voice calls from the lodge. It is the noblewoman, Lady Argentea. "Do you think you can keep it down out here? Your make such infernal racket, a lady can't get any sleep! And why is this door open? Don't you know that its cold outside? We can't heat the whole outdoors! I insist you keep this door closed. Really! I never..." and she stomps back to her bedroom, walking over the fallen bodies of Peltra without so much as look down.
Assuming you look over the body of the fallen cleric, you find a few items of interest:
two vials of purplish oil
masterwork studded leather
dagger
light crossbow with 10 bolts
masterwork short sword
masterwork thieves' tools
a ring of keys
a spellbook
a wooden unholy symbol of Norgorber
a heavy cloak crafted of shaggy white fur with a fearsome hood of a monster visage attached
15 gp of loose coin
I will add these items to the Loot Tracker. Remember you can claim them if you like, they cannot be used in combat situations unless claimed by a party member in advance.
Ruso Haldren
"That was a might snobbish. The least she could have done is said please." Ruso gives a wry chuckle as he looks over the looted goods. "That we would do well to just destroy." Ruso says while looking at the unholy symbol. Ruso helps lug the looted gear back inside and sets it out on the table.
"We ought to find a place to stash all of these bodies until we can either set a funeral pyre for them or bury them. I feel bad for them but there is nothing else to be done at this point."
Ruso would like to lay claim to the Mwk Studded Leather and the Masterwork Thieves' Tools. He will place his own Thieves' Tools back into the pile in exchange.
