Syldran
With a twirl of his cloak, Syldran darts past the elemental, slithering near the ground until he reaches the other side, flanking the water being with Bracnos. One last time, he strikes with his snake at the elemental. Then, with a sound like unraveling rope, the snake retracts into his sleeve until no trace of it remains.
Touch Attack: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (15) + 7 = 22
Damage: 1d6 + 4 ⇒ (3) + 4 = 7 DC11 Poison and Distraction
- Swift Action: Slither (+2 AC vs AOO caused by movement)
- Standard Action: Attack
- Move: Move around elemental
Annak Malvari
Annak looks at the fishies in the water and decides the odd looking one is a good host for her Bouda/Evil Eye hex. DC 14 WIL, if failed, -2 AC and Saving Throws for 6 rounds. If passes, then hex lasts 1 round.

Syldran manages to destroy the elementals form and Annak gazes at the Triton barking out commands...
WIL: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (6) + 7 = 13... and he succumbs to the effects her both her hexes.
The tritons in the water are still aiming their crossbows at the party.

Bracnos moves to the edge of the ship razing his shield and hunkering down so he will have cover from any further attacks

Seeing as there are no more threats on the boat, Syldran moves to the side and speaks a few words. Flames spring from the palm of his hand, as he aims at one of the tritons.
"Fried fish, anyone?"
Standard Action: Cast "Produce Flame"
Delilah Vae
Delilah will move over to the edge of the boat
"Well, I'll be damned. Fish men."
She unleashes an Ear-Piercing Scream on the triton that Annak Evil-Eyed. Gonna need him to make a DC 16 Fort save to negate the stun and halve the damage.

weren't there like dozens of bows at the prison, why didn't you grab one? Also do you have ranks in swim?
1. I have a +1 dex, and the big one i am wearing Full plate...lol, and the small one no swim ranks ^_^
Delilah Vae
Don't we have a hold full of weapons? I'm sure there's a bow in there. If nothing else, slings are free and they add your Str mod to damage. A +4 ranged attack plus +1 from higher ground bonus means you're probably hitting on a 10-15. /shrug

Kargeld has his men concentrate their arrows on the leader triton. Due to Annaks hex and Delilah's scream the Triton is easy pickings for the sailors and other ranged users. I posted his failed save and the sight did not keep it apparently. He failed the scream save, he is hexed. He is easy pickings and the sailors made quick work of him.
The other tritons see their leader fall and flee under the water.
Kargeld strides over to the party and thanks them for helping his men defeat the triton foe.
"Maybe a day or two of more sailing and then we make landfall. Rest up, more dangers ahead." he laughs menacingly as he walks away.
The party can heal up if need be.

At night bracnos takes wade to the side a way from the crew "my boy give me a hand will you I'm afraid I must as for assistance to relieve myself after that battle with the moving water I seem to have injured my back there's a good lad *cough*"

In a low voice he ask Wade "well we are almost there when do you want to end it after the after the delivery or once we make port so we don't need to worry about it anymore"

"as soon as their usefulness to is comes to an end, find out what their instructions were regarding the handoff are then we'll use that to decide, my personal preference is when we make port or the night after,"
After saying this he goes to each of his teammates and offers his healing services
Bracnos

" yes we could buy them drinks to celebrate our journey in surviving it, what sailor is going to say no to a keg of whiskey that would make ending it much faster but then again if you want to go to simple bloody route"
" if I remember right there contract will end as soon as we hand off the weapons"

"no I don't have any on hand...blast are we making port by a city or are we making the delivery far from one, it might have to be the bloody way we perchance do you think one of our female companions would be willing to distract the captain to make the end faster...we will have to ask won't we"
Syldran
Syldran silently slides up to his two companions conversing on the side of the boat.
"If it's a distraction you need, I do believe I can help. I have many tools at my disposal..."
He gives them a wink and walks off to not arouse too much suspicion from the ships crew.

Kargeld strides up to Wade and the others saying “We are a little light on fresh water I think. We are passing Seal Isle and there is a stream that feeds into the bay there. We’ll take on water there. I’ll send a party to the shore. Of course, that means we’ll spend a day in
some of the richest fur seal hunting grounds all along this coast. I’m thinking of organizing a hunting expedition. Interested?”
Delilah Vae
Delilah's eyes light up.
"Seal fur, you say? I could use a new coat, though I doubt I'd be much use in a boat. What's involved with the hunting?"
qwerty71
For every day spent hunting near Seal Isle, the hunting party makes a Survival skill check. One character must lead the hunt and that individual makes the roll (rolls last after rolled aids are calculated). Every other person in the group may attempt to aid the lead hunter (a DC 10 Survival check to give the leader a +2 bonus). If an aid roll fails, that individual only gets in the way imparting a -2 penalty. Perhaps their clumsy efforts spook the seals. To catch a seal the leader hunter must beat a DC 15. That catches one seal. For every three better than that, the hunting party catches one additional seal in a day. Each seal has a luxurious fur pelt worth 50 gp. A hunt takes the whole day.
Kargeld has his men make ready to anchor near a calm bay near Seal Isle and is planning on sending out one party.
Syldran
"Seal hunting, how barbaric... I will most certainly not take part in this activity..." He leaves the conversation with a flourish of his cloak.
As he walks away, he whispers to himself: "And when I have my way, I'll stab you an extra time for each seal killed."
Annak Malvari
"Hmmm. I have no particular woodcraft skills, but I do want to partake in the joys of the hunt. I shall need to find or craft a worthy club for this endeavor. Will anyone else join?"
i just cant believe my witch will go on a seal clubbing mission. that truly is evil.
Delilah Vae
"Ah, well count me out then. My skills don't extend to that area of expertise."
Bracnos

" yes my boy I would love to go with you on this expedition cough it would be quite cough fun I might slow you down but there is not cough left for this old man to do" bracnos get his things getting ready to leave

just for clarification, Bracnos, Annak and Wade are going hunting while Razul, Syldran and Delilah are not. And Lillith is ill. Small hunting party.
Kargeld strides up to Wade and asks "Are your folks ready? I have a light hunting skiff you can use. it sits 5 comfortably. We shove off soon. I will leave some men here to watch the ship while we go out."

"And what might you be looking for in exchange? I fear we may be a bit gold-poor at the moment, though we do have a few things on the ship which you may find valuable."
Syldran
"What he has there is a very rare and expensive narwhal horn, quite receptive to enchanting magic. I'm sure it would work as a suitable weapon as well. I doubt we have enough gold to afford it. But if we were to take it by force..."
He flashes them an evil smile.
Delilah Vae
"You do realize that there's seven of them? We aren't exactly the hardiest members of our entourage and I sure as hell don't trust Kargeld's men to do a good job of anything. No, I say we run this deal as close to fair as we can stomach. Besides, primitive cultures tend to be big on blood debts and we have enough shit like that hanging over our heads as is."
She turns back to the men in the boats.
"I'm afraid all we have to trade currently are military supplies. Axes, spears, swords, and the like. I'm sure we can make some sort of arrangement."
Delilah bats her eyes and smiles suggestively at the leader.
qwerty71
One of Kargelds men, the one called Hroth, comes up behind the three of you and says,"Dirty Yatuk primitives. Best just kill them or send them on their way. Kargeld won't stomach them on the vessel."
Razul Tarym
"It seems we just have to come up with seven knives. That is a small price to pay for that tusk."
To Hroth, "If I care to hear your opinion, I will let you know. Until then mind your business and stay out of ours."
Turning to Delilah, he makes a slight motion and a dagger appears in each of his hands.
"Here are two, lets try to come up with the rest."
Delilah Vae
"If the rest of you are hell-bent on spilling their blood, I guess that's our choice. We'll want to get them on the ship though. Too much commotion on those canoes and our prize slips to the bottom of the sea. I still say it would be easiest to just trade with them properly. Grateful people are easier to manipulate than dead ones."
Delilah leaves momentarily to fish out a spear from the hold and returns to the edge of the ship displaying it to the leader and motioning for him and his crew to come aboard. She then sets about collecting 40 each of the axes, spears, and swords from the hold and arranging them to look like a proper trade on the deck.
