if anyone wants the stats, I will have to write them out manually, as they are exclusive to only this adventure path, as a lot of you can identify the creatures unless you all roll 1s, but seriously this battle will be a peace of cake. The whale and the brinebrood queen both have cr 3, while the queen has druid spells. The brienbrood queen has a defensive ability, resist ocean's furry.

the whale will delay to act on the brienbrood queens init, but is not treated as flatfooted when alfi, ondan, and annie goes.

Lasts for three minutes. You cause webs to grow between the target's fingers and its feet to transform into flippers, granting a swim speed of 30 feet along with the standard +8 bonus on Swim checks and the ability to take 10 even if distracted or endangered. You can also use the run action while swimming, provided you swim in a straight line. This transformation causes any boots or gloves the target is wearing to meld into its form (although magic items with a continuous effect continue to function). This spell does not grant the target any ability to breathe water.

DungeonMaster

okay so you all wake up the next morning fully healed and fully refreshed. Scourge address you all.

Today is the day of judgement, to weed out the weak and only hire the strong, the weak shall be punished by death. First we start with Owlbear. He has lost too many men and recently I discovered 2 of the men he was in charge of died. Him and group of 4 is all that is left. Now we go to Fish Guts, he is nothing but a drunk and cannot even keep up on his cooking anymore, he is useless and a waste of a mouth to feed, we can easily find a replacement for him.

He continues on...And not to mention Jakes Magpie, he doesn't work he just steals, and while a true pirate takes what he needs, stealing from your own crew is bad.

He continues on then we go to Cutthraot Grug, she cannot run the shop well or make a business, she is asked to take care of our weapons. he then shows everyone a few bad shaped not clean weapon. She then speaks up But check out the rest of my shop, that is 3 weapon total out of 313 weapons, they go bad, maintaing every last one of them isn't an easy task you know

Crimson Cogward speaks up as well as Conchobhar We've heard enough, these are part of the crew, you are killing no one, we hate how you treat us!

Then another person comes along dressed like Scourge Stop, remember when Scourge was the good guy, remember that? Well that was before this bully imposter pushed me around, but I can't stay quite anymore, I"m the real Scourge who treated you all nice, until this guy threatened me a few weeks ago and that's when things got bad

the other Scourge speaks up You believe that one, that I threatened the lead pirated and took over? No I don't think so, and you all know that those who don't pull their weight die.
he then continues I am to execute 2 people but he also names the NPCs for not killing that tribe. And maybe this imposter shall be first on my list

the next Scourge speaks I wish not to kill anyone, besides this mean old Scourge, or at least Jail him and all shall be treated fairly

Bad to the meaner Scrouge How about me and 6 pirates versus say 5 people and we will determine who lives and who dies, since this imposter is all goody good.

The nicer Scourge speaks How about we just jail this one, pirates arrest him

owlbear, Cog, Conchobhars, Fishguts, and Cut thraote Crog 5 regular pirates and Jakes Magpie side with nice scourge.

Captain Plugg and 12 regular pirates side with mean scourge.

Rosie and Sandra Quin and 13 pirates side with no one.

Though not everyone will fight, some refuse to fight, even those that are sided with someone, they may agree, but they will not fight.

okay heroes what do you wish to do? You can do anything here, you can talk it out, be apart of the fight, not be a part of the fight, you can even play the loose cannon just attack an NPC without talking it out, etc.

okay, so nice scourge, owlbear and 4 pirates are in the fight.
versus mean scourge and 6 pirates and Plugg

that is 14 in the fight. After 3 rounds, this many dies death: 3d5 ⇒ (3, 4, 2) = 9

edit 1 which side: 1d100 ⇒ 40 the one with more people is less likely to have a death, lower number for side 1, higher numbers for side 2. 58 and above would have been side 2, so 1 death on side 1

edit 2 which side: 1d100 ⇒ 83 it would have been 62 at this point, so side 2 loses one

edit 3 which side: 1d100 ⇒ 61 58 and above, so side 2 gets hit again

edit 4 which side: 1d100 ⇒ 69 55 and above hits side 2

edit 5 which side: 1d100 ⇒ 26 they are now split 50/50 as means scourge is losing this fight, nice scourge loses 1

edit 6 which side: 1d100 ⇒ 57 55 and above makes side 2 lose 1

edit 7 which side: 1d100 ⇒ 91 50/50 again, oouch again to side 2

edit 8 which side: 1d100 ⇒ 99 side 2 losing. 43 and lower to hit side 1

edit 9 which side: 1d100 ⇒ 43 this will take out plugg, yep it would have had to been 34 or lower.

edit 10 okay so mean scourge versus 4 enemies.
how chances scourge was hit: 8d100 ⇒ (4, 80, 85, 23, 51, 32, 6, 15) = 296 each alive enemy could have hit scourge twice with a 30% chance, owlbear has a 60% and will be the last 2 d100s, not because scrouges ac is high but because they were dealing with other pirates and other things in between, any 70s or above would mean hit

edit 11 okay so scourge took dmg: 2d4 + 4 ⇒ (4, 2) + 4 = 10 dmg

edit 12 scourge could have hit one pirate twice chance: 2d100 ⇒ (45, 13) = 58 60% chance

edit 13 did scourge crit, after all he is a boss crit: 7 + 1d20 ⇒ 7 + (13) = 20 12 to crit
dmg: 3d6 + 6 ⇒ (5, 5, 3) + 6 = 19 edit 14, okay so one more pirate died.

DungeonMaster

as the fight gets hectic and people get crowded, after 18 seconds, those that weren't planning on fighting is downstairs, that includes rosie, fishguts and all of them.

okay people one side has owlbear, nice scourge and 1 pirate left, all untouched.

those jumping in you are automatically first in init before npcs, go ahead and make attacks, and yes, there is more than enough room to flank with someone, even though the map isn't up yet. All NPCs are at least 15 feet from each other, so no threat there
