Vorel sneers at the thug in front of him, "You picked the wrong pathfinder to attack" and then stepping back he'll unload a volley into this man's chest.

After going through how awesome the above would have been, Vorel is unfortunately caught off guard by the Thug's step up maneuver. Being knocked prone by the attack of opportunity as he tries to fire an arrow, he'll draw his great sword while prone, dropping his bow next to him and attempt to stab at the man.
Attack from Above roll, penalty for prone, prayer: 18 + 9 - 4 + 1 = 24
damage: 2d6 + 3 ⇒ (6, 5) + 3 = 14

Vorel draws back his bowstring, and the thug he faces sweeps his legs out from under him with a greatsword.

Not to be deterred, Vorel draws his own greatsword and attacks.

Even from the ground, Vorel lands a hefty blow on the hired muscle.

Ranar sneers and his hands become a blur as he quickly completes the process of preparing a bomb.

This Aspis toady will not enjoy this.

Ranar winds up and releases an explosive bomb at the closest Aspis thug.

This bomb is under the Targeted Admixture Effect and point blank shot. It will target the red thug and will not splash.

Attack: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (15) + 7 = 223d6 + 10 ⇒ (4, 5, 3) + 10 = 22 w/a persistent fire effect (the addition +2 damage are from the "Focused Burn trait".

Correction that attack roll would be one higher due to PBS.

The blinded thug screams in pain as the fire burns him. He tries to put out the fire from the bomb.

His buddy laughs at Vorel, "Hah! Lying down on the job, eh, Pathfinder?"

He tries to disarm the eldritch knight.

Vorel misses, and the thug disarms him. "What you gonna do without your bow or your sword?"

For his second attack, the thug swings for non-lethal damage, but he misses.

With Tika's mind still clouded she commands Manuk to drag Pumpkin off of the spell caster.

Tika is trying to push Manuk to perform the drag maneuver on Pumpkin from the APG.

Now my Ronin ability, Self-reliant, can take affect. And I will use the GM's roll from earlier as my will saving throw so i am no longer under the effects of suggestion.

Manuk does his best to obey Tika and uses his beak to grab Pumpkin by the scruff of his neck and drag him back.

Vorel spits in the man's face, draws a wand of magic missile from his belt and fires it in the man's nether regions.

At Tika's command, Manuk tries to drag Pumpkin off of the slippery Aspis spellcaster, but the doomchicken bites down on an illusory image of the tiger.

Pardon, I think you really should rewind some actions...

Omar turns to Tika and points out "Pumpkin has been taught to capture people. He wouldn't hurt them! Now go prevent the others from killing one of the mercenaries!" gesturing towards the two thugs.

Turning to Narris, he says "Just lay flat when you want to surrender. No one is going to listen to you for a while."

Omar then sets his glaive aside, casts silence, and moves to the other side of Narris. As he moves, he takes out his morningstar.

Talk as free action. Drop Glaive as free action. Cast Silence. Move 20' of 30' possible.

Omar prevents Devane from casting grease.

Tika's still manages to drag Pumpkin off of Devane. (Devane's dialog was only dialog. It wasn't a suggestion. Tika was still acting on the previous suggestion.)

Devane tries to break the grapple.

Zahra would have needed to move out of the silence to cast snowball. I'll just let her move. (I've moved her, but feel free to reposition her if you want.)

Remembering Zeeva's request to not slay the Aspis members and not understanding what gives the market its apparent properties Ranar will spring into action and attempt to extinguish the flames on red thug.

Pumpkin roars silently, pleased that he gets to do what he does best. He maintains the grapple and goes straight for the pin.

That's a lot of damage on the thug in blue... How bad is he hurt? Is he unconscious? Dying?

Omar reaches into Pumpkin's pack for some rope and starts binding Narris.

Combat is basically over. Composing the epilogue to this encounter will take a little while. Back soon.

Narris Devane calls out from beneath the weight of the tiger on his chest, "Uncle! We surrender! Get this cat off of me! We surrender!" Of course, no one can hear it because of the silence.

His two henchmen also surrender, one frantically tries to put out the fire.

Pathfinders are up! I'm taking the Aspis agents out of initiative, just to speed things along. I'll give the thugs their saves to help themselves at the end of the round. Give me one round of actions at a time. We can't hand-waive any of your actions because of [reasons].

@ Omar: Those bot actions will take several rounds. I'll start the bot after everyone else acts unless I hear from you otherwise.

Manuk will bow his head in an apologetic way towards Zahra and Pumpkin.

Omar finishes binding Narris. Looking around, he sees Ninya healing one of the thugs. Good, if she is helping that fellow then the mercenaries must have surrendered!

Once Narris is secure, Omar gets pumpkin off the man.

That should make Narris's status bound and helpless.

Down trick, basically tap on the shoulder and gesture off.

Zahra hugs Tika. "Is okay. He's clearly a powerful enchanter, someone who dabbles in mind magic. Vhen someone like that messes with your head, is trouble. But you... you shook it off on your own. Impressive."

Fey bloodline, or serpentine? I'm guessing Fey since he didn't try to enchant the pets...

"Ninya, can you check them for veapons before ve escort them to the office?" Once their weapons are secured, Zahra asks, "Gentlemen, vill you cooperate or do ve have to tie you up?"

Diplomacy: 1d20 + 14 ⇒ (15) + 14 = 29

She'll talk to Narris soon enough. But she wants to hear the muscle's story first.

It is DC 29 for him to break free of the ropes (using CMB). The roll I rolled was for you to tie him up to begin with—it is still a CMB check. I didn't apply the –10 penalty because it was someone else (Pumpkin) who was pinning him. Unless someone is helpless, you still need to make a check to tie them up. Pinned is not quite helpless.
