All players must use one of the 1st-level Pathfinder Society pregenerated characters. A player who plays through one or more of the Quests receives a Chronicle sheet for The Silverhex Chronicles, noting which ones he played. He can later play the rest of the Quests in the series, earning greater rewards (See the Variable Rewards boon on the Chronicle sheet at the end of this series). At any time, he can apply the Chronicle sheet to a 1st-level Pathfinder Society character, but if that character gains XP from another Chronicle sheet, he can no longer earn additional rewards for playing the other Silverhex Chronicles Quests.
We will play through all six quests in the series. You are free to use the same pregenerated character for all quests or you can switch characters in between quests. This might give you an opportunity to play a type of character you wouldn't ordinarily play.
It might help to set up a special "pregenerated character" alias for your account. I have a specific alias for the barbarian as well as a more generic alias whose identity I can change as needed.

I'm here and interested. I'm not tied to playing any particular pregen, I'll probably pick up whatever role we're lacking after the others pick their character. I'll have a pregen alias worked up sometime tonight.

dotted in, thinking about a skald but willing to switch if someone is super interested.

I'm on my iPad and iPhone for a couple days. I'm fine with playing any pregen the party needs.
Could I ask a favor, however? When we decide which pregen I will run, could someone copy and paste it in a post, so I can copy it and create an alias with it? That is much easier for me, rather than the hit and miss downloading with my iPad. Thanks.

To stick with the ACG theme I just PM'd Gerald the Warpriest and the Shaman to choose from; either one will provide a little bit of useful healing. Once everyone has dotted the game thread we'll begin.
Chadius...I think we played in DMKludde's game together. (I started with the barbarian and then switched to Skald.)

Just want everyone to know that I have been prepping diligently for this game. I watched Frozen about 6 times last night to get the nuances of the Nordic accent just so. "Vooho, big sum-er blow out"
No need to thank me - I am good to go.

Enora, the Halfing Arcanist |

Oh yeah, we definitely played in DM Kludde's version. That Dwarven Ranger was fun to RP, but Silverhex is not designed for him, that's clear.

GM Beman |

First quest is more or less over...I'll start the second quest tomorrow, There will be a day's worth of travel between each quest so feel free to prepare spells, recharge rages, or have your character get lost in a tavern and pick a new pregen if you'd like!
Please post the PFS # of the character you'd like to give credit to...remember it needs to be a first level character.

Enora, the Halfing Arcanist |

I'll keep going with Enora. Need to change my spells.

Thanks for the fun! Happy holidays everyone.

Thanks for running this - any pans for any other adventures in the near future? Also was this part of the PbP game day - boons?
Merry a few days before Christmas everyone.

GM Beman |

Even though we ran these quests straight through as a series they still don't count as a scenario and thus we weren't part of the game day. So no official boons.
However I have a Lingering Resonance boon that I do not intend to use...I'll happily mail it off to the highest roll:
Bob: 1d20 ⇒ 18
Enora: 1d20 ⇒ 11
JLW: 1d20 ⇒ 16
Lini: 1d20 ⇒ 7
Oloch: 1d20 ⇒ 2
...and that would be Bob! PM me your snail mail address and I'll send it out this afternoon. If for some reason you don't want it I'll work my way down the list.
At the beginning of a scenario, you may announce that you are using this boon. The next time that you fail a saving throw against any spell or spell-like ability from an enemy spellcaster, have your GM write the name of the spell below. Choose one of the following benefits, and cross the other off.
1. When you cast the listed spell, you may increase the DC of the saving throw by 2.
2. When you roll a saving throw against the spell, you gain a +4 on the save.
