RE loot, I'd definitely like one of the +1 weapon runes for Kwan's katana.
If I understand the transfer rules correctly, the cost is 3gp 5sp. Kwan currently has 1gp 4sp, so I'd need to use 2gp 1sp from party funds. Any objections?
In the near future, I'd like to get Full Plate for Kwan.
EDIT: is anyone interested in the cold iron buckler? Kwan much prefers his steel shield.
right now it looks like if y'all split the money 5 ways, each person now gets 36 gold 4 silver, just going off the inventory sheet. If more items are marked for sale, the amount split would also increase.
Additionally, you do get the 20% discount on all blacksmith services so really 2gp and 7 sp after discount.
Looks like someone updated the inventory and listed a bunch more of the consumable/talismans for sale, if that stands each person would gain 48.8 gold.

I think the majority of my money is definitely going to be spent on a +1 Potency Rune. I'd be left with 13 GP, so if anyone wants to spot me 2 gold to pick up a Composite Shortbow as well, I'd be eternally grateful! :P

Sorry for my absence. I'm starting a new job and it's been a busy few weeks.
I'm not super familiar with the death and dying rules. I noticed Shandari jumped from Dying 1 to Dying 3. I'm guessing being in the mouth of the fly trap causes damage. And that damage counts as a crit for some reason?
Sorry my posting's been slow this week. Since I'm in Minnesota (and my workplace is right on the outskirts of Minneapolis itself) you can imagine what's been occupying most of my energy and focus. Getting caught up now that I have a day off to rest and recover.
@GM Cody, since this is a very close fight, I went back on reviewed the damage that Shandari took with a close eye on the Dying and Wounded conditions.
Start of fight: Wounded 0
Critical & then Swallow Acid Dmg resulted in 0 HP: Dying 1
19 on Recovery check: Stable at 0 HP & Wounded 1
Swallow Acid Dmg: Dying 2 (since Wounded 1)
Healing from Kwan's Lay on Hands: 12 HP & Wounded 2
I think that's accurate. Wounded 2 vs Wounded 3 is a huge difference.

you are correct, thank you for taking a good look at that for me, I definitely misread the line "Your dying condition increases by 1 if you take damage while dying, or by 2 if you take damage from an enemy's critical hit or a critical failure on your save."

I won't be a full replacement for Xu Jiang, but it'll make things easier on whoever our illustrious GM selects for the new villager joining in Willowshore's protection!
I think with enough overlap, out of combat healing seems solid between a cleric dedication, having some medicine overlap and ayane's blessed one archetype

Hi everyone! I’ll be joining the group with Nínghǔ (Ning), a wandering catfolk healer who arrived in Willowshore after hearing rumors about the strange events in the area.
Ning is primarily a support/healing character - he’s an herbalist and traveler who tends to show up in places where people need patching up. He’s calm, observant, and generally more interested in helping others than drawing attention to himself.
Personality-wise he’s quietly curious about strange things rather than easily alarmed by them, which probably makes him unusually comfortable in a place like Willowshore.
Looking forward to jumping in and keeping everyone alive.

Ninghu (or Ning). Shen is the family name, it just comes first in most eastern settings. I ran into issues with the name being used (and weird formatting things) so I opted to change to this.

Hi everyone, Ren here is new character #2. I'll be updating the character sheet this evening (the pathbuilder link is current at level 2 already) but until then Ren's basics are Human Rogue (Thief Racket) with Acrobat archetype.
She's a townie, grew up in Willowshore since age 4, orphaned in her very early teens (Willowshore Urchin), and makes a living as a day laborer for whoever needs an extra set of hands for a day or two. Anyone who's been around for a while would probably at least know her in passing.
