Guilford will have time to move down the ladder but not identify the potions.
Leastrie opens the door to see the manufacturing room of the chandlery. The smell of hot fat is overpowering. In the front of the room is a drying rack on which candles are hung while they cool. Broken and mangled, it sits in a circle drawn in blood and fat.
Farther back, a furnace emits a dim light, and behind it stand several enormous vats, each as tall as a human.
A man and a woman dressed look up from their work of arranging the circles. Both of them appear to be be in advanced stages of Tallowthroat. Behind them flits a small winged man with a bulbous head, watching over the two humans. He is distracted for a moment and speaks before looking.
"Ah, Catalina you have returned. Who did you brin...". He pauses as he looks up, surprised "Who are you?" Eying the sword he yells. "Stay back! I am here with the leave of the Baron!"
Leastrie can see the source of the crying now. A young girl seems to have been secured in a vat of hogsfat, the solid fat reaching up to her neck. In another vat, a young man is secured, and in another an older man suffers the same ignominious captivity.

On leave of the Baron???
Leastrie pauses, taken aback by the scene in front of him. Seeing the children and elderly, his features harden and he charges the winged man.
Charge Attack: 1d20 + 12 + 2 ⇒ (13) + 12 + 2 = 27

If the Knowledge shows that this is a fey, he will drop his magic blade and draw his CI blade along the way, reducing the damage by one
Shandor "The Beast"

Shandor comes down as soon as he thinks it's safe. Seeing that this place can still be fraught with danger, he activates his wand of mage armor, then his wand of shield. 21 AC

I'll assume Chuurock made his way down before Leastrie opened the door.
Leastrie moves rapidly towards the fey, surprising Ilquis, but misjudging the distance and obstacles and coming up short.

Having no idea what the creature means by that, Shandor prefers moving into the room and conjuring arcane forces to take down the fey creature. His orcish-sounding voice utters guttural words that quickly turn to a very high-pitched sound, to the point the fey's ears will be pierced by a screeching sound only it can hear.

The creature staggers under Shandor's brutal magic. Which means Chuurock can take his turn now too

Wow! Less than 3 hours between checking the forum on a Saturday morning, and over 20 game posts, ending one combat and starting another! Thank you for assuming I went down the ladder/stairs in that brief opening.
Chuurock follows his companions into the new room, ignoring his plans to cover the body, and decides that while something needs to be done about the creature giving commands from the back of the room, the closer threats need to be dealt with first. "Hopefully, the woman will not be an immediate problem."
Standard move into room
Cast Murderous Command on woman (lower figure on map) - Will DC 15 or attack nearest ally with extreme prejudice for 1 round
Also - on the idea of charging into the room, a Charge requires a clear, straight line of travel without obstruction (and the map shows a stack of wood between you and Chuurock right now). If you had to open the door, then you would have had a Standard Action only left, and a Charge as a Standard action is normally limited to a single move.

I apologize, bad editing again on my part. Above in post 401 it was supposed to be "A man and woman dressed like commoners look up..."
Guilford Baldwin

Guilford enters the room with the enemies, fetching his wand of magic missile as he goes. He steps up behind Baldwyn and incants a spell. Balwyn feels added power surge through his muscles.
Move into room and cast Bull's Strength on Baldwyn. +2 to attack and damage for 3 minutes. Mage armor still up on me, AC 17.

Fana gruffly barks back. "What are you doing wife! Stop that and protect nice Mr. Ilquis."
Fana swings a piece of wood wildly in an unskilled blow at Leastrie, but his swing bounces off at a glancing blow.

Shandor sends forth arcane missiles that strike the lurker unerringly. The sorcerer's eyes turn to red as a surge of anger takes his mind. He is set on utterly destroying the being of light.

Balwyn's hammer smashes into the woman's head she falls to the ground heavily.
The man cries out. "Mercy sir! Mercy! Please spare me wife, and let me aid her."

Suddenly, one of the vats is illuminated brightly and the room bursts out in a actinic, magical light. Ilquis' form disappears!

"Ok ser, thank you." He picks up the unconscious body of his wife and starts moving. He pauses for a second. "We are simply helping nice master Ilquis with his unpleasant work in fighting the shadows because..." He looks distant for a minute. "Well, because we are." He then hurries to the corner.

"You can always bring it back after we've subdued it." Leastrie growls as he peers around the room. The six hear a hissing noise. "What are your doing, troublemaker; think you are so clever! Well, I will teach you!"
Guilford seems to be batting something away from his eyes, but the Lurker does not reveal itself. It continues to mock the pathfinders in a high pitched rhyme, the voice floating around the room.
"You have a little problem with the dark?
