That's Ardisens character all done, with the exception of his equipment. I'm not gonna lie, his Bluff and Diplomacy are rediculous, but it fits with the idea I was going for.

Just for the sake of honesty, this is my first PFS game ever, so I apologise if I have to ask a few questions about how things are done since it's all fairly new to me.
Thankfully, I'm fairly experienced when it comes to RPs and Pathfinder so I won't have issues there, just the variances of Society play are something different for me.

PFS# - 71768-4
2 quick questions:
1. Do you want us to use a statblock like thing under our name? with lvl / init etc?
2. For my pet, do you want me to use same init as the char? or seperate? just for future uses :)
And here is the link to the char online (sheet made in herolab): Tenaka Khan

1.I'd prefer you to use a stat block, yes, mainly with hp, ACs, CMD, saves, perception and init. It saves a lot of time.
About perception and initiative - I tend to roll them myself for combat. "Active" perception rolls (i.e. when your character is actively searching an area, etc.) are done by the players.
2. I tend to use the same init as their masters for animal companions, familiars, mounts, etc. Just like I tend to use a group initiative for monsters of the same type (ex. the four regular goblins all go at the same init, but their shaman leader will have his own because his mod is different).

That's mine all updated for you. The only downside with your main two stats being Int and Cha, all your passive stats and saves are terrible...

So, I screwed up with the aliases / characters and this is the better one...
Let's see how the profile thing comes out...

Hey Lithrac, you may want to change my Perception on your Dice roller on the Campaign Info. I forgot to factor in the +2 to Perception from Alertness that my familiar gives me. I've updated my stats now.

So if we play up, do the lvl 1's still get the lvl 2 rewards, or do we get the lvl 1 rewards and the lvl 2's get the level 2 rewards? Sorry for all the questions, PFS is all new to me.

![]() |

Just a sidenote, when I use one of my creature abilities I get +4 to perception (I will let you know in advance when I do so)

![]() |

Thanks for letting me know Tenaka.
So I guess we'll play up. To answer your question Ardisen, level 2s will get the full tier 2 gold (unless you miss some things over the course of the scenario, of course), whereas level 1s will get out-of-subtier gold. This rule was first introduced in season 5, and basically states that if you play in a tier that doesn't match your level, you get an average gold amount between the number for the tier you played in (here, tier 2), and the tier matching your level (here, 1). For example, if tier 1 gold is 500gp and tier 2 gold is 1000gp, the out-of-subtier gold amount would be 750gp.
No worries about asking questions, I'm more than happy to answer them! :)

Thanks Lithrac, that's really helpful. I think all the changes between seasons make it harder to follow.
Have we got two halfing cavalier beast riders?

So we are taking the zoo with us!
1 tiger and 2 wolves, oh this will be more then entertaining :D And ofcourse we have a Tengu with us :P

Here's some additional information on how I wish the game to run:
- I intend on running this with a good pace. I'm posting at least once or twice a day, and I expect my players to check in (and ideally, post) at least once a day.
- If we're in a combat and you don't post for 24 hours, I reserve the right to have you take the delay action until you can post.
- If you know that you won't be able to post for a couple of days for any reasons, please warn me within the Dicussion thread so that we may find an agreeable solution for all of us.
- If you disappear and fail to give any news, I may have to remove your character from the scenario altogether. Credit earned for this scenario will depend on what portion of the scenario you were active in (i.e. if you drop out but took part in half the scenario, you'll get half the rewards). I reserve the right to replace you if this turn of events should take place.
- I already mentioned it, but I'll be rolling initiative and perception rolls to determine surprise. All other rolls, including saves, are made by you. My rolls will be made under "GM Screen" (spoiler tag), and while nothing can actually prevent you from looking at them, I prefer if you refrain from doing so. After all, you don't peek over your GM's screen when you play tabletop, do you? :)
- Maps will be hosted on googledocs. You will be able to move your own character on the map. Finally, I'll ask you to call AoOs when you provoke them since movement history isn't recorded. It works on a trust basis, really.
- If you have any questions or would like any advice, please ask them in the Discussion thread, and I'll be more than happy to answer them.
- Finally, remember and live by the Pathfinder Society's motto: Explore, Report, Cooperate!

Garret will purchase a cold iron cestus and a flint and steel, for a total of 11 gp.
Also, this is as good a time as any to mention it, but Garret will prefer to ride in front of the rest of the group, and will ask that you leave charge lanes open whenever possible (i.e., don't get between him and the baddies).
If spaces are just too tight, or if there isn't 10' between him and the BBEG, then don't worry too much about it, but charging is the most effective way he has to do damage. As an added bonus, if he can charge through (with ride-by attack), then he'll be potentially be available for flanking bonuses.

The wandermeal was 11cp in total. I believe both clubs and slings are free.
Also, does anybody know how much time it would take to douse a square with oil and then light it on fire? I know lighting a torch with flint and steel is a full round action (and most likely I'd light a torch and then use that to light the oil), but I'm not sure about the spreading oil. I also know if I wanted to throw it as a splash weapon, it'd be a full round action to prepare it, but if I douse the ground, it burns for 2 rounds. And I only have 1 thing of oil.

Cutter will by 7 days of trail rations for himself and 7 days of feed for Nightrunner at a total cost of 7 gp.

GM: Keep my char on the defensive / ready for now. I am on the way to the airport for a 10hr flight to my vacation destination, will try to post asap after that but friday will have a post of me for sure!
game on!

I'd prefer you to download a copy of the blank journal (or with what you wrote so far), fill it in, then at the end of the adventure you can post it (or send it to me so that I can post it for you). That's what I did the first two times, and I can tell you that the results can be pretty amazing. I even had a player whose character wasn't too keen on writing choose to draw his journal instead.

Sorry for the short notice, poor thought process on my part. I'm moving today and tomorrow and will be away mostly. Bot as required. Thanks!

So drawing or sheathing a weapon is a move action. But if your BAB is at least +1, you can draw a weapon as part of a move action. Does the same go for sheathing a weapon? Could I use a double move to sheath my sword (during first move) and then draw my sling (during second move)?
