Evan will take what Mary said for him plus one more set of Masterwork Theives tools. 2 sets is always better then one.

Lol I can take 4 sets of thieves tools and let you all split up the rest I assure they make good sell/trade goods lol
Didn't realize we found 10 of them! That would bring me to 400 gp and that's fine by me . ;)
Also I forgot we only had t get four books not 5 so sounds good on the footprint book Muchiko ;)
But if no one minds me grabbing the thieves tools then I have some trade goods for later! :)

I'll also take the Acid Flask and 1 Alchemist Fire. I have only 19 gold left which is close enough for me.
StephNyan
Keep one thing in mind: in PFS you cannot give away what you own. This is to prevent people from making weak characters strong extra fast.
I'm going to wait until you've all decided which of the loot goes to who, and which of the loot will be sold. Please also provide a list of who will receive how much when selling the remaining loot. I'll have the party visit another shop on your way back to Guaril's so all can be sold.

Oh, so since I found the bow then i have to hold on to it until I sell it?
This s good to know~ as I am still a newbie. My wishes will remain unchanged unless I have to hold on to the bow. Then it would be 3x mw thieves kit and 1x bow. For a grand total of 400 gp total.
StephNyan
Here's an empty version of the Chronicle Sheet you will each receive when you've completed this scenario. As you can see when you view the sheet, you have to keep track of everything you've bought/sold. For new characters, this means absolutely everything since the moment you created your character. For characters that have been around some time, this means everything since the last time you wrote your purchases/sales on a Chronicle Sheet.
(When not in a scenario, you're also supposed to note purchases/sales on your most recent Chronicle Sheet.)
At the end of the scenario I'll fill out what I have to, but the bought/sold items section is your own responsibility. I advise for all of you to keep a list of what will have to be written in the bought/sold parts of the Chronicle Sheet. If you've downloaded the Guide to Pathfinder Society Organized Play, there's a neat tracking sheet that you can use for this.
The way you plan to sell all leftover loot and divide the money seems like a good plan. I'd say writing "Sold loot (? gp)" in the 'Items Sold' section of the Chronicle Sheet covers that.

The way I understand the loot rules for PFS is that you can't give more loot to one player because of the balance issues but during the current adventure anyone can use the loot found. Then at the end anyone can have whatever item the group finds as long as they have the money to purchase it. So say you find a bow during the adventure only one person can use it during that current adventure but after the adventure all four people could purchase the bow after selling other loot worth enough money to buy the bow. This way the groups don't fight over loot and each player have an equal chance to purchase an item.
If I'm wrong let me know and I'll read the rules again.
StephNyan
Okay, I did some re-reading.
"You may use any item that you find during the scenario for free until the end of the scenario, but you must purchase the item when the scenario is over in order for your character to be able to continue to use the item. This rule is most applicable to consumables such as potions, scrolls, and so on, but also applies to weapons, magic items, and so on."
This means you cannot sell loot you've found and use the gold. You can each use the loot you find, but all of it disappears after the adventure.
To prevent it from mixing up with your "real" items I'd advice putting whatever loot you carry with you in a separate part on your profile.
At the end of the scenario you will each receive a reward, and you will be able to purchase whatever you want from the items that are always available + those items listed on your Chronicle Sheet under "Items Found During This Scenario". (The items listed here can be purchased as many times you like, and remain available for purchase after you've received other Chronicle Sheets.)

Oh gotcha loot obtained in the pas games is not retained and is replaced by the earned rewards. Starting to understand it more byte day. :)
Mary Dontingham

Oh, jeez. I had to read it like 3 times to get it. All this stuff disappears (ignore reality for a moment), and then we get a reward.
So, just to be super duper clear, the amount of reward at the end has nothing to do with how much stuff we can "save" during the adventure, including consumables?
Hence, there really is no reason for me not to dip 10 arrows into the blanch, because even if don't use it, it disappears anyway, and won't affect my reward.
Is that correct?
Okay, I'll take the armor (150), the blanch (100), a thief tool (100), a book (50) and some loaded dice (10) for a total of 410gp. I'll immediately put the blanch of 10 of my arrows and I'll let you know when I shoot those specific arrows. At the end of this adventure, I'll just revert them back to normal arrows.
I've put the armor as part of my character sheet since I'm wearing it right now. I will make a note of it somehow on my character sheet that it will be replaced by the original scale armor.
StephNyan
Super duper clear making answer(s):
1) All loot disappears at the end of the scenario, so use it while you can.
2) Your reward is gold, based on the amount of tasks you complete succesfully. Not all tasks reward the same amount of gold, and if you fail to complete the scenario you'll lose all rewards. Your current reward stands at 111gp.
3) The items listed on 'Items Found During This Scenario' list are dependent on what you find in game: if you don't find it in game, it won't appear on the list.
4) The arrows you've dipped in the blanch will revert back to normal arrows at the end of the scenario. Unless, of course, you've used them: everything you use/consume during the scenario is gone permanently.

@ Vitarri - I think you're providing soft cover to the Imp from my ranged attack. A line from my top-left corner has to go through your square to reach the 4 corners of the Imp. I think if you step 5' to the left, that will give me a clear shot.
Muchiko

May i suggest waiting for GM and see what happens with the imp.
All but the GM
Remember Muchiko has a net...If she gets to go 1st without the imp noticing, she can attempt to throw the net, restricting move, attack and spellcasting.
Evan Everscared

I say we net him then grab the chest and leave him for his master to deal with.
Vitarri_Tyrim

It would be nice if we could bring him down in one fell swoop. However if the net misses then Between Evan, Mary and I we can bring him down. However, have we thought about talking to him first?
Vitarri_Tyrim

Understood, hopefully it decides to act good or we're gonna have to whip it with a riding crop and silver dagger. lol
Mary Dontingham

Oh man, we're going to have to get a non-GM email distribution list to talk behind his back. GM Metagaming!!!!! BOOOOOO.
Funny.
Still hoping Vitarri moves a bit to the left before we do this.

When you attack while invisible, the invisibility breaks. I don't know what the Imp is excactly and I don't want to know. But, just in case it's basic invisibility, I thought I'd bring up the spell via PRD HERE.
Are you SURE the Imp is still invisible?

GM, look what i found on imps
Poison (Ex)
Sting—injury; save Fort DC 13; frequency 1/round for 6 rounds; effect 1d2 Dex; cure 1 save. The save DC is Constitution-based, and includes a +2 racial bonus.
Still the luck was against me on rolls, but...why the drastic difficulty? This normal thing i can handle. Giving an unarmed imp (statistically wyvern toxin) hardly is logical.
StephNyan
@Muchiko: Sorry, took the wrong creature's poison >.< It should've been what you found: Sting—injury; save Fort DC 13; frequency 1/round for 6 rounds; effect 1d2 Dex; cure 1 save.
This means the poison lasts for a total of 6 rounds, and it deals 1d2 Dex damage per turn. Per turn you can make 1 save, not 6 saves per turn. The poison's cured on the turn you succeed on your save.
I'll roll a new 1d2 to calculate your Dex damage, and I'll take your first Fort roll versus this damage. For the next turn, make a new roll. If you roll 13 or higher, the poison's gone.
StephNyan
@Muchiko: In combat your character will not actually know when the poison wears off. If you know you'll be safe your second round due to rolls you made in advance, this information may influence your actions. To prevent characters from having access to information they don't possess and to keep combat as much turn-based as possible, I'd like for you to make the Fort rolls on the turns you need them.
If combat ends before the poison wears off, you may make all 'leftover' Fort rolls in one post.

@ - Evan or StephNyan
Is Evan's last map location accurate? Evan says he's moving it based upon his last post, but his last post assumed the Imp was invisible. Why not just attack the Imp?
Need to know where exactly Evan is. If I take a 5' step to my left, Evan is providing cover for the Imp. I'd probably have to blow my smite to compensate.
Evan Everscared
|
@Mary you are right if I knew where the imp was before my move I would have moved more to the west which would give you a clear shot. I will move Evan over.
Vitarri_Tyrim

Unable to plate the map at the moment, on my iPad. :(
I would try to flank if possible, failing that then Vitarri would try and remain out of Mary's line of fire~
Thanks for the help guys. :)

If the Imp isn't taking damage or is a real pain in the butt, I'll use smite. I am just a bit worried about using it then having to deal with it's master the paracountes in the other room.

I am going to laugh so hard if Muchiko misses, because Vitarri will look like a big white bird from behind after that....

So far we are doing really I think, it's too bad we don't have a caster but its all good. :)
However this imp is a pesky little guy!

Lol i am sure that the counters prefers him alive. Humiliated. But alive. Mwahahah. Vitarri starts reading Sm for dummies. "Oh so if i swing it like this! *SMACK* It will inflict more pain. Huh. Learn something everyday!
I would find it hilarious if i could keep the crop permanently as it would make a great conversation piece. Lol
