Bio

Spoiler:

Muchiko is an unusual case. At the age of 6, a new formed orc tribe called the Bearslayer Tribe started raiding the farming community of Trunau. Whereas some started fortifying the town, Muchiko's family chose to flee. Bad choice in hindsight, they were ambushed by roaming brigands, scavengers in the wake of the orc attacks. Muchiko hid inside the wagon. Fate is a weird thing, as the brigands were tracked by an orc of an unknown tribe and his son. When the brigands sensed new prey and flew at the two orcs as a whole, the father managed to fend several of them off. But the son, not older than Muchiko, could deal with just one at that time. A brigand snook up on him. Despite the terror instilled by orc attacks, Muchiko couldn't stand another kid dying like it. At the moment the brigand was crouching towards the young orc as he turned around, he noticed a young girl holding a knife jumping at the thug. Though injured, she had managed to stab the man a few times, finishing with a stab in the ear. At that moment, the young orc and his father realized they owed the young one's life to this little human.

But....orcs respect strength in battle. That was what saved her that day. The orcs took an unconscious Muchiko back to their camp. Frowned upon for bringing a human youngling back, the orcs took the girl to the half-orc shaman's tent. After the situation was explained, the shaman took her aside. For her prowess, she would not be slain, instead she was offered a 2nd rate place among the tribe's youth. She realized fast enough prowess and determination was key to survival. Despite being a 2nd rate member, she lived and trained with the tribe for many years, learning the ways, skills and speech of the orcs as they went.
One thing highly valued and a test of honor, was a great hunt. Only the most well-trained would go on such an endeavour. A tracker would search out big game, a mature bear or a larger than their own group of roaming humanoid brigands. Then the hunters would seek out the tracked prey. The more dangerous the better, as a skull or claw of a fallen foe would decorate the house of the one who slew it. The more mementos a tribesman had, the more he was respected. Having passed her initiation against an adult wolf, she was allowed to participate. It was exciting, going toe to toe with something wild. She got good at hunting brigands particularly, to the amusement of the orcs. A human female taking satisfaction of hunting those of her kind.

But then came the day where hard choices are made. The orcs were not hunting regular game, they had targeted a group of exploring pathfinders. Pathfinders are worthy foes, glory would await in battle. She was told to stay back. But when she heard human speech, Muchiko looked and knew the situation. Muchiko had to decide, stay put, or betray the tribe to save "innocent" humans. Despite being a tribeswoman, she was still considered a 2nd rank. Her training and instinct kicked in, she took the two who were with her by surprise. Throwing a torch between the group and the orcs, the pathfinders were only just prepared to fight them off. With the orcs' surprise blown, they were slaughtered. The lone person the pathfinders saw was a young woman dressed in orcish clothes. They took her with them and she joined the society.

Personality & Appearance

Spoiler:

Though now a member of the society, in a fight, the thrill of combat or a hunt still excites her.
Old habits die hard, for in her home hangs a skull of a fallen wolf...an odd way of decoration for a human. While some may find it offensive, Muchiko seems indifferent. The trophies are a sign of victory, mementos of your achievements and adventures. As such she wouldn't hesitate to take the head of a dead foe if it was a dangerous one, on the condition she slew it. She's not evil, though the orcish trophy tradition isn't your average expected action.
Aside from her unusual view on combat, Muchiko is a level headed woman. A calm and sometimes indifferent appearance hides a fierce personality. She's fair in her dealings, but she doesn't take arrogant attitude from anybody. Despite that, she values comrades, the harsh tribal life teaches you those are valuable. Although she can seem rather blunt sometimes.
She sees the society as an organization, which during assignments, provides plentiful chance of finding "game".

Muchiko has brown eyes and long brown hair that's in a practical but unusual backwards hairstyle. A mere 1.74 meters, she is athletic and graceful. She favors leather clothes over fancy clothes.
She wears a necklace featuring claws and canines of fallen wildlife. An orcish tattoo is hidden on the lower part of her neck, a reminding mark of recognition and respect within the tribe of savages she was once part of.
