Do you have something to feed the wolf besides yourself? Nit grasps his longspear as he scurries past the group to stand beside Raven.
Nit dips his spear down into a ready position for the wolf to charge.

The three wolves charge forth to meet their meal head on. They each take on a separate foe in hopes to thin the herd so to speak.
Nit is ready for the incoming wolf, but even despite wolf letting his hunger get the best of it, is able to avoid the tip of the spear and attempt to bite the small meal on the leg. The small and nimble Gnome evades the razor sharp fangs.
The wolf that tries to bite Hootie, nearly bites its own leg, but gets a jaw full of dirt. Waruk is not as lucky, even though he hears the incoming attack he is slow to react and the wolf gets a severe hold on Waruk's leg and begins to tear at it, rending flesh from bone. Despite the viscousness of the hold, the wolf is unable to drag the sturdy half-orc to the ground, but his leg is left with a gaping wound.

Waruk had no place to move to and would have held action until either Tannivh or Fleur took a 5ft step. I believe the eagle however killed yellow as it is still using charge AC until its second turn. I am making my turn on that assumption. I am aslo unsure as to where i have to stand with this reach weapon to provide flanking for Fleur.I think i get the 1 diagnal square with reach but unsure.
Waruk moves around to flank with Fleur and brings his glaive down hard on the creature, severing neck from head.

Nit pokes one of the wolves with his spear. They seemed to have come out of nowhere.
Seeing that Fleur is tending to Waruk's injuries Nit sits down on a fallen tree. I will take first watch. Go ahead and get some rest.
| DM Stylz |
The rest of the night goes by uneventful. Between the healing by Fleur, and the body getting some rest, Waruk feels much better and much more like himself.
He will be at 14/16 after healing and normal sleep rest
After everyone gets ready in the morning, you once again head out towards the Crypt and the light.
You travel for another 4 or so hours, and you reach a valley.
The trail leads ever deeper into the Fangwood, through a twisting maze of trees and confusing ravines. As it tops a small rise, a broad valley spreads out before it, the opposite side of which looks like a writhing serpent. Yet between the two lies a steep hill sloping down into the valley. A cold rain starts to fall, making the ground slick and treacherous.
According to the map you were given at Kassen, the crypt you seek is at the bottom of this ravine in your way.
Tannivh Purtham

"Well, we are here. Elven crypts look much more impressive, with natural statues and abundant magic, but sometimes you have to do the best with your limited gifts."

Could we have the rope be knotted? It should make the Climb DC much more easier.

Fleur comments back to the Elf Tannivh, "What do elves build crypts for anyway, I though your kind never died?"
The human bard pulls out a rope ties it off and throws the other end down the step slope. "I'll go last so that I can retrieve the rope."

Hootie, goes first, who gets down the rope fairly easily. Next up i Waruk, who loses his footing on a rock and slides down the hill. He slides down the 30 feet, but right into a tree trunk and gets bruised and a few bashed ribs but nothing major.

An archway of stone is set into the side of a small hill at the bottom of the valley. Moss has overgrown many of the details, but one is still quite clear. The keystone of the arch is carved with a flame symbol with a stylized rune in the middle. Beyond the archway is a darkened tunnel that leads to a pair of massive wooden doors, one of which is slightly ajar.
A pair of horses and a trio of ponies lie slaughtered next to the archway, each corpse still tied to a post set into the ground nearby. A swarm of flies hangs lazily in the air above them.
The animals outside were slain 2 days ago with crude blades, or claws
There are scattered bones of a human underneath one of the horses

As the heavy doors swing open, the faint light from outside reveals a long chamber with risen platforms on either side. A faded painting of Kassen is on the far wall. The room appears to be the site of a gruesome battle, with two bodies piled in the center and a number of skeletons scattered around. An echoing wail can be heard somewhere in the distance, beyond this foul chamber.
In the room are two backpacks marked with red dots.
You can hear that the sound is coming from the east direction, but you are still unable to make out what the wailing is
