How did everyone get their characters to show up? Do I need to submit my information somewhere?

Define 'show up'. If you mean the picture, log into your account (My Account), make to edit your Pathfinder Society character(s), find the right character and on their edt page there should be a button that leads you to about 3500 images to choose from.

Go to the Gameplay tab, create a post and delete it after that. Your character will show up in the Characters tab. :)

On that note, at the bottom of the page there is a menu of text expressions ("How to format your text"), including one that allows you to roll dice within your post.

Battlefield Presence
At 3rd level, a tactician can direct her allies in battle, granting each ally within 30 feet one teamwork feat she possesses as a bonus feat as a standard action. All allies must receive the same feat, but do not need to meet the prerequisites of this bonus feat. This ability does not function if the paladin is flat-footed or unconscious. Allies must be able to see and hear the holy tactician in order to gain this benefit. Changing the bonus feat granted is a swift action.

Lookout (Combat, Teamwork):Your allies help you avoid being surprised.

Benefit: Whenever you are adjacent to an ally who also has this feat, you may act in the surprise round as long as your ally would normally be able to act in the surprise round. If you would normally be denied the ability to act in the surprise round, your initiative is equal to your initiative roll or the roll of your ally –1, whichever is lower. If both you and your ally would be able to act in the surprise round without the aid of this feat, you may take both a standard and a move action (or a full-round action) during the surprise round.

Shake It Off (Teamwork):You support your allies and help them recover from crippling effects.

Benefit: When you are adjacent to one or more allies who also have this feat, you gain a +1 bonus on saving throws per such ally (maximum +4).

GM, any chance you could clarify the order of rounds (i.e. who's gone, who has to go, what round it is, etc...)? Most folks that I see on the boards use a system similar to one of the following to help keep things straight.

Summary:

Round One Haska (double moved), Kahwen (moved and attacked), Ungala (rapid shot attacked Kahwen with magic/poison arrow from shortbow), Woodthorne (cast shillelagh and moved), Velinov (cast minor image), Nigel (summoned eagle and moved), Thaia (blasted Ungala), Brigands (did stuff)

Round Two Haska (hit blue with bomb), Kahwen (up), Ungala (drank potion and went prone), Woodthorne (knocked out bandit), Velinov (up), Nigel (double moved), Thaia (up), Brigands (not yet up)

Ungala- 12 damage
Yellow- 26 damage
Red- 14 damage
Blue- 24 damage

Thaia and Velinov can act.

Also, any chance we could get those as chronicles as individual jpgs, or pdfs?

Basically, taking the files you are dropping into slides and popping them into you Google Drive (I'm assuming you have Drive but there are similar sharing apps) and then sharing them with "editable links" (not that image files are easily editable--but you know what I mean--so we can electronically store them).

Otherwise, you could email them if people are up for that.
