The spiders are indeed slowly converging on the unconscious drow. You count five in total.
Micar finds his wakizashi.
Tanic is able to recover a scimitar and a light wooden shield. The only poison in the vicinity appears to be on the bolts Talindra recovered from the first drow guard. It appears that the guards apply the poison to the bolts themselves, or that it is otherwise applied as the bolts are issued. Wherever the poison is stored it is clear that it isn't stored here.
Talindra manages to locate one cestus, the other having apparently caught the eye of one of the guards. She is unable to locate her Holy Symbol or a spell component pouch. These items were probably taken to the shrine.
Akri is able to find a bag.

Talindra Misraria |
Are all of the bolts from the guard poisoned or just a few?
After dropping the last unconscious drow into the webbing, Talindra seems to rather enjoy watching the spiders converge on the corpses. As she observes the arachnids taking their meal, she slides the cestus around her hands, flexing her fingers to recapture he feel of it. "The Drow aren't the only danger we're going to face once we get out of here. A quick hit against the shrine will give us valuable supplies for our journey. And with everyone distracted, these guards are easy pickings."
Unless it seems like someone else can use it, Talindra takes the last hand crossbow (for a total of 3 crossbows) and 20 bolts. She figures to mix and match between poisoned and unpoisoned bolts.

Tanic PBP |

Tanic eyes the table appraisingly and says,
"If we really are going to launch ourselves over the waterfall I'd like to send that table over first. I think it will make a nice boat, or at least something to grab onto so we don't drown. The other floatables might help too, though they are a bit small and might make better obstacles than they would flotation devices. Worth it you think?"

Harro Boulderbran Grimcrater |

Shaving his club in the corner, Harro will snort.
"Yeah! We'll send it over first so it gets torn to splinters and make our passage even more dangerous when we go over!
Raid the temple! Kill some drow! I just wanna get out of here! But I know I'm not stupid enough to think I can make
it on my own out there so easily. So I will follow the group's decis'n, whatever that is. Fer now. So decide."

Micar Youxia |

Upon seeing the simple curved blade of the his wakizashi, Micar drops the rapier. He picks up the short sword as if reunited with a long lost friend.
Micar refocuses to the task at hand, "We'd better move if we're going to get what we need from the shrine, everyone armed and ready?"

Harro Boulderbran Grimcrater |

Why do I suddenly hear "Ballroom Blitz" playing in the background...?

Vinexa |

Lol! If that's the case who's who? I'm assuming I'm the Harle Quin stand in, and I think Talindra is going to end up as Waller. Who are the rest of us?

Harro Boulderbran Grimcrater |

Lol! If that's the case who's who? I'm assuming I'm the Harle Quin stand in, and I think Talindra is going to end up as Waller. Who are the rest of us?
Well, I'm the one with the home-made base-ball bat...but Harro could never fit into any H-Q outfit. I'm kinda of a cross between Flag or Captain Boomerang!

Vinexa |

Oh crap, I just realized, I may actually be a non-evil enchantress due to my focus on mind control and energy draining.

Harro Boulderbran Grimcrater |

Shrine or waterfall?
As stated, Harro will go with whatever the rest of the group decides for now.

Tanic PBP |

Ouch. Yea, with no spellbook you are crippled. If the spellbook is not with the guards we definitely need to go to the shrine. EmEss, did we find his spellbook here?

Micar Youxia |

Without my spellbook, I'm without a few tricks, but hardly helpless. Having my wakizashi helps a lot though.
Micar looks from the guard tower toward the shrine area scouting for guards or other dangers.
Perception: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (7) + 7 = 14

Akri |

Still need to see that movie...
Finding a bag, Akri stuffed a roll of rope into it before tossing in the crossbow and a pack of bolts. "I'm good to go, so unless someone has a real pressin' need for some divine aid, I say let's go swimmin'."

Talindra Misraria |
"Prison has made you all timid," says Talindra with frustration. She sighs, but relents. "Fine, let's go down. The spiders are busy feeding so now is a good time to go."

Tanic PBP |

Tanic picks up the table, in spite of Harro's negative attitude.
Hmph. If that waterfall is going to break this table into pieces, why the heck are we going to jump? And why would it matter if we were in pieces too?
"With all those corpses out there in plain sight, I don't think we have all that much time. The shrine is a huge risk - a trap for greedy people." He pauses as he tries to get the three legged table out the door. "Much as I would enjoy putting that trumped up Drow priestess in her place, I fear we may end up being put back in 'our' place. And though I have not spent very long in that pen, and as much as I enjoy sorting pebbles, I did NOT like the looks of that thing she tortured that poor girl with. Anyone care to guess what our fate will be if we get caught?"
Tanic rambles on for a bit as he struggles with the table, but you get the gist.

Micar Youxia |

That's not to say I don't want my spellbook. Depending on whether or not the shrine area is overrun by guards and demons, "I'd still like to hit the shrine. My spellbook is there as well as other valuable and useful items I'm sure. If things go south we can always fall back."

Talindra Misraria |
"Here's an alternative. Now that I'm wearing all this gear, I don't look too different from these other guards. I'll scout the shrine and report back. If I'm not back by the time the spiders finish dinner, you all get to run away. Deal?"
Do I roll disguise or do you want to roll in secret? Talindra would rely on stealth first, mind you, but wants disguise as backup.
-Posted with Wayfinder

EmEss |

@Talindra I'll make the disguise roll in secret I think
The area from the guard tower to the shrine is clear, although there are several guards cautiously observing the aerial skirmish at the far end of the complex (near the two stalactites marked 4 on the map)

A steep rope bridge leads from the walkway ledge to the uppermost level of the largest hanging tower(Area 6). The floor of this circular chamber is covered by dark silken mats with a pale web pattern woven through them in silvery thread. In the dead centre of the room is a broad zurkwood pedestal, with a huge ten-foot spider at it's head! Fortunately the spider seems not to have noticed you. The back half of the chamber is piled with a semi-circle of pillows and cushions, where the young priestess you saw earlier assisting Ilvara is sleeping.

Talindra Misraria |
Before anyone can challenge her plan, Talindra slips away to scout the shrine. She is seen peering inside momentarily, before she slips back to the group.
"The shrine is guarded by a giant ten-foot spider in the center of the room. There's also the priestess who was helping Ilvara this morning, but she's sleeping. If I can sneak in to kill the priestess while everyone focuses on the spider, we could take them down."

Micar Youxia |

"Sounds good to me. Let's do it. Remember, those devils have sonic attacks that would be unfortunate to be caught in.
Right before entering the shrine, Micar will spend a point from his arcane pool to make his wakizashi a +1. Lasts 2 minutes.

Harro Boulderbran Grimcrater |

Agitated to finally be doing something Harro speaks up quickly.
"Hell's boot-heels! You'll all get stomped without me. My kind are immune to poisons AND I can turn invisible now.
So let me take out the priestess quiet-like, and then we can'a squeeze the spider between us once I turn vis'ble
and get its attention! Although, a few shot from some crossbows might be nice too... Then we get outta' here! Agreed?"

Harro Boulderbran Grimcrater |

"Hrumpfff! Goin' t'get myself killed for a book and some doo-dads. Great. I expect you'all to be following me a' quite quickly!"
With that Harro will shake his head sadly, shoulder his new club dramatically, and then suddenly disappear as he moves towards the exit and the temple.
Stealth(+Invisibility): 1d20 + 2 + 20 ⇒ (9) + 2 + 20 = 31
If nothing weird happens on his way to the sleeping priestess, he will activate his rage ability and quickly swing his new club with both hands...

Coup de Grace: You automatically hit and score a critical hit.
If the defender survives the damage, he must make a Fortitude save (DC 10 + damage dealt) or die.
A rogue also gets her extra sneak attack damage against a helpless opponent when delivering a coup de grace.

Tanic PBP |

Tanic leaves his 'boat' behind and lines up at the entrance, scimitar in hand, a grim look on his face and unnaturally quiet for him.

Vinexa |

Vinexa moved in with the others to help get the book back. She wasn't sure what the big deal with this book was, but it gave her a chance to lash out at her captors so she was willing. Once near the entrance she looks fora place to hide just in case a guard come by and does her best to be unseen.

EmEss |

Perception(Harro): 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (13) + 5 = 18
Harro slips into the shrine and with a mighty swing crushes the skull of the sleeping priestess.
As you approach the piles of cushions you think you see something hiding underneath them, some distance away from the priestess's body. You can't quite make out what it is but it appears to be about the size of a large dog, with thick dark hair.

Harro Boulderbran Grimcrater |

Turning to the giant spider in the room, Harro smiles, now visible, and taps his club loudly on the floor to get the creature's attention and get some of the brains off of it. He keeps one eye on the dog-thing as well, just in case.
"well? Come'n get some legs!"
Still raging: 1 round down out of 11. Initiative?

To hit with Scimitar: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (2) + 4 = 6

Knowledge Nature: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (17) + 4 = 21 for more information on the Spider. Any vulnerabilities?

Tanic PBP |

Spider: Weaknesses - rolled newspaper
LOL. No wonder he missed so badly. Wrong weapon.

EmEss |

Tanic swings at the giant spider in the centre of the room, and feels an unpleasant jarring as his scimitar bounces off it. After a second or two realisation dawns, it's not alive! What Talindra, and subsequently the rest of the group, believed to be a giant spider is actually an incredibly realistic sculpture!
No particular weaknesses. You know that giant spiders have an increased resistance to poison, although they are not immune, and most possess two main forms of attack, a venomous bite that saps the strength of the victim, and an ability to shoot webs to entangle their prey.

Tanic PBP |

"Yeeeoooowwww! That is NOT a spider."
Tanic shakes his arm and eyes the spider suspiciously, waiting to see if it is a construct and starts to move. An abomination in his mind.
"This was too easy."

Harro Boulderbran Grimcrater |

If no enemy presents itself at this point, Harro will maintain his Rage for now and rush over to the hiding, but furry critter-thing he noticed on entering...scattering cushions and pillows everywhere.
"Gotcha!"
Perception: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (9) + 5 = 14
What he finds will determine if the initiative continues I guess?

EmEss |

I'll assume Vinexa is delaying? Feel free to jump in if I'm wrong
The carving of the spider in the centre of the room continues to do nothing and be a carving.
As Harro begins scattering cushions he disturbs the creature that was lurking beneath them. A large hairy spider about the size of a dog leaps out from under the cushions and squirts webbing at Harro.
Web Attack: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (14) + 5 = 19
Harro is now entangled. An entangled creature moves at half speed, cannot run or charge, and takes a -2 to attack rolls and a -4 to Dexterity. The webbing has a break DC of 12 or can be cut away.
I was then about to post this when Harro posted :P Nice job trying to keep things moving

Tanic PBP |

Honesty I just didn't realize that I was in a position to do anything.
It's just that you had initiative and, who knows, you may have had a bag of caltrops you wanted to toss about. Not that that would help or that you grabbed a bag, but PCs can be very inventive.

Micar Youxia |

If I had initiative before the spider came out, Micar would have entered the room and looked around for any danger.
Perception: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (2) + 7 = 9

Talindra Misraria |
I think Harro and Tanic are in the chapel, and the rest of us are outside.
Talindra heads into the chapel, embarrassed that she had mistook the spider statue for a real spider. But then, she notices Harro entangled by another spider. "The statue isn't real, but that other one is!" A crossbow in each hand, she has time to fire one of her crossbows at it. Ordinary bolt.
Crossbow: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (20) + 4 = 24; Damage: 1d6 ⇒ 1
Crit?: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (8) + 4 = 12; Damage: 1d6 ⇒ 3
She then drops that crossbow, having her Cestus ready for melee if needed.

Harro Boulderbran Grimcrater |

Sometimes I worry needlessly and try to post something to make sure people are just paying attention. Glad to be of service this time. Just let me know if I ever overstep. Never my intention to do so....
All that we are waiting for now is Vinexa and Akri's actions? I agree we can assume they have probably been waiting and holding their actions until they can enter more easily?
Vinexa |

Round 1
Perception: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (12) + 5 = 17
Vinexa at first kept her vigil outside watching for trouble but it wasn't long before she heard the beginnings of a struggle inside. First came the sound of a weapon hitting stone, then came the sounds of further struggle as the spider attacked Harro. This was enough for her to decide entering to help was likely a wise idea.
So I had no clue anything was happening until after the real spider attacked. I'll simply call my first round figuring out what the heck is happening. Round 2 I'll start in at my point in initiative. Now the question is, are we in round 2?

Akri |

Giving a weary sigh at a the pointless (to him) battle, Akri rushed forward and tossed a ball of energy into the room at the spider.
