You can move your own token. I don't have any opinion on where you wanted to move, I merely pointed out it's quite far from your allies and quite close to your opponents. In any case, even if I did dislike where you moved, as long as you're not breaking any rule... You can do it. My opinion is irrelevant.

Jaazkara

Jaazkara sees the contestants spreading out, and follows suit. Feeling a sort of scaly "kinship," she moves towards the serpent and the opposing team, drawing her weapon as she goes. She only makes it to the tower though, so she covers behind the monolith and lets her fury fill her with a savage intent.

Brother Cyrus

"Alright everyone, a bit of caution and we can win this...game." Brother Cyrus says a few uplifting words as he moves up and keeps the pillar between him and the enemy party.
Inspiring Courage.

"EVERYONE IS OUT AND READY TO CONQUER THEIR KINGDOMS! BUT THAT IS EASIER SAID THAN DONE! NO ONE KNOWS WHAT CALAMITIES WITH STRIKE DOWN THE LAND! BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!" speaks the booming voice!
1d8 ⇒ 6 1d2 ⇒ 2
1d10 ⇒ 7
The whole floor of "Sector 6" of the arena starts glowing... Building up arcane energy...
- - -
Meanwhile, the Stone Maiden in Sector 1 starts moving and stares angrily at Frederick...
"Leave my Kingdom!" she says, a split second before raising her sword and shield.
Initiative: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (20) + 3 = 23
The same thing happens to the Stone Warrior in sector 5... Except its Jaazkara whom he threatens!
"Leave my Kingdom!" he says, as he grips his ax with both hands.
Initiative: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (12) + 3 = 15
"THAT'S WHAT YOU GET FOR NOT RESPECTING THE SOVEREIGNITY OF OTHER KINGDOMS, GUYS! BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!" the narrator seems to be having more fan than the roaring audience!
- - -
All done!:)
Round 2
Frederick's turn

Eitylen

            Let's finish her fred!
Feint: 1d20 + 14 ⇒ (3) + 14 = 17
Bomb Vs stone maiden: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (20) + 12 = 323d6 + 4 ⇒ (3, 6, 6) + 4 = 19
Crit?: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (15) + 12 = 271d6 + 4 ⇒ (5) + 4 = 9
Sneak damage: 3d4 ⇒ (2, 2, 2) = 6

Frederick steps in and gives it a good whacking, then another.
Attack: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (19) + 11 = 30
Damage: 1d8 + 15 ⇒ (5) + 15 = 20
Attack: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (19) + 11 = 30
Damage: 1d8 + 15 ⇒ (4) + 15 = 19
OH BABY
Confirm?: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (18) + 11 = 29
Crit?: 2d8 + 30 ⇒ (8, 7) + 30 = 45
Confirm x2?: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (4) + 11 = 15
Crit?: 2d8 + 30 ⇒ (4, 4) + 30 = 38

GM Lemmy

Do keep in mind that it's attack 1-> confirm 1; attack 2-> confirm 2... As established in the campaign's houserules and guidelines doc, so that would be 1 critical confirmed (19 & 19) and one threatened but not confirmed (18 & 4).
This was decided precisely so that you can be sure I'm not trying to cheat against you by placing the rolls in whatever order would be most beneficial to the NPCs. However, in the name of fairness the edge cuts both ways, so that's a single critical for Frederick.
- - -
Anyway... Next is a long post because I have lots of characters to roll for, so I'll do it later, since I'm somewhat busy right now.

Sundakan

That's...a bit cumbersome. It means I have to hit preview after every roll instead of just copy-pasting my attack sequence and previewing once. But, my bad for overlooking that. Thank god I'm not playing Sven in this game though, I think I'd get the "Too many requests" error every time I attacked..
For clarity, an 18 wouldn't threaten, though. 19-20/x3, no Improved Crit or Keen.

I doubt anyone will care the order you roll your NPCs. In Any case is DM's turn.

GM Lemmy

Sorry for the delay... I had no internet in my house for a few days. :(
- - -
The stone maiden silently raises her sword and brings it down on Frederick.
stone sword: 1d20 ⇒ 9 damage: 1d10 + 10 ⇒ (9) + 10 = 19
stone sword: 1d20 ⇒ 13
She lands the first slash, but misses the follow up... Although just barely.
- - -
The dwarf invokes a prayer to Torag and approaches the demon statue.
He's followed by the staff-wielding orc, who seems to be concentrating on something... And the elf archer, who takes the opportunity to shoot and arrow at Eitylen
"Sorry, cousin... But this should hurt less than the statues' sword."
arrow: 2d20 ⇒ (9, 13) = 22 damage: 1d6 + 5 ⇒ (3) + 5 = 8
- - -
The stone warrior charges forward and slashes with its great ax at Jaazkara...
Ax: 1d20 ⇒ 7
...Although surprised by the behemoth's speed, Jaazkara still manages to duck under the blade.
- - -
Meanwhile a magic glow lights the eyes of the demon statue.
Round 2
Jaazkara's turn.

Jaazkara

Jaazkara sidesteps quickly and spins her fauchard to bring it down upon her stony foe, then lashes out with it once again!
Attack 1: 1d20 + 14 ⇒ (8) + 14 = 22
Damage: 1d10 + 19 ⇒ (8) + 19 = 27
Attack 2: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (5) + 9 = 14
Damage: 1d10 + 19 ⇒ (9) + 19 = 28

Brother Cyrus

Brother Cyrus steps into Zone 1 and invokes a divine spell!
"Sorry strangers! We fight to reunite family!" As Cyrus ends his words with a gesture and a ball that displaces air suddenly appears between three of the opponents before bursting with a keen sound.
Sound Burst Damage: 1d8 ⇒ 2
DC 17 Fort or Stun for 1 round.

GM Lemmy

Oh, yeah... I forgot to mention: All damage you took so far is nonlethal damage.
Fort: 3d20 ⇒ (16, 18, 8) = 42
Brother Cyrus' spell doesn't seem to bother much the three strangers... But it does bring Brother Cyrus' to their attention.
- - -
The scimitar-wielding human approaches his allies and enters a combat stance... readying his blade for a sudden strike.
Just a moment later, the statue in front of him glows, moves and speaks!
"Leave my kingdom!" the stone demon says... Prompting the human to strike!
scimitar: 1d20 ⇒ 9
A valiant effort, but the demon blocks his blade at the last moment.
- - - -
A millisecond later, sector 6 of the stage ignites with wavy energy... It has no visible effect.
Round 3
Eitylen's turn.
Uh... You guys do realize you're unnecessarily fighting on two fronts, right?

Eitylen

I understand - Eitylen says to the archer.
The elf moves and draw an alchemical stone alchemical weapon he have (Thunderstone).
Ranged Attack Vs AC 5: 1d20 + 11 - 6 ⇒ (3) + 11 - 6 = 8 - The elf targets the place between the Dwarf is and when thee stone hits the ground a great BOOM! can be heard. THe Orc, The archer and the Dwarf needs a fortitude save DC 15 or be deaf takes a –4 penalty on initiative and has a 20% chance to miscast and lose any spell with a verbal component that it tries to cast. Not sure how it affect the concentration of the ORC

Frederick Forrsythe

Deafness doesn't apply retroactively, since it applies to Initiative CHECKS, which have already been made.
Frederick grunts in pain, but aims to give some back.
Forgot my Iterative last turn.
Frederick disarms the maiden, and then tries to slice it on the backswing.
Attack 1: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (17) + 11 = 28
Attack 2: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (2) + 6 = 8
Damage: 1d8 + 15 ⇒ (4) + 15 = 19

GM Lemmy

            Fort: 3d20 ⇒ (20, 12, 3) = 35
The dwarf and the orc easily resist the sound burst from Eitylen's bomb, but the elf does reflexively cover his ears as if they were ringing painfully.
- - -
Having its sword taken away doesn't discourage the stone maiden, although severely damaged, she strikes with her fists.
fist: 1d20 ⇒ 14 damage: 1d4 + 6 ⇒ (1) + 6 = 7
fist: 1d20 ⇒ 8
She hits the half-orc once, although her second attack does come close...
- - -
The dwarf strikes the demon with his mace.
mace: 1d20 ⇒ 20 damage: 1d8 + 4 ⇒ (1) + 4 = 5
crit confirm: 1d20 ⇒ 2
The strike causes a painful wound and pushes Jaazkara 10 ft back.
He strikes hard, but not as hard as it seemed at first...
- - -
He's followed by his half-orc friend, who attacks with his staff.
staff: 1d20 ⇒ 4
staff: 1d20 ⇒ 20 damage: 1d6 + 8 ⇒ (4) + 8 = 12
crit confirm: 1d20 ⇒ 20 extra damage: 1d6 + 8 ⇒ (3) + 8 = 11
While his first attack fails, the second one strikes with resounding impact. Still, as usual, the statue shows no sign of pain or discomfort.
- - -
The elf, seeing his friends attacking the statue, decides to follow their lead.
longbow: 1d20 ⇒ 13 damage: 1d6 + 5 ⇒ (2) + 5 = 7
longbow: 1d20 ⇒ 17 damage: 1d6 + 5 ⇒ (6) + 5 = 11
longbow: 1d20 ⇒ 2 damage: 1d6 + 5 ⇒ (1) + 5 = 6
The archer quickly puts 3 arrows in the air, although only 2 of them find their mark.
- - -
The stone demon looks at them with no emotion, and creates lightning from his hand, which passes through the half-orc, then the dwarf, and finally, through the elf.
lightning: 8d6 ⇒ (5, 4, 4, 4, 5, 4, 6, 4) = 36
Reflex: 3d20 ⇒ (6, 2, 14) = 22
Only the elf seems to react in time to avoid at least part of the damage. Still The dwarf seems mostly unaffected...
- - -
Finally, the stone warrior strikes at Jaazkara with unmatched strength!
ax: 1d20 ⇒ 20 1d8 + 9 ⇒ (6) + 9 = 15
crit confirm: 1d20 ⇒ 10 2d8 + 18 ⇒ (7, 4) + 18 = 29
Yikes!
- - -
After all of that, the crowd roars! And the booming narrator simply laughs, obviously enjoying the show.
- - -
Frederick: Take 7 damage.
Jaazkara: Take 34 (!) damage.
Round 3
Jaazkara's turn.

Jaazkara

sorry, real busy week. I activate Bane as a swift, picking Constructs and hoping for the best
Jaazkara focuses her fighting style to concentrate on exploiting the construct's weaknesses, then tries to sweep her fauchard across it's stony body after moving into range.
Attack 1: 1d20 + 14 ⇒ (1) + 14 = 15
Damage: 1d10 + 19 ⇒ (6) + 19 = 25
...and fail miserably

Brother Cyrus

            HEALZ
Cyrus raises his holy symbol and a burst of healing power ushers forth.
Channel Energy: 3d12 + 6 ⇒ (2, 2, 1) + 6 = 11
Grumble grumble grumble

GM Lemmy

"HEALING?! WHAT KIND OF SISSY TACTICS IS THIS?! MAN UP AND STAB SOMEONE!" shouts the booming voice, causing the audience to laugh.
The scimitar-wielding human approaches the demon statue and slashes at it twice...
Scimitar: 1d20 ⇒ 12 damage: 1d6 + 11 ⇒ (2) + 11 = 13
Scimitar: 1d20 ⇒ 2
...But his second hit can't pierce the demon's stone skin.
- - -
Round 4
Eitylen's turn.

Eitylen

Eitylen try to distract the stone maiden and hit her with a trhown dagger
Feint: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (3) + 13 = 16

The stone maiden seems almost completely unaffected by Eitylen's dagger... The weapon's blade barely scratching her.
"GOTTA DO BETTER THAN THAT, KID! TRY A PICK AX! BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!" the narrator shouts. The audience once again seems to enjoy his snark.
Round 4
Frederick's turn.

Frederick Forrsythe

Frederick does not have a pickaxe, and he's a bit mfifed that disarming his opponent basically did jack, so he settles for cutting it down to size.
Attack: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (10) + 11 = 21
Damage: 1d8 + 15 ⇒ (7) + 15 = 22
Attack: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (13) + 6 = 19
Damage: 1d8 + 15 ⇒ (4) + 15 = 19

GM Lemmy

What's this? A GM post!? Quick! Ring the town's bell!
Frederick's just barely misses his attack... The maiden blocking his weapon with her forearm.
- - -
The stone maiden attack Frederick with her bare fists (which are still two large lumps of rock, so not all that bad)...
fist: 1d20 ⇒ 2
fist: 1d20 ⇒ 4
...But the half orc has no problem avoiding her attacks.
- - -
The dwarf servant of Torag heals his friends.

The orc ducks under the first attack but is caught by the follow up!
- - -
Having pushed Jaazkara out of the sector 5, the stone warrior simply holds his ax menacingly... Ready to strike.
Round 4
Jaazkara's turn.
Really sorry for the delay, guys. I'm getting home kinda late for the past couple weeks.

Jaazkara

Jaazkara relents, rethinking her strategy and hoping for better results; she ducks away from her foe and sprints to rejoin her party to defeat the statue styled after a warrior maiden.
Withdraw towards Frederick
"Jaazkara is not having fun; stone man has sharp axe, and strength of rock. What you 'tink? Is maiden fair foe?"

Brother Cyrus

Cyrus looks to the maiden, then the stone man and then back to Jaazkara.
"Whatever case may be, as long as we rally together, we can overcome any foe." Cyrus continues to spout inspiring words before raising his holy charm and ushering forth another wave of healing.
Channel Energy: 3d12 + 6 ⇒ (4, 9, 1) + 6 = 20

GM Lemmy Z

The man with the scimitar slashes at the stone demon.
Scimitar: 1d20 ⇒ 7
Scimitar: 1d20 ⇒ 1
Unfortunately for him, the creature successfully blocks his attacks.
- - -
The narrator seems to grow impatient and roars again!
"WE CAME HERE FOR EXCITEMENT! LET'S SEE WHAT SURPRISES THE ARENA HAS IN STOCK FOR US!"
1d8 ⇒ 2
1d10 ⇒ 7
A moment later, you see the floor under the opponent team's feet glow bright red, like steel fresh out of the forge. The four participants look worried at the ground.
- - -
Round 5
Eitylen's turn.

Frederick Forrsythe

COMPLETELY missed it was my turn. I suck.
Frederick keeps hackin', and whackin', and smackin'.

The stone maiden crumbles under Frederick's attacks... Whatever energies moved the statue dispersed.
"YOUNGLINGS THESES DAYS..." speaks the narrator. "THEY REALLY HAVE NO RESPECT FOR ART!"
Half the audience laughs, while the other half boos or rolls their eyes.
- - -
Round 5
Eitylen's turn (Again. Since he delayed).
