Ring World

Ok your start "Port City" a huge sea port on one of the two vast seas of aa Ring World,[not "THE" ring world but A Ring world, Sinwoulds is the grate planes, counter spin is the vast woods, spin left, the magic spill hills, to the sing right they say is another rim wall but thats so far away.
They say that every world has been mapped here and that every race can be found on the ring. It may be true, for a small band who see a Sign go up with in the Copper Helm Inn, they may just find out what each other are and can do wile looking for a wee bit of coin.

The adventure begins in the Copper helm Tavern in the seedy harbor town of in Port City. Your Down on your luck, and willing to risk it all, you've gathered here to see what work can be had, A note gos up, hands needed to protect a lady its says, meet here later at Spin 8 and asked for Max.

Character requirements are as follows:

- 1nd level characters.
- States 18, 8, 1d10+7 for the other 4.
- 350 gp starting gold.
- 3 starting traits.
- Clerics (or any other Domain user) select any domain they wish. There are no deities. Instead, you follow your domains per say.
- Each player must write a short description of there Race+Background+how he came by any odd things they have, you can make up placing on the Ring and how you got to port town.

Now I am going to let Players build or Pick any race, BUT Check the race with http://www.d20pfsrd.com/gamemastering/other-rules/creating-new-races MAX Race Points 15 ( RP).

NO CR for races, build it with RP [max 15] or you can't have it, this is for balance.

Material may be taken from ANY official Pathfinder sourcebook OR 3d party book and www.d20pfsrd.com.

We will also be using the
honor-points
system, you start with Ziro Honor.

I aim 6 [+/-1] candidates with Alts well written up as character here.
Place you PC in a temp ALT do NOT post your full PC here.

I would close Recuriting in 7 Days or when I have 6/7 PCs I like and can play.

I want I post a day min from each player, I don't do slow games.

* one gripe, don't post "Interested", Post a Question, a PC outline or Alt, If you just say "thinking about it, I will not be happy as you take up time from other players. "Put up or shut up" being the rule here.

He is a Pirate that was left marooned on this ring and now looking for a new crew. Not evil per say, but definably Chaotic Neutral to start as he just does what he can to gain money.

I would just like to add ill be running rules light, not NO rules just light on stuff, so you can get the PC you really like, also in the 1 few days of play you will be getting second level, I run fast games with lots of action,

Kurzax Cormstrow stands barely 4 foot tall and has a beak that curves down to a very sharp tip. Overbiting the bottom half of said appendage. Not much for socializing with other types of humanoids he has been rummaging port city for months mostly feasting on trash and the dead carcasses of rodents and other street animals.

He is wearing a tattered hooded robe and hobbles around with a scythe. Many long years and hardships have brought him to the bottom of the barrel. Unwavered by death he comes across an opportunity that peaks his interest. "Nothing is worse than this, and all must meet their end in one way or another," he thinks as he eagerly petitions to join in adventure.

It's not 100% the same world
Changes are
1: There is magic, and no gods as such more domains and faiths yes not the gods of old are all gone, why? well may faiths have idea's on that.

2: Earth and Pathfinder setings/worlds, the old ones made a copy this said of every world with life on it and placed that land mass falttened + seas on the inside of the ring wrold, the Ring serface is so vast that this is more than posible, you then can be from an alternt setting uses books etc, but no gods.

2: Humans from Earth [as in the ring world books] have yet to find the ring world so no earth stuff [But there is an earth land mass, with humans on it, the years is about 40BC as for as culture gos.

3: Other plains, Yes there are and links to the, all afterlives are linked they say, planes as well, how well thats to be found out.

4: Tech is low, High tech stuff is Artifact level and has to be found in game. T

5: The story's talk of the "old ones" who could fly to the stars, and lived in flying city's, it was they who made the great Ring so some say, others that the world s flat, and the grate arch is where god lives.

Not sure how the balance of the group roles is spread out, but I would like to throw my hat in the ring with ranged mayhem - a Zen Archer :D

Would there be a spot to fit him in?

Mage would be good, and you can make Human + with 15RP in the race generator.

Okay. Am thinking of building Scarlet into an Alchemist.

It will fit the technology bent of both the world and the nature of the character.

Am now reading up/studying the class, as I've never played one before and hence I don't want to stuff things up too badly. :P

Lord foul, I am looking forward to having a fellow soul knife brother in this adventure if the dm will have you. But looking over the class, he doesn't have any casting abilities besides his blade. Unless you are doing an archtype maybe?
