Whippoorwill
Whippoorwill alights on the corner of a building several blocks away from the address listed on the card. She eyes it cautiously, and scans the rooftops nearby before fishing out a small, cheap prepaid phone from a pouch. She dials the number, figuring that she'll soon have to discard this phone if the conversation turns south.
Hi. This is Whippoorwill. Your agent with the flag gave me this number, asked that I give a report about the incident in Central Park a few minutes ago.
I can't add a whole lot to whatever your boy will put in his report. What I can say is that I was near enough to hear the screams and commotion at the castle, so I checked it out. The Scorpion and the Shocker were tearing it down. Other costumed types arrived to help, and we all fought. The water guy either showed up late or was there all along, hiding in the Turtle Pond. He appeared, blasted me, and then I woke up after he and the Shocker bugged out, down the drain.

Okay, you all arrive at the address you were given eventually.
It is a nondescript building whose only interesting attribute appears to be the SHIELD vehicles blockading the front of the structure along with a few NYPD polic cars. Things get a little tense as heavily armed agents eyeball you, but soon enough an FBI agent hands you temporary credentials.
When you walk into the building, it becomes clear the exterior was but a clever veneer. Once you walk pass a nondescript lobby, you quickly realize you are inside a state of the art facility with hi-tech security.
Or at least, it was, because it looks like somebody ran a tank right through it. Walls have been destroyed, solid steel doors have been melted into slag, and cameras have been blown to bits.
A large sign, hanging lopsidedly from one corner reads:
NEW YORK CITY SUPER HUMAN CRIME EVIDENCE VAULT. AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL ONLY. USE EXTREME CAUTION.
The Standard has beat the rest of you there (except maybe Whippoorwill) and is impatiently waiting for a group of officials to finish their jurisdictional wrangling.
Standard, determine how much you want to share with the others before we proceed. You know it's going to be a few minutes before the reps from the mayor's office inevitably back down to the feds, but it's going to take longer for the feds to finish arm-wrestling with SHIELD.

Then I take it my phone conversation was with a busy signal?
I had this big speech prepared and everything. She shakes her head and stows the phone, realizing that more was afoot at the agency building she had been watching. She takes to flight again, this time circling above the compound until she sees the motorcycle arrive and the bounding forms of Oddball and Wolf.
She drops down to the ground as everyone gathers. I take it this wasn't like this when you left?
Special Agent Service
Got it! Looks like I missed one.
"Alright, time to level. It doesn't look like we have a shot at catching the other two. They have a lot of escape routes. It doesn't matter anyway since what they were doing was just a set up to cover this. Se got Scorpion though, and sooner or later we'll get him to say who hired him."
Whippoorwill
Glancing up at the sign dangling over the gaping hole, she gestures at the word "evidence". Do you know what's been taken? That might give us a clue to what's next.
Oddball 2
" Hmmm they stole evidence...Say what was in there any thing cool, like super villain super science! I would love to see those, and make some thing cool!" Lizzie said as she clapped her hands a bit and hopped excitedly at the prospect fo analyzing some cool new toys.

Eventually (just about when you guys are about to run out of patience), the feds and other officials agree to play nice and allow you access the crime sceen. As expected Stan, you are required to shut down your cameras and the rest of you must temporarily surrender your smart phones.
Two areas seem to have been targeted. One vault contained various energy weapons. It's been completely trashed. They've only begun to inventory what's there, what's missing, and what's been destroyed. The other area was the bio-vault, which is currently under quarantine until they can figure out if anything life threatening has been released. You can have access, but you're have to wear a haz-mat suit.
So, where do you go, what do you look for, and what questions do you ask?
Be sure to make Intuition checks as you go so I can determine what kinds of things you notice. This is an investigation, so the more specific you are, the more likely you'll discover stuff.
Whippoorwill
Whippoorwill takes one of the hazmat suits and holds it up. Her wings fold up as close to her body as possible, but they still jut far above her shoulders and the pinfeathers descend below her knees. You're kidding, right? and hangs it back up.
Instead, she scans the upper corners of the rooms. How about cameras? Why don't we just watch the video?

One of the CSI types: So far as we can tell, there was some kind of localized EMP. All of the cameras shut down approximately 30 seconds before the structure was hit. Then somebody trashed them physically with some kind of concussive force beam. Whoever it was, they have access to AIM level tech.
SHIELD Agent: Or they made it themselves. He holds out his hand, Hello, I'm Agent Sitwell.
Whippoorwill
Whippoorwill, she says as she takes Sitwell's hand and gives it a shake. She smiles briefly, which fades as she surveys the destruction.
Witnesses, then? she asks while watching the Lupinoid sniff around. Give me some details. Insertion, extraction methods. Something to go on.
She looks around to other sections of the building. What else is here? They used one distraction; they could use another. Hit two areas hard and messy, while they do another clean. We could be wasting lots of time sifting through debris.
Oddball 2
Walks into the Evidence room full of gadgets and begins to survey the various do dads and thinga ma bobs. She looks them over looking at them intensely as she lets her self look at them as dissecting them mentally in her brain.
Let me know how many devices I can blue print this way, and see if i can learn how to adapt there functions in making various Oddballs and /or gear for us. I will do a preliminary roll of three?

Let's get specific in our investigations, shall we?
While avoiding the biohazard section for the time being, Whippoorwill studies the points of entry in close detail.
She looks for footprints; size, number, tread, anything else distinctive.
Intuition: 1d100 ⇒ 1 Yikes
She examines the metal walls and doors that's been slagged. Was it melted through heat? Or acid? Or something else?
Intuition: 1d100 ⇒ 60 Green
Reason: 1d100 ⇒ 41 White
