Sorry for the delay!
Can Erik use bodyguard and in harm's way to try to intercept the burning brand on Devyhn?
Devyhn Rhyker

"So be it. Make sure Khoyar doesn't escape!" Devyhn says to the others. "This one has forced a duel upon me, and I must oblige."
Devyhn draws his axe (quick draw), and calls on Pharasma to make his blows strike hard (Swift Action - bane weapon: vs Yusuf's race).
Initiative: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (7) + 5 = 12
"Upholding the law is not betrayal," Devyhn says coldly. "You put your friendship above your oath to uphold the law."
Lyaro Swordstar
Lyaro will move to 5ft from a group on the upper level and cast arcane mark Touch spell triggers his free attack to deliver the touch spell
He activates Arcane strike
He then moves 5ft and does a single attack and an attack for the touch spell
Scimitar-twf: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (4) + 11 = 151d6 + 9 ⇒ (1) + 9 = 10
Scimitar-twf: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (5) + 11 = 161d6 + 9 ⇒ (6) + 9 = 15
Bleyz
Bleyz readies an action to grapple the priest if he tries to flee or cast a spell.
Erik Haakon
Erik moves to attack the Paladin.
1d20 + 13 - 4 - 3 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (12) + 13 - 4 - 3 + 2 + 1 = 21
Non-lethal power attack with human enemy bonus. Also halves magical AC from Sir Edwin's sword.
1d8 + 15 ⇒ (6) + 15 = 21

Been delaying posting here because I have been thinking about my next move. The head priest is retreating he moves upwards towards the central tower were his office is located.
Erik manages to strike the paladin.
The paladin draws two scimitars and enters a strange combat stance muttering the words of a spell. He heals the bruise given by Erik and as he does both his blades begin to shimmer with a white light.
healing: 2d8 + 10 ⇒ (2, 2) + 10 = 14 double for non-lethal.
His combat style indicates he is dawstar dervish.
The dervish sect is a group of combat-oriented clerics/paladins working towards the destruction of evil. They wander the world to bring dawn’s light to its darkest corners.
The first of the dervishes were desert nomads who spread the faith through their beautiful sword dances. Eventually other priests saw not only the beauty, but also the martial prowess that these dances conferred in combat. They shared this with the head church, which gave the dervishes official sanction and status.
A dervish of dawn uses dance as a beautiful but deadly martial art. As the dervish dances, she channels a fragment of her patron goddess. In this way, a devout dervish becomes a burning whirlwind of divine justice.
You heard that by casting spells they can imbue their weapons with different properties for example healing magic makes them merciful while a fire spell would make them flaming.
I will do my best to get a map done soon.
The guards are moving to find a way around the walls of ice.
In the meantime you can all post again.
Bleyz
Bleyz follows the incorporeal priest while the others deal with the paladin... unless Devyhn calls him back to aid with the paladin, he continues on with his present path.

"Get Khoyar, the soul is in his ring! I'll deal with this stubborn fool!" Devyhn cries to Bleyz the others, knowing Erik will most likely stay at his side, regardless of what he says.
He turns to Yusef and scowls. He calls upon Pharasma to imbue his axe with righteous flame (casts flames of the faithful).
"I have no desire to shed your blood, Yusef. We can still resolve this matter in peace and civility. Do not push conflict where none is needed."
Achren Brayland

Again he cannot be grappled not unless you dispel magic on him
Sorry, I forgot he was gaseous. No, I don't have Dispel Magic
Achren follows the gaseous form of the priest, and invokes his Arcane strike, then attempts to attack the insubstantial form.
He gets Dr 10/magic, but I believe the Arcane strike counters that.
Claw attack: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (11) + 12 = 23
damage if hits: 1d8 + 12 + 2 ⇒ (7) + 12 + 2 = 21 +2 for Arcane strike
Erik Haakon
Erik swings at the Paladin again.
1d20 + 13 - 4 - 3 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (10) + 13 - 4 - 3 + 2 + 1 = 19
1d20 + 8 - 4 - 3 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (16) + 8 - 4 - 3 + 2 + 1 = 20
1d8 + 15 ⇒ (5) + 15 = 20
1d8 + 15 ⇒ (8) + 15 = 23
DireMerc
The paladin deftly avoids both swings.
Achren lands a hit on khoyar.
Lyaro manages to get around the wall of ice and into the grand hall. He sees the fleeing smoke figure not far ahead of him.
"If you wish to continue this madness then you must face me first" says the paladin.
Yusef attacks Erik
attack 1: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (10) + 10 = 201d8 + 4 + 1d6 ⇒ (2) + 4 + (1) = 7 non-lethal
attack 2: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (4) + 10 = 141d8 + 4 + 1d6 ⇒ (3) + 4 + (5) = 12 non-lethal
attack 3: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (11) + 5 = 161d8 + 4 + 1d6 ⇒ (8) + 4 + (3) = 15 non-lethal
Khoyar makes it into the towers bottom level and moves up between the floor cracks to the floor above.
Your go again.
Bleyz
Bleyz jumps up and slams his adamantine-fisted punch into the ceiling the priest slipped through gaseous, hoping to open it up to a chase.
running jump: 1d20 + 16 ⇒ (14) + 16 = 30
dmg to ceiling with adamantine: 1d8 + 5 ⇒ (7) + 5 = 12

"You're a fool, Yusef. It didn't have to come to this," Devyhn replies.
He moves into a flanking position, pinning the paladin between Erik and himself.
(Swift Action: change judgments to Justice and Destruction)
Attack with Battle Axe, flanking with Justice: 1d20 + 8 + 4 + 2 ⇒ (8) + 8 + 4 + 2 = 22
Damage: 1d8 + 2 + 3 + 2d6 + 1d6 + 1d6 ⇒ (6) + 2 + 3 + (6, 2) + (4) + (3) = 26
(Teamwork abilities in effect with Flanking: Erik receives +4 to attacks while flanking with Devyhn and also an additional 1d6 of precise strike damage per attack.)
Erik Haakon
1d20 + 13 - 4 - 3 + 2 + 1 + 4 ⇒ (3) + 13 - 4 - 3 + 2 + 1 + 4 = 16
1d20 + 8 - 4 - 3 + 2 + 1 + 4 ⇒ (8) + 8 - 4 - 3 + 2 + 1 + 4 = 16
Erik swings again but misses the Paladin.

Didn't realize it had been so long someone should post a message somewhere letting me know when I forget like that. I was waiting to see if Lyaro would do something and I thought someone hadn't acted yet.
Punching the ceiling would damage it but not nearly enough to make an opening large enough to pass. The Hand however has the power to shape earth or to merge with earth both means could get Bleyz up there.
Devyhn lands a solid blow on the paladin he switches over to attacking Devyhn.
attack 1: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (12) + 10 = 221d8 + 4 ⇒ (7) + 4 = 11
attack 2: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (16) + 10 = 261d8 + 4 ⇒ (6) + 4 = 10
attack 3: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (7) + 5 = 121d8 + 4 ⇒ (8) + 4 = 12
The remaining guards continue making their way around.
Your go again.
Bleyz
do you mean Bleyz could use those abilities TO get up there, or IF HE COULD get up there? I'm a little confused...

(Swift Action: Change Judgments to Justice and Healing)
Devyhn swings again with his axe, resigned to the fact that the stubborn paladin will not yield.
Attack, Flanking, with Justice: 1d20 + 8 + 4 + 2 ⇒ (19) + 8 + 4 + 2 = 33
Damage: 1d8 + 3 + 2d6 + 1d6 + 1d6 ⇒ (2) + 3 + (3, 6) + (4) + (3) = 21
(Current Hit Points: 34 + 2 Healing Judgement = 36)
Erik Haakon
Erik continues to attack the Paladin, though trying not to inflict a mortal wound.
Attack 1: 1d20 + 13 - 4 - 3 + 2 + 1 + 4 ⇒ (7) + 13 - 4 - 3 + 2 + 1 + 4 = 20
Attack 2: 1d20 + 8 - 4 - 3 + 2 + 1 + 4 ⇒ (1) + 8 - 4 - 3 + 2 + 1 + 4 = 9
Damage: 1d8 + 15 ⇒ (4) + 15 = 19

I need clarification, am I caught up with the priest? I was attacking him but there is no clarification as to whether my attack was successful. Am I chasing him? has he gone beyond my reach? what's happening regarding him.
Achren Brayland

OK, thanks. Got a little lost there
Achren turns to Bleyz,
"Use it on the door!" He cries, then with a mighty flap of his wings, speeds towards the tower door.
attempt to break down door: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (6) + 8 = 14
Bleyz
Bleyz sighs, thinking he can still get through the ceiling, and instead moves to the door and tries to break through it if it's made of anything besides stone...
1d20 + 4 ⇒ (14) + 4 = 18 (with adamantine)
If the door is made of stone, he'll just stoneshape it to be an opening instead of a door.
DireMerc
Ok pretty sure he has a little over a hundred hp so he is still up. I get back home today so I can check it for sure when I arrive.
Yusef attack Devyhn
attack 1: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (19) + 10 = 291d8 + 4 ⇒ (2) + 4 = 6
attack 2: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (20) + 10 = 301d8 + 4 ⇒ (2) + 4 = 6
attack 3: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (7) + 10 = 171d8 + 4 ⇒ (2) + 4 = 6
attack 1 confirm: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (4) + 10 = 14
attack 2 confirm: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (10) + 10 = 20
Bleyz and Achren shatter the door leading to the stairs going up lyaro catches up to them.

Devyhn continues to press his attack, knowing the headstrong paladin has to be neutralized if they are to succeed.
First Attack: 1d20 + 8 + 4 + 2 ⇒ (18) + 8 + 4 + 2 = 32
Damage: 1d8 + 3 + 2d6 + 1d6 + 1d6 ⇒ (3) + 3 + (5, 3) + (5) + (3) = 22
Second Attack: 1d20 + 3 + 4 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 3 + 4 + 2 = 11
(Devyhn's current AC is 24 and has 26 hit points remaining. Yusef has taken 92 hit points of damage, thus far.)
Bleyz
Bleyz goes through the shattered door and looks for a way up.
