Those who have worked with Meredian before are fairly certain she's about to do something drastic. The exact scale of is hard to determine though.

I know that it isn't a serious fight right now, but I'm pretty sure that's at least two rounds worth of combat actions. It probably doesn't matter now, but I wanted to mention it so that it doesn't complicate things later.

teleport + attack sure. but it comes down to when Illia communicated with us, if it happened on round 2 or round 3.

If it was round 2 would be round 2 = teleport, round 3 = attack
if it happened in round 3 it would be round 3 teleport, resolve round 3 and then round 4 my attack.

There is the Trader and his Mate

Their Pet Rat Swarm
Their cart (between a cart and a wagon in size)

Driquar and Illia are off fighting the monster that is approaching

Sanriel is also moving towards the fight

The peddlers are packing up and starting to head in the direction they had come from, to avoid the conflict coming up

Delyliath had been bargaining with the peddlers and just disappeared

Jaduf is lurking about the cart area. He has been sneaky and had spent some time on the roof essentially

Anazian is just looking on and Jhaelwyn is heading in the same direction as Sanriel had been going

So there are the cart, after Delyliath disappears, is Meredian, Jaduf, the Peddler and his mate and their rats

(Did I miss anyone)

Jupp, still skittering : )

Clossse enough!Yes, soon it'll sing! Sing! Jhaelwyn chuckles to herself. Still walking upside down in the roof of the cavern she chants her incantation in a steady voice. As the spell climaxes, she grins and holds out her hand. Fellian, whom been flying nearby, accepts the invitation and briefly meets his mistress hand with his nose - long enough to transfer the foul spell.

Move action to move closer, casting Excruciating Deformation (with the suspicion that it might be overkill and ineffective against a large hump of fortitude saves :P) and designating Fellian as the touch carrier

Yes it is large so you can get into a flanking position

I will count this as Move then Attack in what is the end of Rd 2 (moving last this time based on what has already happened then back into Init Order for Rd 3 where the monster has already rolled Rd 3 Init for the Monster
Init Rd 3: 1d20 - 1 ⇒ (13) - 1 = 12)

Monster Total Damage Taken is 61 at the end of Rd 2 (Giving me a great idea how to structure future combats also
So Rd 3 Starting Off (And yes I am giving the PCs the benefit of the doubt and it is deliberate)

No for this initiative (still individual for this fight) the others all beat out the monster, and Sanriel is the only one going after the Ogre Snail Flail Mashup

Phone posting, pardon typos.
Total damage end of rd 3 = 70 PTS.
IT will attack again, for those Ty here here re yyou, gront, ide, rear, above, etc

The strange aberrant thing in front of those there looks about with dim, dull, bulging eyes and with a heave of its large gut spews forth a vomited like mess of partially digested 'things' digestive juices, and who knows what else.

Acidic Vomit Attack

Cone 45% to the front (Hence where is Illia) 30 ft range

Ref Save vs DC 20 for Half Damage
Damage: 3d4 ⇒ (4, 3, 1) = 8
Fort Save vs DC 20 or be Nauseated for Duration in Rounds: 1d4 ⇒ 1

Illia can't be damaged by that much acid, and can't fail that fort save, so her location is moot.

Her Reflex, for Style Points: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (2) + 15 = 17

Illia- is vomited upon. "Ugh.. Well... I suppose I'm going to have to ask one of the wizards for the best spell not given to my kind. Prestidigitation." But seriously, it's not a big deal for her.

Sanriel is the last to go this round

Well let us start what I suspect will be the final round for the poor monster

Utilizing the Initiative last rolled all PCs (Save Sanriel) go, then Monster, then Sanriel

If Fellian hit, the monsters limbs start to twist and contract in a most unpleasant way. At the start of the monsters 10 next round, it needs to make a DC 19 Fort save or lose 10 ft movement speed, take 2d6 nonletal damage and 1 damage to Con and Dex

Excruciating Deformation:
School transmutation (polymorph) [evil, pain]; Level bloodrager 3, sorcerer/wizard 3, witch 3
CASTING

Casting Time 1 standard action
Components V, S
EFFECT

Range touch
Target creature touched
Duration 1 round/level
Saving Throw Fortitude partial (see text); Spell Resistance yes

DESCRIPTION

Your touch attack causes your target to become painfully malformed. Its limbs twist and buckle, while its body contorts uncontrollably, shifting and warping. Each round the target suffers excruciating pain and takes 2d6 points of nonlethal damage, 1 point of Dexterity damage, and 1 point of Constitution damage, and its speed is reduced by 10 feet. Once per round as a free action on its turn, the target can attempt a new Fortitude saving throw to resist the spell for 1 round.

Jhaelwyn crackles in delight as her familiar assails the creature and skitters closer. With a deranged giggle she reaches out with an arcane gesture, stripping the last of the creatures luck away from it!

Move action to move closer, Standard action to cast Ill Omen: The Creature most roll twice on the next 3 rolls and take the lower one. If it makes its spellcraft check, it may take a move action to expend one bad roll

Delyliath assured herself to still be in flanking position (5ft step to correct that if she is not) and stabbed the beast once more

attack 1: 1d20 + 16 ⇒ (11) + 16 = 27
damage 1: 1d6 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 2 = 6
conductive vampiric touch: 6d6 ⇒ (1, 4, 4, 6, 4, 6) = 25

attack 2: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (15) + 11 = 26
damage 2: 1d6 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 2 = 3

Poor Monster

Fellian is able to deliver the touch attack spell with little issue at all. The Ogre Snail Mashup is easy enough to attack and swoop away from.

Fort Save for next Round (Evil Spell I like it) is Save vs DC19: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (16) + 10 = 26

Then after Delyliath makes her attack takes it all up to a higher point

So at the end of this portion Monster Total Damage Taken is 110 and it collapses to the ground, slowly writhing and twisting in death throes as well as effects of the first round of the spell.

Congrats on defeating this monster to the party one and all.

Experience divided up evenly between those attacking and moving to = 2250 each to
Delyliath
Illia
Jhaelwyn
Drisquar

RP XP later on

So now that it is defeated, onward towards the caravan I presume, or what does the party want to do before hand?

BTW there is no appreciable treasure on this creature. It has no need and it had left all the goods in that prior site of a battle against it. Obviously the PCs are much tougher than their exterior appearances might suggest.
