I kind of fudged the time there to move things along. Gonna say that's probably 2-3 rounds. We'll assume you and Lys took the dash action because big giant hand of death in hot pursuit. =)
Aterro and Lys haven't posted since Friday. Aterro posted in another of my campaigns yesterday, so I'm figuring he hasn't gotten down the list to us yet and I'm expecting he'll catch up later today or so. :)
Lys is still AWOL but I presume she'll pop up again soon. She's off exploring a secret hatch in the meantime.
Ya, sorry, sorry. I've been on vacation this past week, which actually gives me -less- time to post. (Besides, until recently I was busy crying, and I'm sure you guys got dis anyhows. =)
SO I feel like I say this like every other week, but holy crap I love this campaign so much, and you guys are all so much fun to play with. I look forward to this game a lot throughout my days. I hope each of your winters are faring well.
Male Lightfoot Halfling | Rogue (Thief) 5 | HP 22/33 | AC 15 | S0, D7, C1, I5, W-1, Ch2 | PP 12 | Status: -4 HP Max | Insp: II
My kids have been watching a lot of jungle book (the cartoon movie from the 60s) lately. So I've had Bear Necessities and I Wanna Be Like You running through my head all week.
As for personal listening, I'm "reading" (listening to the audio book) last year's release of Battlefield Earth, for the second time. One of my favorite science fiction books. And the full audio production with a 65 member cast really brought the book to life, more so than simply reading it. (47 hour audio book).
It's just the bear necessities, the simple bare necessities, forget about your worries and your strife, yeah yeah...
Male Human Warlock 4100XP (4th)| 0/31 HP, 14 AC, Init +3, PP 10 | 3/3 HD, 1/1 Aurora, 0/2 Spells | dead
My daughter almost exclusively listens to EDM out of her personal preference (thanks Pandora), but she learned Ring Around the Rosie and has been singing that herself a lot too.
I mostly listen to podcasts these days when I get a chance, my favorites being Lore, the Adventure Zone, and the Flophouse.
Wild magic:1d100 ⇒ 65 Results: Up to three creatures you choose within 30 feet of you take 4d10 lightning damage.
"YOU COWARDLY FOOL! A FEW STEPS AWAY MAY BRING YOU COMFORT, BUT IT DOES NOT BRING YOU SAFETY. I AM NO WIZARD, CONJURING STOLEN TRICKS. I AM MAGIC ITSELF, IT COURSES THROUGH ME AS THE AIR THROUGH YOUR LUNGS." Ashlyn's mind is focused, on the creatures before her, as she directing the weave to strike out at the beast, while using her hands to shape two other spells and launch them at the beast.
Lighting damage:4d10 ⇒ (1, 4, 5, 9) = 19 Fire bolt:1d20 + 6 ⇒ (4) + 6 = 10 Fire damage:1d10 ⇒ 6 Ray of Frost:1d20 + 6 ⇒ (6) + 6 = 12 Ice Damage:1d8 ⇒ 2
Wild magic round 9/10. Must shout to speak round 7/10. Flumphs round 6/10. Spells reduced cast time 2/10.
Sorry on the delay in posting, I've got the flu and have been very out of it recently. Posted from my phone to keep the game going, I'm on the upswing, so I will hopefully be 100% by the time my turn comes around again.
Pssst Thratch...the players won't see your post concerning them that was included in the DM only spoiler. *Thumbs up*
Edit: Nvm the DM is on top of it!
Continuing the query here that Thratch asked, I believe that based on Wan'di's last post that he entered a room beyond the rope bridge chamber, which is where Gibba is as well as two other exits he was talking about from that room. If you followed him you'd have ended up over there but I brought the loot back to the room where the man with the swords in him was found. Or my entrance room aye. I think it would not be impossible for Thratch to see Riven walk down the wall of the bridge room from near the doorway of the Gibba room but he'd have to actually recross the bridge room to rejoin Vehemence, Ashlyn, and Aterro still in the Hole-y room.
FR. I totally thought at first glance that my disadvantage roll made it so I didn't hit, but then I saw that the total was not the 11, but the following 17...
AND OF COURSE I roll max damage on exactly THIS attack.
I am sure that we can stop you from killing him unless everyone in the room starts acting crazy...hoping to draw Vehemence away with direct impertinence.
