It's a movie, but it was released under a license that allows it to be shared. You can find the movie here. It's slow and cheesy, but if you've played games for a few years, I think you'll find many of the scenes easy to relate to.
If you like the Gamers, it has two sequels: The Gamers: Dorkness Rising, which pokes fun at male gamers' reaction to women, and The Gamers: Hands of Fate, which focuses on a card game inspired by Legend of the Five Rings. I enjoyed both, but I like the original the most, eve though it's the roughest.

I might also have computer issues. It hasn't affected me for this game, but I can't get into the other one for now, Herk.

I don't have computer issues I have person issues. I checked on Thursday but have not had time to look again til now.

I don't know if you're aware, but when we set the campaign up Herk asked us to make a profile on the details page that essentially has the character sheet on it. For Example: Shadara's sheet

sorry guys. Having trouble lately with remembering little things. Also have been struggling with what to have the character to. That is why my character seems to be just talking with no real story behind it. In physical therapy for my shoulder from the fall last month, head has been cleared at this point but little memory issues have been going on for the last couple of weeks. working thru them but my style of writing and play may be affected for a little while longer.

basic story is that I was operating a manual pallet jack on a slope. I knew the situation the way it was could end of being bad so I dropped the load, about 400 pounds, and then stepped back to slow the pallet jack. I was below the jack on the hill and when I stepped back to get myself into a position to stop the jack I rolled my ankle which caused me to fall. I tried to roll away from the jack during the fall. I ended up having the edge of the jack catch me at the base of the skull as it rolled on down the ramp. I didn't loose consciousness at all and it is a miracle that I was not hurt worse. There are so many things that could have gone worse. For the most part I am fine. Ankle has sore tendons but no need for bracing, shoulder is in physical therapy and is the worst of the injuries phyically. The hard one is that I have been forgetting things that I normally have no problem with. I am working on this as well but it will take time. Just thought I would let you know what happened and why my game play and updates have taken a different track lately. Also since I know three of the other players in RL I figured that they would eventually hear the story so I would tell it first.

Thats awesome Herk, lots of work but you got this.

Personally, I'd like to get out of the room. Since we have creative license, I'm hoping someone will write us out and put us in a situation where a fight is likely. I'd like to see Zoey and Graghhh in action.

I will try to get something up later today.

My posts might be slow next week. I'll be taking down my computer and moving it to a place without an Internet connection to give mold remediation specialists access to my room.
If you've ever got a leak somewhere, get it fixed fast! Mold isn't fun, and the people who get rid of it aren't cheap. We're looking at a $5,000 expense to remove the mold, then more money to replace the walls, flooring, and ceiling tiles the mold remediators will have to tear up.
Zoey, am I giving you enough of a hook to jump off of? All, I assumed Richard could show what Graghhh sees (go illusion magic, go!), so we can all comment on it. I'm hoping that will get us out of the room sooner rather than later.

My computer is going to die. I don't know when, but it is not going to last too much longer. I believe it has something to do with outdated drivers that won't be supported any longer, or something that I don't know enough about to fix. I saw a message for just a second a while back and then nothing else. It is running slowly. There could be other issues, perhaps viruses or other harmful code. I will try to post again soon. Just realize I may be needing a new computer soon and don't currently have the resources for one. I might be borrowing someone else's until I can buy a new one. At any rate, I need a new computer and I will do the best I can until I can get one, but my posts, hopefully not, might be a little less frequent for a while. I'll keep you posted. And sorry for not posting in a while. It appears we all have run into things that have slowed us down lately.

Graghhh, thanks for letting us know. If you haven't removed dust from the inside of your computer, you might try doing that. It helped one of my old computers go from crashing to working fine.

Hey guys. I am going to be honest and say that I am stuck. I have no idea what this puzzle is or an inkling of the solution. I am not sure what would help and I have noticed recently in RL I am having some residual issues from my concussion in August. I am working on that stuff but it has affected my understanding of the in game world and I am struggling a little bit to provide helpful ideas.
I am not wanting to leave the game I just wanted to let you know a reason why I have not been as helpful or attentive over the last couple of months. I am trying to look at the feed daily, but my brain is coming up blank most of the time as to a way to help the story move forward or what my character would do. Thanks for being patient with me in game and posting wise.

Working in around City for a couple days. Hope to have something up wednesday.

Wow I just saw my last discussion post. Gotta love when your brain and your hands want to say different things. I should be able to post more regularly over the next few weeks.

I work as a writer. The brain/hand disconnect happens far, far more often than I care to admit, especially when I'm writing e-mails to people I want to interview and need to impress. I'm paranoid about it now and try to proof every e-mail I send two or three times. Even so, I still miss some embarrassing mistakes.
In any case, thanks for pushing the story forward. Neat as it was, I'm glad we're out of the room.

We just moved. We have been visiting family for a few days. We'll be back to the new place tonight and then I should be able to post more frequently. The last two weeks have been crazy busy packing and either putting things into storage or moving them into a new state.

Totally understand. Good to hear that you made it ok and are getting settled in.

He's asking you to make the perception roll. If you get a 15 or higher, you see what the spoiler hides. Otherwise, you only know that there are bodies in the shadows.
| Shadara Windless |
well that is one way to remove them from the game. Although a little witchery could always bring them back if needed, hehehehehe.
| Graghhh |
So, just to be clear, we still have our memories of Ugmug, but can't access them?
On a different note, some posts immediately make it easy to move forward, while others take a while to come up with an appropriate response. I'm excited to see where we will go from here.

I was a bit worried my last post might be exaggerating the danger too much. Saying "join us and you'll most likely die" isn't exactly the way to recruit new people, but it felt more realistic than "You seem capable! Join us!" I've been hoping Shadara might step in and soften Quinten's comment, but missing two of our party members might undo that.
