Sorry for the slowdown on my end. I'm trying to get Organizational stuff updated and fixed. Since we have 6 PCs now, it might be best to bump Jessibel from the Demagogue officer role and work Viroleth in. If he just takes over that role, there'd be a -1 drop-off on related checks (Viro has a +2 Con, Jessi has a +3 Cha). If folks can live with that, it would be the easiest solution. If folks have the time and would like to retool all the officer roles, we could do that as well.

Let me know your thoughts ASAP.

As a heads-up I'm going to be closing down all the games I'm GMing in save one because of capacity issues with my gig as a union president. I am going to try to keep at it with this game and the other one I play in because I love it and it's a lot easier to be a player than it is a GM. We'll see how it goes!

Well, you know that Jessibel and Leora double-dated the twins briefly. They probably wouldn't have if the Vashnarstills were pro-Thrune, but at the same time, they didn't try to bring the Vashnarstills into the rebellion.

I bought the first three seasons of Arrow on sale on DVD last year to give me something new to watch during the pandemic (and picked up seasons 4 & 5 on the cheap during the pre-Christmas sales). I watched and really liked season 1 but put it on hold, partly because I had a feeling that a lot of the supporting crew didn't seem destined to stick around for long, given the circumstances of the developing storyline. Watching the clip that Arani linked, I only saw one familiar face among the folks watching Arrow's exploits, so I get the feeling my instincts may have been right.

People come and go, and by the end, all the main characters form the beginning find resolution or play a part in the bigger story. Some seasons are stronger than others but definitely worth the ride.

It also eventually starts regular cross-overs each season with Flash, Supergirl, and Legends. I've only seen through I think season five or so (the one with the Nazi Earth invasion). I've only seen a few scenes from the Crisis crossover. I'm at pretty much the same point across the various series in viewing. I haven't been to the Library in about a year now so I haven't had the chance to get more seasons.

OK. New Year's Resolution: I'm going to try to get the Weekly Organization Checks up and running again! (Yeah, the resolution's 2 months late because...pandemic.) Anyways, I've got Viroleth as the new Demagogue officer, replacing Jessibel. The problem I see now is that I still have Jessibel as the manager of Turl's Troupe (Rumormongers; Tier 2 Advisors) and Leora as manager of both bonus teams: the Fushi Sisters and the (relatively) new Torrent Armigers.

Anyone want to be a team manager?

I figure it'll be mostly a flavor & mechanical thing; I'll still have Davina in charge of making suggested weekly actions and making the actual game rolls (assuming she's still up to it).

Let me know your thoughts on this.

Also, it gave me chuckle when my brain did a complete 180 and decided that the Aulamaxas' Harcule must be a mixed breed, too: a hellhoodle.

I'm going off Tylenol today to see if I can finally throw off the persistent fever that's been hounding me. If I can go 24+ hrs. without it returning, I should be medically cleared to rejoin the world of the living. Wish me luck!

I've had to close every PbP game I run, and shrunk it down to two games, and I am barely finding time to post in the other one I've been in for quite a while now. Unfortunately I'm going to have to withdraw from this game rather than string you along with slow once a week posts.
