Based on primary stats alone, I'd say an INT based class (Wizard or Witch) would be desirable. From a party balance standpoint, I broke people down by their roles (very roughly):

Melee damage/tank:

Melee backup/Support:
Viktor

Archers/Ranged Damage:
Dantalion
Koilia

Divine casters:
Felix
Anastacia
Rowan

Arcane Casters:
Lanya

I'd be inclined to say we probably want another arcane caster that's INT based (Witch/Wizard/Magus(?)). The last person can be pretty much anything. I don't think it's a big deal, but we do currently lack someone whose schtick includes disable device. I'd probably look at recruiting 2-3 with at least one being a full arcane caster.


I was thinking that you definitely need a rogue. I'm probably going to wait until I see what happens with the Felix group until opening it up. Regardless, I'm going to rule that the new recruits are going to not have a shot at the ruler position, it wouldn't be fair to the first group. I never noticed the absence of INT casters but now that you've brought it up, its obvious. And kudos to Wilhelm for the organizational chart!

Well for the Ruler position, that seems fair, the other positions might have openings including Consort.

So a Rogue and a Wizard/Witch/Alchemist would be preferred it seems. The Greenbelt looks like it could be a good home to a Witch living in the area.

Would it also be an idea to discuss leader positions in the kingdom already? I'm guessing new recruits might also have an idea in mind for their role within the kingdom just like we did. It could be handy to know what roles we need to fill and adjust on that.

Lanya at least would try her hand at either the Councilor position or the Grand Diplomat, though I could see Felix be the Diplomat as well. My other option would be Consort, but we'll see where life takes me ;)

Or just Alchemist, Vors is a Barbarian right? So there is are trap finding and Alchemists get Disable Device as a class skill. The only difference between a Rogue and an Alchemist when it comes to that skill is 1/2 level. (And possibly the fact that one is Dex based whereas the other is Int based.)

I've never played Kingmaker before (shocking, isn't it?) so I don't know what rulership positions there are. I think I would like to be a Postmaster if there is one. My idea is to eventually set up a message system much like the old Pony Express in the 1800's United States connecting all of our villages and outposts.

I tried to access Paizo for a couple of hours yesterday and couldn't. It was wierd, I don't think it was my computer, every other site I loaded worked fine, but any Paizo based site would never finish loading. Has anyone had any similar problems?
