Round 1 You may act in Surprise round if you get perception DC 16.
The white frilled lizardfolk looks a bit frightened and says, "Crap! No time, knock them out and follow. It has begun." It walks away from your group collecting a spear and shield.
The guards at the doors aim their weapons at your group. The merchant falls back into his hovel slamming his door shut. The guards on the wall stop waving their flags, and pull javelins.

The two lizard folk guards at the gate hold their weapons before them but do not strike, also the guards up on the walls merely hold their weapons at the ready and do not attack, yet.
Any other actions for Round 1? If not move to Round 2. Full defense for Albinius, fighting defensively means you have to attack. Krafnik I assume that was your plan until the door was slammed in your face.

GM Wolf
Sorry Jenya my response to you was eaten by the goblins.... do you have a way to draw your gun as a free action or was it already out? If so you can shoot during surprise round. Well let's make it easy heroes first!
Krafnik, you may barge in after the merchant if you choose. There is several wicker baskets with fish in them that would provide some cover, also the hovels around might do well for cover.
Krazok Vell Firesource
Round 1
Krazok looks around at those around him calming the lizardfolk, steps back and whispers to those outside, "Trouble come in quick." Now if you are still beyond the 60 foot walkway then you won't hear it.
Aurora Blackrose
And something else may be the best answer....just have to think of it...
Krazok Vell Firesource
Round 2
Krazok takes a few steps in to be within reach of both of the guards next to the doors and growls out, "I know we are using our words to make everything work out but it ain't fully working, you put down those weapons and I don't have to hurt you."
intimidate: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (17) + 7 = 24

The lizardfolk respond well to the harsh threat, they begin to slowly put the weapons down. Those nearby are becoming noncombatants but there is a fight going on still on the other side of the village. Your Round 2 and 3 actions please. It will take 90 feet of movement to get to the mob line, another 30 feet of 'pushing' to get to the fight inside, which will require a diplomacy DC 16/intimidate DC 14/or str check DC 12 to get through.

That's better! Selena should now be stable (at least). Any chance of her being restored to 1hp for getting double the DC for a first aid check?
I had CLW prepared as an extract but Alchemists can only use extracts on themselves unless they have the infusion discovery. I could prepare CLW as a druid in future if people think that would be useful. I also have between +9 and +14 to heal checks so can use stuff like Heal (Treat Deadly Wounds) out of combat.
